Package arrived swiftly and as described. One comforter had an ink smear and they replaced it completely for free, shipping and all. Had it to me less than a week later. Absolutely amazing customer service, wish more companies were like this!

I accidentally stumbled upon society6 and was blown away by the original artwork to product printing idea! I can't say enough about the plethora of choices! Furthermore, when one of the things i ordered didn't quite fit in with the rest of my decor, the customer service reps were right on top of it. In the end, they told me I didn't have to send it back, just donate it or find a happy home for it - how nice was that?!?! I'm definitely ordering form them again.

Had a issue as a few shirts arrived with slight errors. No questions asked. They replied with an apology plus saying already organised a refund and re delivery.

I ordered a t-shirt for my daughter a couple of weeks ago. She was really excited when she got it but unfortunately it was too small. SInce those are pretty much custom made I contacted Society6 customer service and asked about their refund/exchange policy. They quickly replied, sent me clear instructions, and in the end, let me keep or donate the t-shirt that didn't fit as a courtesy! I was impressed.

I recently bought some art from Society 6. Not only is their artwork beautiful and they get it out very quickly, they are the nicest, most easygoing company I've ever done business with - very customer service oriented. A true pleasure, in every way! I will absolutely continue doing business with them in the future:-)

Society Six has the best offerings for tapestries, canvas prints, and so much more all in one place. I was able to design and decorate my whole studio on one website, and better yet when I had a problem with an order- they solved the issue in full within hours.

I've had an excellent first order experience with Society6. The shirt I ordered was too large for my son, but Christine arranged for a quick and easy exchange -- on Christmas. I sent a message requesting the exchange that day, not expecting an immediate reply, but Christine got back to me within a couple of hours. She was incredibly helpful and courteous, and I appreciated it so much. I'll be a regular customer of Society6 after this experience. Awesome, unusual products and amazing service, what more could you ask for?

My package was lost - most likely as a result of international cross-ocean customs - so I had to contact the Society6 directly.
I was assisted be Jeffrey who provided me with swift and friendly assistance offering several options of resolving the issue. I am currently expecting the chosen final resolution to be completed, pretty sure it will be fine from now on.

I ordered 10 shirts from Society6. Print quality was ok, but not very good: it feels like the picture will fade away after 2-3 washes. After washing them once and wearing them for few days (some of them haven't been worn yet) three of them are in bad condition: one has seam that came apart and two of them lost their elasticity after the wash.

I complained and got money back for these 3 shirts so service is good. I really like the art, but as items quality is this bad, there is no point to buy anything.

About three years ago, I ordered one of their phone cases for my Galaxy S4. It turned out to be nearly indestructible, surviving more than a 10 foot drop onto tile, among other fumbles. A few weeks ago I decided to replace it since it was only just starting to crack, and the new case arrived quickly but slightly mis-sized for my phone. I requested a replacement which was produced and shipped almost instantly with no questions asked, and it fits my phone perfectly. Very happy with Society6 and their service, and I'll be ordering from them again.

Terrible website. The prices shown do not include customs charges. Bough £20 worth of items as I was advised this was under the customs limit and incurred a £15 customs charge (£7 custom tax, £8 admin fee for the tax) and told that I had two weeks to pay or my items would be destroyed.
Had heard bad reviews of this website before but stupidly thought buying something small/cheap would avoid problems.

Artist-wise, you get a ridiculously small % of royalties.

I ordered a rechargeable iphone case that didn't quite fit and sometimes popped off. I emailed them and only a few hours later the sent a replacement, no questions asked! (thanks jonathan c :) they also allowed me to keep the old one. The customer service more then makes up for any mishaps, and i will not hesitate to tell friends and look for gifts here in the future. Society6 has a beautiful site and wonderful products.

Not only is the art I ordered just as pictured online, but the customer service is also wonderful. I had an issue with my order and they responded via email in just a few hours and all was resolved, just that easy. Looking forward to continuing to purchase from this site- supporting other artists and working with people who actually want to help you!

In reaching out, have not received any attempt to address my concerns about an expensive order that should have been delivered weeks ago. Replacement requested more than a week ago still has not shipped. Disgusted.

S6 has some of the fastest turnaround times on shirts I've seen, and also the highest quality print by far. I do miss the AA shirts, but the new Canvas is similar enough. The few times I've had issues with wrong sizes or misprints and things like that, they are always easy to deal with and help fix the issue right away. Best customer service hands down.

I have bought an artwork, and the quality of printing was way better than expected.
I got 2 carpets that were not properly cropped, but I've contacted the customer service and man, it was so fast and perfect!
They are very kind and respectful, they don't treat you like $#*! (it's hard to find these days) and they are just perfect in helping you and resolving your issues.
It's indeed a 6 stars out of 5!;-)

Society6 refunded me fully after I accidentally ordered the wrong size phone case. Amazing. I asked if I could ship it back and they responded, "Keep it, donate it, use it as a gift. Art is meant to be appreciated, not returned. Please try to find them a good home."

How sweet! I gave the case to my friend (who loved it at first site), and with the refund I'll pick out a new one.

When the item I ordered was accidentally delivered with another print, the team at Society6 responded within a few hours to let me know a replacement would be mailed to me, without any questions or messy return process. Easy as pie. And I'm delighted with the quality of the pieces. Beautiful prints and well made, nice materials.

I ordered a t shirt from this site and it wasnt exactly how it appeared on the website. Not only did they refund my purchase but they let me keep the shirt.

The whole transaction was hassle free. You just dont see that these days.

Great products, great customer service. Had an issue with a sale that went inactive mid-purchase and sales associate Jonathan took care of it right away and reimbursed me for the sale I had originally tried to buy under. I'd say the hardest part about buying from Society6 was choosing which print to go with! Thank you Society6!

I buy everything online.my clothes furniture so with art I gave society 6 a try. I got a photograph piece from society 6 and I absolutely loved the paper.it was matte and high quality print
The customer service was also excellent 11/10 stars. They genuinely care if you are satisfied with your art that you bought. I have also gotten one of their throws and it is Soo Soo soft. Also shipping was pretty quick as well. Will be getting more.art from them as I continue to decorate my home

Smooth handling & resolving of the society6 account related issues by its wonderful folks! I've had an issue with login, it just got resolved by texting the society6 team over facebook. I didn't need to go through formalities like filling a form etc. I just texted and they solved it. Simple and quick.
