Smilebox is so easy to create the perfect slide show! I have had it for about 4 years, and love it! I believe everyone should try it, but don't load Printshop 4.0Professional because it will lock up Smilebox (my experience).
Terrible, I have been on the computer for two hrs. Trying to join.
I have reset my pass word time and time again and get nothing but negative response.
Don't even send me anything to join, unless you make it easier than it is now.
I have joined numerous programs but not like yours.

SmileBox quoted a monthly price for their premium service. However they charged me an annual amount. This is 12x what I expected to pay. I have asked several times in writing for SmileBox to adjust my term from annual to monthly, but SmileBox Customer Service has refused.
I sent one e-invitation to a dozen persons, and it cost me nearly 50 bucks. If you stay away from the premium service, you'll be ok. Just don't give them your credit card number, PayPal, etc. Check the BBB web site; there are over 100 complaints related to SmileBox billing practices.
UPDATE: Smilebox did eventually give me a partial refund.
This was the worst experience I have had. I made the invitation and loved it! I bought the $5/month membership and was never even able to share with facebook or anything else. I spent over $60 to use this app and count even share my creation. So now I am out $60 and NO ONE is returning my emails and concerns to even trouble shoot and try to share it. It simply doesn't work and no one seems to care to help me. Absolutely ridiculous how hard it has been to try and just have someone help me. I do not suggest at all!
I use Smilebox all the time to send friends and family slideshows of what we've been up to, or to showcase our latest photography attempts. I love it. It's easy to use and allows you to serenade your slideshows with your own music, if you like. Definitely a 5-star rating.
Smilebox is very user friendly and has lots of nice templates that you can make your own. I use it to create eCards, send family greetings and invitations. My only suggestion is to provide the option to change and personalize the headings on some of the templates. I always get positive feedback from my friends and family!
I have been using Smilebox since 2011 and was a paid subscriber. This year 2019, I found they have changed the software which no longer works on my MAC computer and I need a new password to access the site. What is very agonizing - they have my contact list and if I want to use it, I have to pay their premium rates, which is blackmail!
I chose a free flyer. I designed and completed one and when trying to email it, a box popped up stating I had to pay a monthly fee or start a trial membership.
I then went back, chose a free design, worked on it, and when I went to email it, once again it said I had to get trial membership and it was a premium design.
I will neither be using this program, nor will I ever pay for the use of it now.
Want awesome looking email? Smilebox is the place to go. You don't have to use their pictures; you can used your own personal ones or get some free ones off of the internet.
The app is very customizable, and even though you have to subscribe, it is quite reasonable.

Has a lot of options. I use create my own slideshow. I really like creating my own! The options can be used by anyone. It has beautiful colors and designs. I would recommend this site to anyone. Again, very easy to use. You get a 20 day free trial and then it is only $3.99 a month.
Smilebox is much fun. The creations you make are your own! You can customize each one. They are so easy to share with your friends and family. The more you use it the more creative you become with your own personal style.

I belong with a bike group and we ride once a week-I take photos and choose a slideshow-insert photos-write captions-choose my own music and send it out to the group with a notice of where our next ride will start. They love it and look forward to receiving the SmileBox Saturday evenings. I will soon be 82 so if I can do it anyone can!
I used Smilebox to print invites to my son's graduation and they turned out wonderful! I was able to email them to those that email and mail to those that don't. Then we made great thank you cards for after. Easy to use and adapt, once you get used to the navigation of the page.
It's fantastic. Its easy to use. I really benefited from customer support when I needed it. And its flexible enough to all you to put your own creativity in to it to compliment the creative designs the have. I like the variety too.
Reviewing that it all works well with what I like to do with my photos and different events that I have participated in for the glory of God. Thank you for all your creativeness that we together have complimented the greatness of God through gifts and talents He has given us.
This is the best program I have ever used. It is totally worth every penny I pay each year (which is very reasonable) I have purchase many programs and I for one think smile box is top of the line. Thank you Mary E Raab-Rice
Smile box has let me save my memories. Children grow and special times are in the past, but with smile box your memories are with you always. The pictures are always great and the app is fun to use for any occasion.
I love smile box presentations and the music that they offer for my pictures. Share is easy to do. You can email it, put it on a DVD, a thumb drive, and Facebook. It is a easy way to share your pictures.
This company used to offer a lot of free services. They now state that if you want certain things you can use it under a trial period but the catch is that if you want the trial period you have to give them your credit card number. It states that you only need to tell them that you want to cancel and would not be charged. I decided I did not need it and I sent them an E-mail. You can not call them. No one picks up. They charged my account and they refuse to give me a refund because I did not state that I wanted a refund, I stated that I wanted to cancel. So do not give them your credit card number unless you really want their service. I would recommend Shutterfly instead.
It states that you are charged a $3.99 monthly fee however you are actually charged $47.88 per year. It is charged at one time and you are charged for the months you use this product it automatically charges you for the entire year. Should state yearly fee of $47.88 rather than state monthly charge. I would have never agreed to the terms of a $47.88 charge for something I was using one time and for a charity project. Very displeased.
