Ordered Christmas cards arrived on time, December 6 cards are very dark and its been 9 days and no one has addressed the issue. I call and the managers are always on the phone and customer service can not make a decision. I will not use them again it has been very stressful and they will not put a supervisor on the phone because they are always busy. Customer service is not able to expeditate that time is of the essence. It has been stressful using them this year.
I'd give 0 stars if i could. Make sure not to order from this company. Ordered our Xmas cards on the 12th and even paid extra for shipping to have them on time by the 16th and as of the 19th, they have not even CREATED them yet! And no apologies or explanation.
Ordered my cards on Dec 4th. It is Dec 15th and I still do not have them. The processing time is not explained when ordering. 9 days processing and still waiting on the cards. I bought foil press which is more expensive, so you would think they would put more care into the order being that I spent so much. Ruined my Christmas being so frustrated everyday waiting for them to arrive.
I had to do a chat to make a change to my holiday cards, because I couldn't get anyone on the phone, and the idiot put the words "new year" at the bottom of my card instead of changing to lower case the words "New Year" in the sentence above. I will be going back to Shutterfly.
They shorted my order by over half. When I called they started out promising quick service to fix their error. That is where is stopped bing positive. I have Customer Service emails from 5 different reps all stating differing things- not one of which has actually happened. Nothing shipped when it said it would, or how it would. They made an error and promised expedited printing and shipping to remedy. None of those happened. Now it will be Dec 22 before the rest of our Christmas Cards arrive so I can send them out. What a joke! They ruined out holiday cards, and have no explanation on why every person had a different excuse and none of them were honest. I cannot express how disappointed I am. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM- THEY WILL RUIN YOUR EVENT>
Will never order from them again. Christmas cards ordered in NOVEMBER are 2 weeks late. Customer service response is very slow and bizarre, such as asking me for full address, when it is included in the email they just sent me. Clearly it is a bot or someone stalling for time. RIDICULOUS - BEWARE!

DO NOT BUY YOUR CARDS FROM THEM! I received envelopes that were not glued on either side and opened up into a flat piece of paper not making them functional as envelops. I immediately reached out to them and got no response. I then did a live chat with them and they did not want to reimburse me for having to go out and purchase envelopes myself in order to get my Christmas cards out in time as I mentioned before because they never responded to my emails. I was told that I did not pay for the envelops and they "came" with my Christmas cards. They weren't able to help in any way what so ever. Just save your time and the headache and order else where!
I ordered "save the date" magnets from simplytoimpress.com and I accidentally uploaded a screenshot of the photo I wanted and the resolution wasn't perfect so the designer reached out to me and let me change it to a better photo and made sure I was happy with the image before printing and they sent these to me so quickly I couldn't believe how fast I received my order and it's absolutely beautiful and well packaged! Very impressed.
The cards themselves were very nice once I received them but that was 11/2 weeks late after their estimated last date so couldn't send them out before Christmas. A waste of money!
This company didn't deliver my cards and then refused to give me a refund. Very very rude customer service to the point that I almost started crying they were so mean
THE WORST! Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered cards in early December and a week later a shipment arrived with one ornament and NO CARDS. Called immediately and (after 45 minutes) told they would "reprint" and expedite shipping. No updates for two days and called again and after AN HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES told "that paper is no longer available"... so they were NEVER going to print them OR contact us. No refund. No accommodation. Just unreal. PLEASE TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO NEVER, EVER, EVER USE "SIMPLY TO IMPRESS" -- they are liars and thieves and should be in prison.
The card itself turned out fine, but they were never shipped to the 48 recipients! After realizing nobody received their invitation I contacted the company. After several emails back & forth I was told that their mailing service is not working "for some reason". WHAT? Their resolution was to give me the choice of cancelling my order (very late for that option!) or having the cards shipped to me and I could stamp them and mail them. Great. I asked them to comp expedited shipping, which they did. Imagine my surprise when I got the cards two days later and every envelope was BLANK! When I called the customer service rep looked up all the emails and then acted like she was doing me a real big favor by refunding the money I paid to have the recipient addresses and return address on the envelopes. Um, the envelopes were blank and they left me the the frantic task of buying labels at Staples and pleading with the guy there to rush my order so I could get the envelopes addressed and to the post office, now two weeks late. WOW! Simply NOT Impressed!
After reading through these reviews I am completely surprised that this company has such a bad reputation (I had no idea). In the last 8 months I have ordered Christmas cards, save the dates, wedding invitations, and now wedding postponement cards and have never once had a single issue. I have been a return customer as they have gone out of their way by doing things like sending me a free magnetic save the date as a keepsake (even though I only ordered the card version), and giving me 50% a off coupon because I have been a repeat customer. I was able to get all of my wedding invitation, RSVP cards, detail cards, and addressed enveloped for under $250, which compared to other companies is a steal! All of the cards I have received has been great quality, exactly as described, and gotten to me fast (within a week). I plan to be a repeat customer and am shocked that they have so many negative reviews. I guess people only take the time to write a review when they are dissatisfied with a company but not when they are pleased?
HARD TO TELL WHAT IS MORE DISAPPOINTING. THE POOR QUALITY OF THE PHOTO WHICH IS NOT LIKE WHAT I DOWNLOADED OR THE UTTER APPALLING FAILURE TO GIVE ME ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE PHOTO WENT FROM A BRIGHT SUNLIT PIC OF MY DOG TO A DARK BACKGROUND WITH NO LIGHT. THEN, WHEN I CALLED TO LET THE COMPANY KNOW WHAT HAD HAPPENED, I WAS KEPT ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES BEFORE I GOT A REAL PERSON WHO THEN PROMPTLY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR ABOUT 15 MORE MINUTES AND THEN THE LINE WENT DEAD. LAST YEAR I GAVE THEM A TOP RATING. THIS YEAR IT SEEMS LIKE A DIFFERENT COMPANY. CAN'T POSSIBLY SEND OUT THESE CARDS. AND APPARENTLY I CAN'T GET ANY HELP FROM THEM EITHER. MY ORDER NUMBER IS *******
The photo Christmas cards were ordered online Dec 10th. On Wednesday, Dec. 13th I went on their website to find out when the cards would arrive. The information stated the cards would arrive on Sat. Dec. 16th. When the cards were not in the mail I contacted simply to impress and spoke to a customer service rep. I gave her my personal information and included the order number of the photo cards. She put me on hold for a while, then said there were no orders under my name. I told her the order name and described the cards, but she could not find my cards. When I got off the phone, I immediately ordered the cards from Walgreens so that my family and friends could receive the cards before Christmas. When I woke up on Monday morning, the box of cards, from simply to impress were on my doorstep. I would not have purchased the cards from Walgreens if the customer rep did not tell me they never received my order. I requested to be reimbursed for cards I did not use, but was not given the courtesy of a response from the company. Just a word of warning to anyone who wants to take a chance with a company who does not want to take responsibility for their shortcomings.
I ordered graduation invites on Sunday and they arrived on Wednesday. Super fast delivery and they look great! I'm extremely happy with my purchase and will be making future purchases here!

Received order and missing envelopes so I couldn't mail cards bc of this. They only credit me back.45c for the envelopes even tho the cards where also waisted bc no envelopes. Never customer service this bad. And I was a new customer. I wouldn't recommend them bc the 100% satisfaction isn't guaranteed and lost cards and money.

The picture was dark and you could. Barely see one of the names on the card due to the light of the window in the picture.

Answer: I agree. It's a gamble. The first 2 years I loved the cards. This past year the card did not print well for some reason. If you need customer service to help you, it's a huge issue. I am sending back the cards and I used another company. I hope I get my refund with no issue. If I don't, I will just have to contact my credit card company which has had great customer service.
Answer: It's easy. You just won't get the result you may want, like sending cards to friends and family which inthr resin you used them.
