So far, everything I order on Skip is wrong. What is frustrating is that you can't get it fixed. No one will help you.
We ordered our food and it never arrived, then we found out that it was delivered to the wrong address so we called and they said that they can't get us a refund. DO NOT GET SKIP, IT SUCKS.
I found hair in the food and when i complained about the food they told me I have already made lots of refund requests whereas I made my account for the first time today!

SkipTheDishes is great... as long as there are no issues with your order. We did a recent order from Jet Sushi in Halifax on August 7. Our driver was lost... we could see him going around and around on the GPS, even pulled around into our parking lot, and out again. So I messaged skip knowing full well that it would be a fight because we all know the customer service is terrible. I was messaging with the first agent, Anita, who claimed that she contacted the driver and he would be here shortly. She then left the chat. I proceeded to message and another agent took over. This time I said enough is enough... the driver had been driving around at this point with our sushi for an hour. I requested a refund and was told no... I pushed back and was told the skip credits would be in our account. Two days later I checked and no credits. I messaged again asking where our credit was... keep in mind this was a $63 bill. The first agent claimed there was no record of the conversation and that the sushi was showing as delivered. And he left the chat. Another agent took over, Obi, and said he would review the file. He came back and said that he would ensure that the credits were in our account. I mistakenly thanked him, but did learn by this point to always send the transcript of any conversation with skip to your email. A few minutes later we did get a credit... for 5 bucks. I proceeded to email skip directly and of course no one has responded. How this company is even allowed to stay in business I will never know but I do know that we will never, ever use skip again. Use DoorDash or UberEats... At least they care about their customers.
Never got our food and no refund. He drove right past and cancelled the order with no communication.
They took my money and no order was delivered. Horrible horrible. You are all thieves. Taking customers money
Everything sucks I'm $#*!en mad right now I thought they will improve guess I was wrong don't ur time and money with company
I will keep this short. They have terrible customer service. Even if you have an issue they will end the chat so you have no way of responding
So you don't really know what the rating is for a restaurant when Skip is removing them. Don't trust the reviews
Answer: Not at all easy. And they are disrespectful, rude and downright terrible at providing service. The worst company I have ever dealt with.
