I have been using Snapfish for many years, I am very thankful to be able to used my old pictures stored on their platform. Loved their quality of their product and customer support, they stand behind making sure customer satisfaction is their number one priority. Also very happy with their app and the easy way to add beautiful detail to my photo album and mugs. Looking forward to many more years using your service and highly recommend your site!
HORRIBLE. Don't use them. I used them since inception. My latest order NEVER arrived. I tried to email them. Nope. No email to use, no phone number to call. They were to send a second set of prints. I Have a tracking number. NEVER ARRIVED and tracking number NOT FOUND. They have become an AI invisible entity. GOOD BYE. You will SOON be out of business.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use them. They have removed the human element of customer care and opted to use AI and with that all the frustration of using that horrible service. Never received my prints. Chatted online with them. Stated there would be another order sent. Included a tracking number which isn't valid. Prints never arrived. No recourse to get this done.

Tried to contact them to replace broken lid. They cut me off 5 times. Zero customer service or care. I would absolutely avoid using snapfish as they have substandard items and no customer service

I have ordered their lay-flat books for years and now their quality went from very good to horrible. They ship products that have terrible workmanship. When trying to talk to Customer Service, they lie about what they sent you and promise to get back to you and never do. I've done a lot of business with this company over the years, but it's all over now. This billion dollar company does not stand behind their products.
Tip for consumers:
Not long ago was a very good company, I believe it was bought out by another company which maybe the reason that their so bad now.

I ordered prints for a celebration of life for my daughter. The celebration is on 5/18 when I ordered delivery date was 5/14 I got shipping confirmation that says they will be here 5/21. I chatted with Angela that was less than helpful basically telling me there isn't anything she could do for me n would send this information to next level of support because she is not able to authorize anything. Now I have no pics and can't get refund! Just ridiculous! I will not ever use this service again!
DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS! Something has changed. They were a great company at one time, however, that was then and this is now. I purchased eight photo books for work for $382. I contacted them to ask for help as in less than two weeks the pages were so warped the covers couldn't shut, they became useless to our company and absolutely worthless. They did away with their phone option to speak with a customer service representative and now only have a "Chat" option. I am absolutely sure it is because they have so many complaints and don't want to deal with it on the phone. It's much easier to end a chat (which is what finally ended up happening to me and then they deleted my account). I originally asked to have my books remade in the same quality as we've had in the past and was told they would send it to a higher management and they would get back to me that afternoon. After 24 hours of not hearing back, I reached back out and was "assured" it would be resolved to my satisfaction by another customer service rep. Once again, not a word after a week this time. I reached back out today via chat (as that is my only option) asking for their CEO's email to let them know what kind of company they have and what is being done at all levels. I was told I couldn't have their email, nor any higher level management's email. The only thing she could do prior to ending our chat and deleting my account would be to do the same thing the others did which was to send it to the next level of customer service. As soon as I said it would be ignored the same as the others, she ended our chat and deleted my account. This is the level of customer service provided. I say customer service like they are providing some, not the case. I wanted a refund of my $382, I wanted a remake of my books that were made 2 weeks ago and this company doesn't have the decency to even respond. However, on their website it clearly states Satisfaction Guaranteed. How is that the case if they won't respond to even the smallest and simplest of issues? Needless to say, I hope you don't get sucked into their 50-65% coupons and learn from my $382 loss.
Tip for consumers:
Website eludes to Satisfaction Guaranteed and that is not the case. They ignore their responsibility to follow up with their shortcomings.

I put in an order for 20 Christmas cards. After reviewing them, I reordered 40 more of the EXACT SAME CARD for a cost of over $200. The second order was defective, as it cut one of the photos in half. There is Zero customer support. I spent hours trying to get this resolved, and they denied all liability. A sham company. I will not use again.

I used Snapfish to order Xmas cards for 2023 holidays. Snapfish's confusing push notifications sales during checkout caused me to order the wrong photo tiles. They offered metal photo tiles for $2.99 ea. I ordered 9 of them. What arrived are foam mounted tiles. I reached out to customer service. The agent said that I definitely ordered matte finish and sent me a screenshot of the order. Fact is there was no indication of whether the tiles were matte or metal. I ordered them in good faith they were metal. Very disappointed. Will be using Shutterfly from now on.
I ordered photo prints on January 31st. The initial estimate read the delivery would be made yesterday. The packets have been sitting at the UPS sorting facility located 5 miles from my home since February 3rd! Now, the estimated delivery date is February 13. $11 to ship some photo prints and it's going to take 10 days to travel 5 miles? The delivery price seemed reasonable because it was UPS, but then it was transferred to the post office. Had I known this, I would have had them printed somewhere else. I had 2 orders so I paid a total of $19 in shipping for it to arrive in 2 weeks, maybe?!?

I sure wish I'd read the reviews BEFORE using Snapfish! They are terrible. Their so called customer service is a joke. You can't get a real person (well once I did, but now cannot get that phone number. Can't even find it in my recent calls?) weird! And the chat is terrible. They don't help. The book arrived with a cut on one of the pages. I should've stuck with Shutterfly, but thought I'd try a lesser know cheaper version. You know what the saying is: You get what you pay for. Stay with Shutterfly or any company other than Snapfish! They are TERRIBLE - cannot get help! AARGH! Can't believe they have any positive reviews!
Tip for consumers:
I cannot get a real person to speak to me about my issues.

In November I ordered several photo Christmas ornaments as well as some prints. They were supposed to be delivered by 12/13/23. It is now 12/22/23 and they have not come, and per chat with agent, they seem to have all gotten lost in transit. I definitely won't have them in time for Christmas, despite ordering a month in advance. One occasional lost item at the holidays I can understand, but for multiple orders to get lost and never be delivered is ridiculous. So disappointed with my experience trying Snapfish.
I paid an outrageous amount for shipping to be expedited and arrive by a specific date. Not only did it completely miss the date, but by a whole week, and the customer service chat agent sent me follow-up emails saying the issue was resolved. Nothing was resolved. No customer service at all. The prices are really good, but beware that you can't rely on any shipping information or service.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy expedited shipping. It doesn’t mean anything and there isn’t any customer service.

Snapfish is a scam. They have zero customer service. I ordered an item for delivery. It has not arrived. There are no updates on the tracking. I've emailed multiple times and received no reply. Their chat function just sends you to an FAQ page which sends you to the tracking page and you're caught in an endless loop with no resolution. They take your money and leave you high and dry.
Tip for consumers:
They are a scam company.

Ordered prints for Christmas cards. Order never arrived and customer service incompetent with zero follow thru. Went thru Paypal who immediately refunded me. On a side note, Paypal listed an 800 number for Snapfish. I called it… it was a sex talk line!
Tip for consumers:
This company is a waste of your time and money

I ordered Christmas cards from Snapfish.com on 11/27/23. They still have not arrived as of 12/12/23. The order tracking details on their website has been stuck on "Shipped" for the past week-and-a-half and has not moved. The estimated delivery date originally reflected 12/8/23, but that has slowly changed and now it says 12/23/23. I'm not able to speak to a customer service rep, and their chat feature just either takes me to an FAQ or it sends me right back to the order tracking details. Had I known that I would not receive my Christmas cards before Christmas, I would not have ordered them from Snapfish.

Chatted with Snapfish to see why their promo code for an 11.99 photo book was not working. Was told the promo expired more than two hours prior and representative refused to honor despite the promo still being offered on the webpage. Sucks customers in to spend hours making projects and then uses shady tactics and straight up dishonesty to try to clinch a hire sale. Will avoid in the future.
Tip for consumers:
I would try promo codes first and chat them up to find out when they're going to expire/have expired before wasting your time. Better yet, use a more honest company.

Ordered Christmas cards and return envelopes. Received return envelops with someone elses address. The only way to contact them is via Chat. This takes at least a half hour to get someone while you wait in a que. Then another half hour or more to get answers back. The correct address was supposed to be fixed and re-sent out to me in a few days. Did not receive. Cancelled my order and requested refund. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Use someone else and save yourself a headache.

I order two 8x10 portrait prints. They printed them in landscape and not portrait. Charged $24 shipping as they sent the pics in separate mailers. $13 each. The prints are no good and they refuse to resend them in correct orientation. I believe the scam they are pulling is they purposely print them incorrectly, and offer you a refund for the print, $4. Then they demand you reorder it and pay shipping again. The money they make is in the shipping. They will not correct their mistake. Take your business elsewhere. I'm currently going through PayPal to get my money back.

I’m having to throw away what snap fish sent and repurchase somewhere else.
The most frustrating experience with a company and their customer service. I will NEVER use them again. They made a mistake and blame me for approving a final project that I did not approve. There is no way to talk to a representative other than chat. Their "evidence" that I approved the product is a generic screen shot that does not have my order, order number, name, or any identifiers. They will only issue a credit to my account for reorder and there is no way to get it in time for what I need. I am so disappointed that they will not make this right. I will go back to using Walgreens same day services. The price, product, and customer service are better.
Ordered some prints. They are sitting at my post office for 2 weeks. I chat with them. "Sorry sorry sorry."
Her: Do you want me to put in a complementary order for you to replace this one?
Me: Yes, I would like you to fulfill your part of the transaction.
Her: What do you mean by that?
Oh, sh!t, that set me off. Got refund; Closed account. Will never order from them again. Companies gotta stop farming out CS for cheap.

I'll just go somewhere else. Complaining to "management" doesn't accomplish anything anymore: Money grubbing corps.
I ordered 9 calendars that I made on their site with my own photos. I asked to have them received within about 2 weeks and paid $43 for shipping. 4 days after they were supposed to be delivered, I had not received them and spoke to customer service via a chat. They tried to blame the delay on the USPS, but said they had no tracking info - which I paid for - and only offered me 50% off on the shipping cost. I told them if they couldn't prove they sent them, that I wanted a full refund - which I got right away. I noticed that quality was not as good last time I ordered, but the prices were better than other places. Never again will I go back.
Tip for consumers:
The chat function did work well and didn't take very long to get a live agent. I used it on a Sunday afternoon.

I just received my precious Christmas card! When the ads all say great and the customers say terrible... this is open information. I wish I had read reviews and urge readers too. "cards" means "post cards". I also started receiving a lot of advertisements on my phone> I paid $5 each for a dingy looking postcard and print that was obviously cheap and uneven in contrast and a unified look. Thrown together for sure. They need to hire professional designers and graphic designers and come up to their false advertisement. Their beloved profit margin may go down but their contribution to community well-being and the pride of a good product should more than justify it. Never Never again.

These questions are irrelevant to me
I am so disappointed in Snapfish after having success in the past. I ordered Xmas cards on Dec 2, which were set to arrive (per UPS notification) on Dec 11. Per the notification app, they sat in my city for days, were never delivered and then showed up across the country! Now it says they will be delivered by Dec 22, by which time I will have left town. Customer Service was no help at all and just read me a script ("you didn't deserve this to happen to you"). Come on. Even if it is UPS's fault, they should help problem solve.
When I accidentally ordered 2 sets of photos they refused to give me my money back. Their website was faulty and this was the reason for the error. They customer service was difficult to reach and the quality of the photos is poor. Never again. Popsa is better.
Seriously the worst printing service I have ever used. The B&W image I sent them was stripped of all its details, it looked like a bad xerox... a BAD xerox, because B&W copy machines produce more details than this joke print. Highlights and light greys were all washed out white, medium greys were crushed to solid black. The canvas had a diagonal crease across the middle, and the bottom of the photo has scan lines that look like the printer was running out of ink. Total garbage from print to mount. I don't understand how this was sent out. Customer service hung up on me during my 5 attempts to get a refund. I am seriously in awe of how bad this company is.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use this site. This is rock bottom.
