Wow, I wish I had read all of the bad reviews about soccer.com before we purchased anything form them. We had to buy a home and away 'jersey' and the size difference was extreme. This white tee was way too small and customer service argued that I should have known based on the size charts. The size charts for the 2 different shirts are given in completely different formats so they can't really be compared and the sizing was inaccurate, but now I am stuck with it because they are only willing to do an exchange for 'customized' product. After products were already delayed for a sport that only lasts 8 weeks and an exchange process that would take another 2 weeks (prob more with all their delays) it did not make any sense to try to get a another size yet soccer.com was unwilling to refund despite their shipping & fit issues... so buyers beware! This site has product from all different suppliers and does not give good information to ensure consistency of fit and the customer service was the worst I have experienced in a while.
Ordered 38 pairs of soccer pants for our high school girls team on August 14th. It is now October 9th and still waiting for 8 pairs of pants. Playoffs start tomorrow and so we've gone all season without and now it looks like we won't even get them until the season is over. Absolutely ridiculous! Horrible customer Service. Backorder changed and pushed back week by week since the beginning of September. Excuses by customer service and nobody really cares one bit. NEVER order from here. Backordered items especially because they WILL NOT come when they say they will. BEWARE!
Order a pair of sneakers for my son, they shipped it to the wrong place, I made the order in April and paid $270 for a pair of Nike soccer shoes I never got them until now June, I don't recommend shopping with them, I keep calling customer service they keep telling me that the supervisor will contact me, they don't know where is my order, but nothing happens…. I still don't have my shoes or my money back, I am planning to call the bank and dispute the charge and never shop with them again, I went through a lot of aggravation, and nobody cares from this company about the customers, management is horrible….
Currently waiting one month and counting on a team jersey for a summer futsal league... and called today and they quoted two months for the turn around for a team jersey, if the order was submitted today. So on 7/13, if you ordered a fall soccer jersey, you wouldn't receive it until the end of September.
PUBLIC: Know that the reviews on their website are filtered and TOTAL CRAP! Let's start with the fact that they refused to post my one-star review to the website because it states "I could have sourced this locally faster," and they stated that they would not post it to their actual website because it mentions this competitor ("sourced this locally").

Do not use this company! It takes them 6 to 7 weeks just to ship a product that is NOT on backorder. When I called them to see if the ship date showing on the site was correct, they were very nonchalant is saying "yes, that is our typical ship time". When I complained that I ordered my kids soccer jerseys 4 weeks before the season started and now we would not receive them until past the mid point of the season, they replied "that is our typical time to get an item shipped and it says that on our website". In this day and age, how can it take a company 6 to 7 weeks to ship a product? This does not include shipping time... this is just the time to package the product! DO NOT USE THIS SITE OR COMPANY! They are a complete joke!
Buyer beware. This definitely applies to Soccer.com. I do not recommend using them at all and will not ever again.
I purchased products from them (Short, shorts and socks) based on the date that was shown at checkout. That date was changed on me later, which would not work for me, I asked to cancel that order and they would not. They even stopped responding to my emails.
Then billed me for the last pair of socks and never sent them to me.
I normally do not like to write people's names in here but based on my experience with Catherine and Octavio, I will NEVER purchase from them again solely based on lack of service.
As a higher up, if they were to read this (doubt it), I would take note. I have 3 kids that play competitive and we go through a total of approx 12 sets of cleats a year and etc equipment. After this experience, I will not ever use Soccer.com again. While I would be a small fish to this company, it will at least be money lost to them.

Soccer.com is still in Stone Age. It takes them over 8 days to ship the goods in their inventories. Amazon ships same day for comparison.
No shipping or any tracking information after the order placed for 2 weeks. Took forever to get the refund. Never consider visiting their website in the rest of my life.
Ordered a pair of cleats and immediately soccer.com tooke my money back from the bank account.
After a week, they didn't even deliver the package to FedEx.
Please, do not trust soccer.com
