RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY! Paid extra for two day delivery on Christmas only for the order never to NEVER arrive (EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID IT WOULD) and when I called they said it was on back order and I would not receive until mid-January. When the item did arrive I returned it and they keep taking the money out of my account even after they stated my money should have been refunded. I have been on the phone with customer service multiple times and placed on hold on for no one ever to return. I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional company!
After reading all the bad reviews, I was not expecting fast delivery by any means. But, sure enough, I received the package in a pretty fast time. Maybe I just got lucky?
Ordered my son $300 cleats. Come to find out Adias fits tight and he needed the next size up. Note he paid for $200 of this purchase with a soccer.com gift card. Since he needed the larger size for the start of soccer practice, i called to order the next size up and have Fedex'd to me. All I asked was when I sent the original unused pair back, they credit my credit card. This way I didn't need to wait to send the original pair back, go through the exchange process and wait for the new pair to be sent back. Something I venture would take 2 weeks. If you can believe it, they said no and they would only provide the credit back on the original purchase to a gift card again. In today's internet world and competition for clients, what a joke. Not only did they lose me from ever buying from them, I tell everyone at our club (35 teams representing several thousand kids total) to never buy from this outfit. They were actually earning more from me for all the express shipping I was willing to pay. Anything I can do to drive them out of business, that's my mission. Terrible.
My daughter has had 3 pair of the Nike Superfly soccer cleats all in size 10. I ordered a special edition Superfly that was released back in February. My daughter was injured during a showcase and unable to play for 6 months. So when they arrived, I held the soccer cleats back as a surprise for when she was able to play again. The size 10 Superfly that I bought are too big which was a shock. I called customer service and the first person I spoke with said they could do an exchange for me or give me a credit. I wanted to talk to my daughter and see what she wanted to order. When I called back, I spoke with someone else and they quoted their 60 day return policy. I explained the situation and my previous conversation to no avail. So now, I am stuck with a $250.00 pair of soccer cleats that my daughter cannot wear. She plays for the DA and we go through a lot of cleats. I just wanted another size or just something that fits. I will not do business with a company that refuses to listen or understand the circumstances. I would have accepted a restocking fee, but they refuse to bend. Very disappointed.
I was planning on placing a bulk order of Nike hoodies from Soccer.com to be given out as staff presents at our upcoming holiday party. Just to be sure, my boss and I decided to order two samples so that we could get a feel of them before we placed an order equating to thousands of dollars in hoodies. We even paid an additional $32 for "express overnight" shipping in order to get these sample hoodies as fast as possible. After I paid for the two hoodies and overnight shipping (about $150 total), I receive a confirmation email where it states "expected delivery date: Early November", nearly a month away. Within 10 minutes of placing the order, I call customer service to cancel it. The representative states that there is nothing she can do, but she will put in a request with the vendor to cancel the order. I get another email a few days later that states "the order is too far along in the process" to be cancelled.
I am appalled at their illogical order processing system and their terrible customer service. Obviously, I will never use Soccer.com again.
Ordered Products from this website and they were dispatched the next day and even arrived before the estimated delivery time. 100% Recommend, especially if buying from abroad

In the fall I bought a pair of Umbro Medusae pro 3 FG soccer cleats.
It is hands down the worst set of soccer cleats I have ever bought. And I have a lot of experience. I go through 2-3 pairs annually and have I done that for the last 50 years.
The cleats had a MSRP of $200, but sold, through soccer.com, for $49 (this should probably have been an indicator that something was wrong) I have used a lot of Umbro in the past and frankly I don't think Umbro is to blame for the bad quality of these. Cleats. I simply think this is a fake/counterfeit product that has no relation to Umbro whatsoever. Normally Umbro represent good quality products, but these are nothing like that. Very plastic like, no fit etc. (picture attached).
When confronted with this (even thought the cleats have not been used) soccer.com refused to refund/exchange/do-anything-about- it due to a 60 day rule for return of merchandise (which really shouldn't apply if the cleats are fake)
I have learned a lesson. It looks to be much easier to sell fake/counterfeit/sham products online than it would be through a brick-n-mortar, once the defects actually appear. Beware of that before you go online!
I won't be fooled again.
Horrible service, we need to go with a different company to order kids' soccer jersey. Horrible customer service, I made a call three times, they purposely disconnected calls asking to hold the call.

Answer: I would guess at least 2 months. I've been waiting for over a month here in the US.
