Lots of Glitches

Had trouble for some time now, lots of glitches. Prints orders twice, sometimes three times which sets us up for huge financial losses. Busy warehouse can't always "catch" their countless errors. Program times out a lot, double the work to re enter weights and measures causing a huge time loss for our warehouse team. They they try to call you to get you to "upgrade" (of course for a higher charge) to another program that's "more stable". Why wouldn't you just introduce the stable program to all your customers? Makes no sense. As a business who ships 75 to 100 packages a day we've now had to add additional personnel to "watch out" for their countless errors and site issues. A lot of trouble to use, and I don't see them fixing any of the glitches any time soon.

Great for stamps. I'm having to learn how to be a postal clerk to use. Properly. I mail to organization supporters and cannot send postage due or pay too much for what I'm sending.

Sometimes it works

Often when I try to paste an address into Stamps.com, I get an error message and it says "Fix now?" If I say yes, it closes anyway.

Also, when I switch from packages to envelopes, it frequently will not stay on the label position that I select, so I have to send for refunds more often than I would like.

Stamps.com charged me a monthly fee for 2.5 years without sending any notification emails or receipts to make me aware of the chargesI just happened to spot it one month on my statement.

It was impossible to cancel onlineI had to email their "customer service" and they only cancelled it after several rounds of going back and forth over email. Email responses take several days. They completely ignored my multiple requests for a refunddidn't even bother to refuse the request, just ignored that I even asked for one at all. It seems to be a company policy to ignore refund requestsI contacted multiple customer service agents and every one of them completely ignored my requests for a refund.

This is hands down the worst customer service I've ever had from any company I've ever dealt with.

Please take my advice and STAY FAR AWAY from Stamps.com, you can get a better service for free from other companies like PirateShip (and they actually provide helpful and friendly customer service, with quick responses often within a few minutes.

Stamps.com has been a life saver for me and my home business. I love the ease and simplicity of being able to print my own stamps, envelopes, etc. I only have had to go to the post office to mail them out. So wonderful for all my needs here at my home. Thank you so much!

Beyond convenient!

Being able to print out postage as needed is wonderful, but the really fantastic part is, during the holidays, when the line is 10 deep to mail a package, being able to print the proper postage label (we have the various "Fits it Ships" boxes on hand) and drop the package off without standing in line, was unbelievable. That freedom was an incredible time saver!

Postage meter companies were making us pay for new chips for our meter every time the rates changed. Stamps.com can push them out over the web for free! For us it is cheaper to pay the monthly fee than to pay all the costs associated with a regular meter.

I do all of post office in my house! They are for postcards, letters, small, medium, and large packages. I am getting ready to send a letter off in international postage, it is great!

Such a convenience

I hate going to the post office and standing in line. Using Stamps.com, I put the correct postage on outgoing mail, and then put the mail on the box for the postman to pick up.
No fuss, no bother, and the convenience is worth the monthly fee.

Been a loyal customer

After having to deal with long lines and crazy hours at the post office Stamps.com was the perfect solution for us. I print what I need and on the pull down selection I notify the postman that I have one or several packages for pick up the next day. I wouldnt trade this convience for anything.
