On July 20,2025 I slipped and fell at shoprite in fishkill they refuse to properly compensate me after in the accident report states the floor was wet which they acknowledged and there was nooooo wet floor sign this store makes 1 million in revenue and offered me 10 cents for pain and suffering, emotional and mental distress, 8 weeks lost wages, and I am currently in physical therapy they took down my review cause I was honest and they are guilty they deleted the footage of my fall and I know other people saw the fall and have footage of it if anyone else out there saw it and has more footage respond to this review shoprite has to take responsibility of their neglect the owner of this store should be ashamed of himself shoppers beware keep your phones out at all times there cause if u get hurt they will delete the footage
I placed an order and wanted to add something. Big mistake. I was taken on a 3 hour phone conversation with the horrible people at *******748 where they seem to be a separate company handling the online portion of the orders and they seem totally uncaring and incapable and none of the people I spoke to cared one bit and were no help whatsoever.
I do my shopping at the route 37 in toms River, New Jersey Shoprite for over five years. Never have I been treated like I was treated today. Some new young person named Brian(never seen this kid before) in the express lanes approached my cart as I was finishing pain and decides to take something from the bottom of my cart. Whenever I buy sodas, I take theracks with me, I am Handicap and that makes it easy for me. I bring them back the next time I come. Never had I had anybody approach me in the manner that Brian did. I think as if he was the boss very rude. He just pointed me up because I was the only Latin customer in the store. Goes running and gets Brett a manager for which I do not like because he's very rude and very disrespectful to to his employees and customers. He came and removed the item making waves in front of other people making it very uncomfortable for me. Again attack because I am Hispanic. It's not the first time I've had issues with this so-called manager, Brett. He should not be a manager because he has no skills working with people. I didn't appreciate the way. They both attacked me today and Brett coming, abusing his authority and embarrassing me in front of other people. I amHandicap disabled and try to make my shopping as easy as possible for myself. I've been doing the same thing I mentioned above for over four years never been an issue. These two persons need to learn how to do their job correctly and treat everybody the same, not pinpoint the only Hispanic in the store and attack her. The embarrassment that they caused me today is unacceptable. The manager Brett when people talk to him, he looks down at the person if their not a white American. Shame on these two people, and I hope they get better trained.
At Shop Rite to do full order of groceries so we order deli items at kiosk and proceed to shop. Approximately 30 minutes later go to pick up order at deli. Nothing in pick up area so we stand a few minutes and wait. Still nothing so I proceed to check out while my husband waits at deli counter, and waits and waits. Eventually he asks a gentlemen behind the counter to check on our order. Gentlemen comes back and says "Um, the ticket was still in the printer, no one picked it up but he wasn't working on customer orders, but he will start it now." What's the point of the kiosk? What's going on? And might I also mention, it was not busy. 1:30 on a Tuesday afternoon.
Most of the time even the simple items in shopwrong are poor quality and overpriced. Today 12/28 I couldn't find any eggs and meatloaf mix. They did have ribs but frozen. Not happy with the quality of shoprite so I think it should be renamed SHOPWRONG.
I've been getting home delivery for 2 years. I've always requested back door delivery ONLY, but they keep coming to the front door. I ask why not the back door and they say no one told them. The last 2 people didn't speak English so it took awhile getting them to the back door. I'm 87 and handicapped so the back sliding door is the only one I can handle.
Today I got delivery of 4 tomatoes. They were hard enough to drive nails into plywood. The produce manager should be fired for allowing produce like this to be sold.
I had a bad experience last week at Shoprite I bought Viennas for R69.99 yet on the shelve they were under a price of R39.00 I only noticed when I was homeā¦
So I spent $235 forgot my ShopRite card and I asked one of the managers could they help me or find a key where I could get the discount they looked at me like I had two heads $235 later so they said give me your license and we'll find your phone number so I did it took the 40 minutes I was so upset. I went over there and asked for my card and snatched it from the lady very upset next time I'll think about spending that much money in the store where they can't be courteous and compensate a customer.

Why your store is almost ALWAYS out of stock with the items needed most. This happened so many times. Also slapping on all those additional fees-online shopping fee, bag fee, etc. and charging $14.99 for delivery when most supermarkets delivery for free does not help to keep customers loyal. Please assign someone to keep shelves well stocked.

The ShopRite store in Cromwell CT had the best BBQ ribs for around 10 months straight, up until end of February 2024, now they are hard and dry. Very disappointing.
Everyting in this store is HORRIBLE, There produce & meats are the worse they don't even check there rotten vegetables. And there cashiers are not pleasant. So Glad that I shop at WEGMAN'S. They have everything that is beautiful in this store. I can't understand how shoprite stays in business.
I shop different days & different hours, but it makes no difference. Too often, SR in Chester NY is out of the sales stock and if it is a digital item, you cannot get a raincheck for the digital price. Also, I am older, and it takes me longer to pack. In the meanwhile, as soon as I pay, the cashier is taking the next order, and those items are getting close to the ones I have not yet gotten to. I am tired of feeling rushed to pack and get out. On the other hand, almost all the cashiers are pleasant and some even offer to help me pack. Oh, and I almost forgot - the meat is usually good here, but the produce is often not so good.
I was doing my shopping like I always do in Shoprite (phoenix plaza)every month and I went by the cashier (guy named Jermaine)to pay for my stuff,he then produced to ask me for my number and I did not give him I told him that I am engaged but he still did not budge he wrote his number on the slip and told me to message him which I threw away after refusing to give my number he was very rude to me he said to me "you think i cant get you " i honestly feel threatened to go back to that mall because of him
I went shopping at the Liberty, NY location for a few items this evening around 6:09pm-ish and service was fairly decent and the cashiers were very polite, but upon leaving the store, and as I walked to my car to load my groceries, I noticed the store manager came out yelling at one of the cart associates who was speaking to the gentleman taking donations for Salvation Army! He yelled at the poor associate and told him to "Take out the F**King trash!" I wanted to say something to the store manager for being disrespectful, but thought not to get the poor associate into trouble. I've noticed a couple of managers who have been very disrespectful towards their employees over the last few weeks over at that location when I've gone shopping and i find that disgusting that those managers are allowed to treat their employees like that. Hopefully someone can do something about their behavior, I've never seen anyone act like that before in a grocery store, especially someone who is a higher position. Looks like I'll be taking my business elsewhere!
I got on the line because I didn't want to ring my groceries and bag them my 70 plus years old self. Not the first time this has happened in this store. I feel it's a Minority thing.
That rice sucks. ShopRite should be more careful in the selection of their products. I hardly ever buy anything bowl and basket because it is absolutely sub par products and the rice proved my point.
I purchased shoprite brand half and half. I went to use it this morning all that came out was cloudy water. I brought it back for exchange and they said no because they don't exchange perishable products after seven days. I explained the product didn't go bad I didn't get half and half in the container, must of been a problem when packaging at the factory. I wasn't accommodated. I left frustrated came home and called customer service no help there either.
List a customer after seventeen years.
I love black navel pastrami and I waited patiently after one female customer had been waiting while watching the hero lady talk and spit over heroes, the manger with a dirty nylon scarf stood in the corner and another customer repeatedly had to tell a staff member his order over and over again. NOT ONE TIME DID THEY CLEAN THE BLADES. Pork and cheese, turkey or beef mix. The heavy set, contact wearing light eyed male told me it was possible that pork had contaminated my pastrami. I walked away and reported this males nasty disregard to health. The blade was filthy with all types of food products. The health inspector needs to be called. The heavy set white/Hispanic looking male was also wearing a nasty dirty coat that was supposed to be white and clean. The Gateway, Brooklyn ShopRite DELI IS NASTY AND THE STAFFS ATTITUDES ARE WORSE!
I understand there is a shortage of workers but the employee in charge of cashiers and check out lanes should not be verbal to customers over frustration. This person could use some backup support.
Answer: Since the "update" everyone is having trouble with the website and app. It's been awful, but they seem to be in no rush to fix it.

Answer: Yes- just Google "Grocery stores near me." Chances are that at least one of those stores is connected with a service called Instacart. Instacart is far better, cheaper, faster, and much more reliable than ShopRite. You can order groceries the same day, the delivery fee is much, much cheaper, and you can actually tip on your credit card, unlike ShopRite, which gives you no option to do that.
Answer: 7 days a week. You have to reserve a time slot in advance. They have time slots throughout the day. However, the delivery service is unreliable.
