HORRIBLE. Don't use them. I used them since inception. My latest order NEVER arrived. I tried to email them. Nope. No email to use, no phone number to call. They were to send a second set of prints. I Have a tracking number. NEVER ARRIVED and tracking number NOT FOUND. They have become an AI invisible entity. GOOD BYE. You will SOON be out of business.
I'm amazed about all the complaints in here (not judging!) it's been a while since used snapfish but this site it's been my family's option when it comes to print our pictures.
Their quality was good, I even have a poster I printed with them in 2010 and the colors are still good.
You gotta make sure your pictures are cropped like the way you want or check other details. Online services can be a massive headache.
My sister still uses Snapfish and so far she's satisfied with the quality of the printings.
Site with many deals due to poor quality of tools. It took hours to arrange pictures and edit them. After submitting order the promo code didn't register. When talking with customer service I was informed there was nothing they could do since it was already ordered. My recommendation, try another site
Stay away from their face masks. Based on description large seemed too large. Was going to order small but was told it's for children, so got the large anyway. It covers from above my eyebrows to way below my chin and I am almost 300 lbs! Material is cheap polyester from China - like swimsuit material. It's like breathing through a plastic bag. It literally gets sucked into your mouth when you breathe. And forget about breathing through your nose. The smell will kill you! Didn't try the filters because I have asthma and know it makes it even harder to breathe, but it's job might be too filter out the oily, chemical smell of the fabric. You can use the silicone rods to shorten the horrible already stretched out elastic ear straps, but can't change the fact that the mask will cover your entire face glasses and all. What a huge waste of money this was. Oh, and the photo was blurry too.
Horrible products. I ordered 200 prints, which came to me cropped (by hand) with heads chopped off of photos. I spent 3 days trying to get my money back, which did not happen. The customer service people were not helpful and quite rude. I will NEVER shop with them again.

Snapfish "lost" 231 photos that I've been collecting over the years. They had technical support trying to get them back but finally emailed me and told me there was no way to get them back. I am completely devastated. I don't have backup for most of these photos that have been taken over the years for various reasons... I never worried about it because I assumed I would always just be able to get them on Snapfish. I guess I learned my lesson. To make matters worse, all customer service can say is "sorry" and "we are not a backup service." They offered me a credit for 10 photo books. I'm sot sure why they would think I would even consider doing business with them again after this fiasco.
Wow. They make it seem like you're getting huge discounts, but when they charge $50+ for shipping, the "discounts" you supposedly got evens out to zero discounts. For example, right now they have a 55% off sale on the entire order. I was about to check out and was expecting to pay around $40 because my order was $85. Well, that turned out to be $48 off, but they also added a $53 freaking dollar shipping fee. Absolutely terrible business practice. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my life. You lost a customer and I will warn everyone about this site.

The old Snapfish site was sensational - intuitive and feature-rich. The new site is one of the worst application experiences I have ever had - unpredictable, inconsistent, photos import in reverse date order (and you can't change that) - not a single good word to say. I am astonished that this was released. Never been motivated to review anything before!
It is now complete rubbish. Used to be so fantastic. The awful service already starts with the new look website. All the features have gone, even the basic ones. Even my 11-old son could produce a better system. Absolutely terrible.
I'm moving the pics I can actually download and deleting account! I've been a snapfish customer for almost 15 years to find older photos no longer available! I will never have those pics again and Snapfish has major issues! There are even albums on my account that don't belong to me!
They gave me a "sorry nothing we can do".
I ordered 36 photo books, promptly packed them in care packages and gave them out as gifts. I had one left and I realized the several of the pages had been printed crookedly. When I contacted customer service they said they would do nothing about it. I don't like a company that doesn't guarantee their work and doesn't put customer satisfaction as number one. Be very careful if you use Snapfish or you may get poor guality product and no concern from the company to fix it!
Ordered 12-01-20. Arrived 12-08-20. Ten out of five stars for that as these are gifts that I need to re-package and mail in time for Christmas.
Photos I placed on ornaments maintained their quality. Metal ornaments were also excellent quality. Each came with a red ribbon to attach to the tree.
I have nothing to complain about and would order from Snapfish again.
We made a photo books for an entire basketball team. 15 people. We had all codes written down and were prepared to use them. We completed the book with 78 pages thinking we could get half off additional pages, 60% off entire order for signing up for emails and free shipping over $29. Only one code would work! We expected to pay around $400-500 with codes and it cost $778! Using the best code only, not even free shipping could be combined! I will never ever use this photo site (snapfish) again, very deceptive and after all the work and time to make books, it was a huge disappointment!

It is very upsetting that my old albums are gone - What a terrible thing to do to loyal customers of many years. The mobile site is so awful - can't look at your albums as a separate item - now you can't edit photos for light and contrast - online rep says that feature is coming soon - I should have stayed with Shutterfly. All my photos are here and can't be transferred. All free 100 print deals are on mobile site only - yet I have to use my laptop to make my projects- and view my photos carefully. The new marketing team should take a look at all the negative reviews - you have caused an uproar of dissatisfied customers! What a shame...
I lost albums, projects, and many photos during the migration. My children's lives were documented and saved on Snapfish. I'm told, "Sorry about that. Here's a coupon." Then I'm told, "Don't worry! Our engineers are fixing it!"
I'm so sad. I used this site as back-up storage. I thought that was the whole point of their site. These photos were all I had. Photos of my babies, birthdays, holidays, friends and family that have passed away. I will never stop crying over this. They have completely failed in their mission.
Gosh I am struggling now to use the site. I have been a fan for years and recommended you to many others. I can't do anything that I used to be able. Would love to edit photos. This new site is very poor especially when old one was great. Do you not know the saying "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"?
I tried several times to down load pictures to make a card with another online card maker. I was very frustrated and was about to give up because it was getting so close to the holiday I wanted to send cards for. I searched for another company and found snapfish. Didn't have any problems down loading pictures or finding things on the site. I got just what I wanted and a coupon code too. The cards even came a day before I was expecting them.

I seem to have lost all my pre-new site books - I can get the photographs, but not the albums I spent so much time putting together. So how am I going to re-order? By spending hours re-creating past books? I don't think so.
Snapfish have also at one stroke discontinued the format I have always used (no more dust covers on offer) with no explanation or warning.
This 'up-grade' was a serious step backwards. I was always happy with Snapfish before but am now actively looking for alternatives.

Your new site is a disaster. I've been a customer for over 10 years and brought many products from you. I went into my "project history" and the only things that show up are from 2015. Many of my old photo books are missing and the ones that do show up have been destroyed by Snapfish eliminating many of the embellishments. This was all done without alerting the customers before they went ahead and changed their site. The classic site was so much easier to use - - - I truly don't know what they're thinking with this horrible new site. Bring back the classic!
I ordered my fancy holiday cards that came with the free printing of my return address. I kid you not the address was printed in such low resolution like they ran out of ink and continued printing. That's the main ingredient of your business are you kidding me? It just makes the whole thing look so tacky. Absolutely disgusting I won't shop here again.
We ordered 2 large canvas prints for my stepson's memorial service. One was very obviously off center. Snapfish only offered to reprint if I paid their already outrageous shipping fee again. Very disappointed in their reaction to a US Army Veteran's memorial service.
I just completed 2 books on the new site and am working on my last one EVER. I tried the books from scratch and did not have too many difficulties but do not like the backgrounds, etc. I'm still working on the one they imported from the Classic site and have run into plenty of issues. I plan to switch to another provider that actually lets you edit the pictures so that you do not need 2 programs to complete a project. This has doubled my time spent putting these together in an already busy schedule. I gave it a shot and it is no longer meeting my (or a ton of others from what I'm reading) expectations - especially for the price - even at half off.
I spent 10 hours working on a photo book that was time sensitive. I saved it multiple times while working on it. When I went in today to finish it up, only the first page was there. Talked to customer service who said nothing saved because I didn't sign in each time. I had never signed out and was obviously logged in then I'd access my book every day. Now I have to start in all over with a different company uploading 125 photos and writing captions. And it will be late.

Another customer, who lived in Massachusett Messaged me. She recieved my Christmas cards with her order! I live in Maryland. The Massachusetts lady order was missing half of her order. My order eventally came, short a 20 envelopes. I felt fortunate that my daughter is older, when she was little I worried about her safety, a situation like this would have added to my stress. I know the person who recieved my information is probably not a bad person, but you never know. I won't use them again. I will stay local.

Dragging on for a month…I received a project that was horrible quality and asked for a refund as their sight says. The customer service e reps always have to send a request to the "next level". They not able to give refunds. There have been so many back and forth with the service person contacting the next level, and usually the answers that come back have nothing to do with the quality I mentioned. It's a cycle that keeps going round and round. They say they can't give a refund even when I sent them their policy. OMG. This is ridiculous. I won't ever order from them. Something has changed in the last years.

They do not honor their refund policy, and it has been a month of going back and forths between the cust service rep and her going to the “next level” for every conversation. The quality of the photo tiles was horrid. They keep coming back to me with things that have nothing to do with that

I ordered 6 picture pillow. Before I ordered, asked chat if comes with insert or I wanted to buy one. Was told it comes with insert. Arrived and didn't, they did nothing to fix it. Made it sound like my fault.
This was a gift and very disappointed! Will not do business again with them!
