I paid for a full year, but most of the time, after I make the smilebox, the company will not let me send them. It is MOST FRUSTRATING! I have all these beautiful smileboxes, cannot make copies of them or send them to anyone. What a waste of time. I used to be able to send them all, but no longer. I have no idea what game they are playing. I have written to them so many time, I cannot count them.
We no longer send out physical Christmas cards but there is always the 'should we?' 'no, we shouldn't' 'but what about so and so?' and it goes on. This allows us to direct it to specific people we wanted to receive a card but not inundate our clients with generic cards. We were able to add photos of projects we were a part of and a personal note, to make it a more thoughtful Christmas card instead of coming from a box of 18.
I used SMILEBOX to make the picture video for my Mother's Memorial Service. It was easy to put together and to make multiple copies. Thank you SmileBox. I will cherish this DVD for the rest of my days.

Nope it was hard to use and then after i created the slide show it dosen't upload with the song with it and then i wanted to re share this and it won't let me but did let me post to facebook with out sound. This has been 12 days. I need a full refund
I love working with the different lay- outs and there buildt- in - creativity. My friends and familiy always says "thank you" and tell me how touched they were finding a new colorful greeting in their mailboxes. I simply love the many possibillities and the easy way of creating a "storybook" of photos and text, music and colors. Thank you.

I have created birthday slideshows for both my daughter and my son using Smilebox. I love this website. It is the best one i have seen out there yet. You can make slideshow's and collages of your family and freinds. :) I recommand this website to anyone looking for an easy collage website to work with.
This company has malicious pricing practices and refuse to refund your money. I advise you to Opt-out of arbitration because there is definitely going to be a class-action lawsuit.
OPT-OUT: Customer can choose to reject this agreement to arbitrate ("Opt-out") by emailing *******@smilebox.com within thirty (30) days after the date Customer enters this Agreement for the first time. The Opt-out email Customer sends must state that the Customer does not agree to this agreement to arbitrate and must include Customer's name, address, phone number, and email address. Providing an Opt-out notice is the only way a Customer can opt-out of this agreement to arbitrate. If the Customer does Opt-out of this agreement to arbitrate, all other provisions of the Agreement will continue to apply.
Overall pretty easy to make, what I dont like is after you use one picture how it doesnt go away or there is not a slot you can move it to? I had over 150 pics and had to keep re-watching it over and over before I completed it to make sure I didnt forget one and didnt use one too many ;)
So liked the ease of uploading photos and changing the order of the pixs and even having the option of adding your own music to the slideshow. I liked also having the option of making handout cards for the service as well.
Answer: It sounds like the pixels don't support the size you are trying to view it in. Try shrinking the output and see if that helps. If all of your pictures are still blurry, make sure your software is up to date. Hope this helps and congrats on your wedding!
