Do not trust there customer service reps. They take no notes from past calls and do not follow up with what they promise. Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced.
I placed an order a for a birthday present, a month out. The order was NEVER received. When Icalled about it the first time, we were told it was most likely a fedex issue and soccer.com put a trace on the missing package. I was supposed to be contacted by someone in support letting us know where the Jersey was, no call. I called back two days later and were told the exact same thing. I called again a week later. The customer service representative told meTO CALL THE POLICE to report the missing package because the Post office couldn't issue a missing claim on the package and it was not delievered. He was not going to issue me a refund, he just wanted me to call the police! They can not issue a credit because they do not know if the jersey may have been shipped. In other words, they have lost my jersey (a birthday present which did not come in time/NEVER CAME). They have my money and I don't have the jersey and they have lost a loyal customer.
Soccer.com is absolute BS. I ordered a pair of cleats that were supposed to come at the max 7 BUSINESS DAYS. After the 7 days, we tracked them down using the email soccer.com sent and it said that the cleats would come in a 4 days, THEN, we finally called soccer.com, and they said that the number of days it's supposed to come in doesn't include HANDLING! It takes then 4 d##m business days to put a pair of shoes in a CARDBOARD BOX! HOrrible Customer service, and are lying to loyal costumers. JUST SAD.
Customer service is a joke they are the worst if ever dealed with my son has missed 3 games because they didnt send his jersey and they supposivly let the wear house know and to send it sence it is in stock ASAP but its been 3 weeks and still cant tell me when its going to get here
Terrible delays. Poor customer service. Automated phone system that automatically tells you there is a one hour hold... of all the sports my sons play annually I HATE having to deal with soccer.com
I have purchased from SOCCER.COM on several occasions. I have bought team uniforms, accessories as well as gifts. Every single time there was an issue with the purchase,,,, but most recent experience beats it all. I have made a Christmas gift purchases from their website ( two expensive soccer jerseys). I have called and verified that when buying on November 30th, items were in stock and I would get them before Christmas. After buying items become backordered, I spent countless number of calls and received many contradicting information. Their website would have different updates on my order, than what I would get in the email notification and than totally different info over the phone. My shipments were changed several times, one item was received December 28 ( $144 jersey I bought was a cheap knockoff with a price tag attached of $99.00) and now, January 22 I am still awaiting my other Christmas gift.
This is unbelievable how such a expensive store treats their customers with lock of professionalism and disregard to misinformation. Please stay away from SOCCER.COM to avoid frustration and being ripped off.
I was evoked to order my son's soccer jersey's from this sight. Somehow this company won the bid to carry the account on uniforms for a major soccer league here in Colorado Springs. This company was not able to fulfill the team orders in a timely fashion as they did not have the product in stock. We did not get our jersey until half the season was complete. I believe if a company bids to take on such a large account the company should have inventory ready to accommodate all players in a timely fashion and before season commences. In addition, when I wrote in the try and resolve the problem this company told me they did not yet charge me and would not until the order was sent out, as if that would fix the fact that my son was playing without his proper uniform as required by this league. The quality is not great being polyester and the sizing is smaller than described, so now I have to order a new uniform for the remainder of our soccer season.
The company asked me to write a review and when I gave a bad review the said they would not post it dure to inappropriate language, the review was the exact language as writen abouve.

I asked for my package to be express delivery i got denied the package took over 13 days after purchase to be delivered but in the website they show withing 7 days of purchased.
Would not honor the price they had posted on their website for soccer cleats. Had to call 3x's and had the run around each time. Their are better companies to use!
Terrible company. Would give a lower rating if I could. After calling was informed that we will get uniform after season is over. Will not refund or cancel. TERRIBLE COMPANY!

Answer: I would guess at least 2 months. I've been waiting for over a month here in the US.
