SmileBox

I love that the ecards are very simple to make and easy to follow. The designs are very cute. I like the feature that lets you know who and how many people have viewed your ecard. The only one thing I would change so far, is making it completely invisible to "preview" the ecard before people click the "play" sign because it takes the surprise element out of the ecard.

Smilebox is so easy, all the creations they do for you, all you have to do is add your photos and they will even put them in order for you if you would like, or, you can arrange them the way you choose.
Smilebox is also a fun and exciting way for any special envites regarding any event. They provide DVD's or you can print your pictures and all of these for a very small price, once a year, that's it. I will always choose smilebox and so glad I found it. Robbie Dague

I'm using SmileBox for far more than I thought I would.

I exceeded the deadline to cancel my trial membership and initially was disappointed but after using it again I've decided it's worth the cost and far more interesting than an email. The response I got was on email telling me I exceeded the timeline (my fault) but I was welcome to use the service I'd been charge for. I hope I don't experience what Jason H did.

I use Smilebox every day to introduce and reinforce vocabulary words with my elementary school students. I can select images from the internet and paste them into the slideshow slides, then write the vocabulary words and their definitions. My students love to watch the slideshows. It helps them learn and remember their vocabulary words. It's very easy to use and all the graphics and music are beautiful.

The product itself is wonderful but I paid for a month and they could not find my account. I sent the copy of the money paid for with a credit card. I called and they wanted the same information send over and over... nothing was resolved. I worked on a huge 70th birthday celebration slideshow and was not able to fully use Smilebox to finish the project. It was a waste of my time talking to them... they take the money and don't deliver. It use to be good not it's a rip off. Poor poor support.

At first I was very impressed with how easy to use this program was but then I ran into some kind of annoying problems. When it came to adding my music and photos and getting the template set it, it was super easy and quick and I was very surprised because I thought I was going to spend days on this project. But every time I went to "Preview", I would only be able to see a portion of the slide show like it was super off-centered so I am not even sure if there was a "Pause" or "fast forward" button so every time I went to preview I had to watch it from the very beginning every single time. Very inconvenient. So it did end up taking me a while still because every time I wanted to fix one little thing, I had to keep rewatching the entire thing. Not to mention I had to keep emailing it to myself just so I could watch it centered.
