I finally did Christmas shopping early and I am being punished for doing so. Gift given after 90 days. Ripped immediately, but can't return since past 90 days. Moral don't shop too early Avoid pillows. Poor quality.
The site looks neat and all, but when I became a paid member and was trying to sell my art, the pages would run with major errors, both on the phone and on the computer, that occurred over and over after continued attempts to resolve. Communicating with the service personnel via email was all right, but I was not satisfied with the fact the actual problems were not pointed out and dealt with in a clear and direct way. The issues had to do with editing items in the artist studio as well as the webpages themselves not loading properly which hindered even approaching my shop correctly. I wanted to share my experience, for people looking for effective online services to sell their art in ways other than traditional, as I was. Society6 is not one that I would recommend, all the more when you're to subscribe and pay however small the amount may be.
Ordered 4 t-shirts and were very excited when they finally arrived.
Sadly none of them looked like they did in the photos. The prints were faded, colours mixed and already cracking. This is very disappointing. Was looking forward to ordering more items but we have changed our minds after receiving these.
I had a couple items from an order that ran smaller than expected. When reaching out about an exchange, the Society 6 folks simply instructed me to place another order, send them that order ID, and then not only did they refund the difference in price, but also told me I could keep the original items. I assume this is due to the cost of reprocessing and stocking returned items and that they'd just rather avoid that expense for their products since they're customized. Still, what a way to win a customer for life! I'll happily continue to spend my bucks with Society 6 given the awesome and easy support experience.
I'm a big fan of society6 and they have incredible shirts. I've been buying shirts from them for a few months and recently one of my items was lost. Thankfully and kindly, Jonathan said he will replace the shirt. He was very prompt with his responses which I didn't expect. To anyone who wants to buy unique shirts like comic book films or Star Wars... This is the place. Thanks again Jonathan!

I have ordered numerous things from Society6 and I have had excellent experiences-- decent prices, quick shipping, good quality merch, and supporting artists.
Most recently, I had had a minor order screw-up (totally on my part, I accidentally ordered the wrong thing) and I, thankfully, decided to contact customer support to see if I could get it exchanged.
The support rep who dealt with my situation (Jonathan) was an angel and he immediately issued a refund, no explanation needed. He also helped me order a new one and was still extremely patient and kind when I even messed up a second time.
I am always apprehensive to make any sort of complaint but the Society6 support team was so accommodating and helpful and, therefore, the potentially stressful process was instead very quick and extremely easy.

We all have our fears of ordering things online; especially when those things don't arrive in the condition we expect. Society6 got back to me within a few hours, and the next day my item was being shipped to me. I would definitely order from there again knowing the customer service is so nice, professional, and efficient when something goes wrong.

The products are good quality, and my experiences when having to return/change orders have been top notch! This company is a bit of a scam. The product I received was made so poorly that I am returning it and hopefully will get a refund. The printing process they used is clearly not monitored. The colors bled. The fabric of the shower curtain was awful. Definitely not worth the high price at all. I can find better products elsewhere. Look elsewhere.

Then don't bother. They use just about the worst shipping service in existence and you will likely forget you even ordered things from them before they arrive. It's more worth it to just go in-store somewhere cool.
FANTASTIC service. These guys are incredible. Made a silly mistake trying to get an updated shirt size, and they fixed everything in no time at all! I really appreciate a company that really takes the time to be hands on with their customers.

For some reason, when I ordered, I had a weird glitch that made it impossible for me to put my full address in the shipping info section. My apartment number didn't show up, no matter how many times I went back and typed it in again. It just kept disappearing! So, I decided to send a message to Society6 right after I placed my order (because yes, I ordered anyway) and they literally responded within hours. My address was manually changed by Christine, who did an awesome job helping me out. I haven't received my package yet, but it's on its way - and to the right address, thanks to the amazing customer service. :)

As an international customer, my order got lost in my country. No fault to them just our postal service. The package was returned to Society6 and within a short time received notification from them something was amiss.
Not only did they go out their way to reship - the customer service team (thanks again Brittany) delivered confirmation in minutes.

I purchased a cushion cover and matching art work from this site on 28 June
Total cost was $225.
About 4 weeks later my cushion cover turned up on its own.
I then asked where my art work was and they said it had been lost in the mail and another will be send out. I can't track the item and am feeling very very ripped off.
I sent a complaint in with my request for tracking details the lady just replied with the tracking (which didn't work) with HO apology or anything.
I feel as though I have wasted over $220 on this scam of a website!
Anyone know how to get my money back from them?
I ordered 4 phone cases which, upon arrival, did not fit well. When I contacted Samantha at Customer Service by e-message, within the hour she had credited my accounts and told me to keep the items! This is customer service like the good old days, when people were kind, courteous, helpful and charming. I will deal with Society6 again because I was so impressed by Samantha's handling of my problem.
I recently bought all-over tees and was thrilled to receive them within a week from the order date [delivered to Greece]. Excellent printing quality on this soft fabric that needs no ironing! I will surely be recommending Society6 to my friends for the brilliant job their doing and for supporting artists all over the world!
Simply a great experience. After I submitted my order, I read that the system had some troubles displaying the special characters of the address in the notification e-mail. By the time I contacted the helpdesk, they already corrected this and the package was on it way. The pleasant surprise besides this was the quick deliver, which ain't happen so often, if you order to Europe. Last, but absolutely not least, we're very happy with the stuff we got!
I LOVE my throw pillows! They are exactly what I ordered and could not be a more perfect match to watch I saw online. I was nervous after reading all of the negative comments but I am so happy I ordered them. They shipped with in 10 days and I would totally order from them again.

I ordered a framed print to be shipped as a surprise birthday gift. Since the recipient also had a Society6 account... she'd received notice of shipment. Thinking her information had been (gasp!) hacked, she cancelled the order. When I contacted Society6 to ask about ship date, I was told I 'cancelled the order". Ah! NO!
I immediately contacted Customer Service, explained the issue... and was given Coupon Codes so I could re-submit a new order --- and not lose any of the sale discounts and free shipping.

I do a lot of online shopping and never I have I ever experienced such great service. I highly recommend them! Plus if you have any issues with your order they are more than happy to help. There are some companies that try and dodge your questions/complaints but S6 are exactly how companies should treat their customers. 5 stars all the way!
