My company ships a lot of media mail (music books). With the USPS, we have to take the packages to the local post office. They won't allow you to print media mail labels on their USPS website. However, with Stamps.com, we are able to print the labels and the postal carrier picks up the package and scans it on the spot. This saves us a lot of time and money constantly driving back and forth and standing in line! The other Stamps.com options are great. I recommended Stamps.com to everyone we know. We have added a photo below and blocked out the owner's address for privacy.
Their system is very buggy... it will work for a few months on one computer, then suddenly stops working... they'll advise to change to a different browser, or state they no longer support Apple computers (thanks for that, we don't all have PCs here at our office); often their website is down. Half the time they want us to update the downloaded program, the other half the time they want us to log on and only use it online. Their monthly fees are way too high for small businesses, and their staff is hard to reach (to put it politely). If you can find another service, DO SO!
Great service to have. Reliable, fast and easy to use. I highly recommend Stamps.com. No waiting in long lines at the post office. Easy to navigate and makes shipping a breeze. I feel confident using this service
Being able to print out postage as needed is wonderful, but the really fantastic part is, during the holidays, when the line is 10 deep to mail a package, being able to print the proper postage label (we have the various "Fits it Ships" boxes on hand) and drop the package off without standing in line, was unbelievable. That freedom was an incredible time saver!
I don't know what I ever did before I had Stamps.com. It is so convenient for me, saves me money AND time, LOTS of time. I appreciate being able to get all my postage for all my packages and letters in one place and not having to waste time at the Post Office. I have not had the need to contact customer service so I can't rate that part of the business. I appreciate the quick shipping when I need supplies as well. I will continue to use Stamps.com for my business AND personal postage needs.
We have been a customer for almost 5 years, and I will never go back to using regular stamps, and a postage meter. Software is great, and I love the ability to track packages right through the program. In 5 years, we have hardly ever had to call them for a service issue. Highly recommend them!
I just love using Stamps.com it's so easy to use and when I need a stamp or a whole sheet it's just a click away. You can even print out special rate stamps.
I have been a Stamps.com customer for a long time.
It's saves time and money instead of running out to the post office.
Easy way to save on postage and save time on line at the post office. Type in the address, click and you have your paid label! So easy! I love the fact that I got the first three months of service free!
One of the reasons I chose Stamps.com over other similar services was the ability to print custom stamps. There are so many (ridiculous) restrictions that I have not been able to use either my logo or a picture of my business. (It is a church!). I do not believe that a picture of my church is offensive to anyone. Stop your PC nonsense stamps.com

Running a home based business is so much simpler with Stamps.com. I order my supplies, load my account and print my postage all online. Plus, all my transactions are recorded to make month end/year end reporting easy. I love my Stamps.com account.
Our small office thinks it is the very best possible solution ever for postage! We love the convenience and accuracy for our postage needs. We previously spent thousands of dollars before Stamps.Com renting postage machines... this is economical, reliable and meets all our needs. Thank you.
It seems if I don't email the stamps/endicia people and ask them to fix our rates after USPS updates, then we pay more until I do. The software looses it's dimensional discounts. Both Internationally and Domestically.
Tip for consumers:
Check that your Dimensional discounts are in place

Stamps and Endicia are one, so we only use Stamps now.
Even if you don't use a lot of postage and are running a small business, the small monthly fee is worth it simply to save the time and inconvenience of having to travel to the post office, wait in line, etc.
When you make a mistake, it used to be - you could file a claim with the Postal folks and get your money back, but now with the current system you can not run off a claim form to do that - this sucks! No two ways about it - a better mousetrap maybe, but not if you make a mistake.
In contrast to the last postage provider of many years ago, the simplicity of Stamps.com is welcomed in a busy office. No heavy machinery to take to the USPS for refill & verify, no checks to send and wait for clearance, no expensive monthly fees! During our peak mailing season, we don't need to take our packages in to the USPS; we can do it all here: weighing packages, printing postage, sending to foreign
Addresses. And now, USPS comes to pick up!
I've used stamps.com for years now and it saves a lot of trips to the post office. Customer service reps are knowledgeable and professional. And the people you speak with are in the U.S. and speak good English.
I like Stamps.com because I like the ability to create a specialty stamp for my business. It can get expensive though. Recently, the monthly fee went up to $17.99. I know they need to make a profit, but I believe that the monthly fee is getting pretty steep, and I'm not sure what it's for except access to the site. You pay the monthly fee, then for the price of the postage, then the price of the printed stamps. Then postage increases in price. I'm just not sure it's worth it anymore. I've considered dropping it, and if there are more price hikes, I'm pretty sure that's what I will do, even though I do like the service. It's all coming down to budget and what's really important.
I no longer wait in long lines at the post office... I no longer leave my home to go to post office for boxes and stamps. I love printing my own stamps on one of the great selections I have to choose from to purchase. It's so convenient and I'm saving $$ as well. Thank You Stamps.com
Stamps.com has been the worst ever in the last 6 months. The glitches are just about every other time we print mail. They won't refund for their glitches. The reprint button works half the time. They often glitch and double charge, then what you to spend another 60 cents to send a refund request. Then will label it denied with a vague reason such as "Partial mailpiece submitted" and not explain what the reason even mean. I submitted what they said, and you can't submit glitch double charged becuase it did not print anything. I have used it for 7 years now and spending around $3,000.00 a year, so I would say we are a frequent shopper.

I have always been very happy with Stamps.com. They are very responsive to any problems I have. They provided a reduced monthly rate because I am a low volume user. I recommend them without reservation, and I rarely do that.
I have used Stamps.com for several years for both business and personal reasons. It is always at my finger tips, can use it 24/7, and eliminates my going to the post office. It takes me 40 minutes round trip to go to the post office, and at my hourly rate, and the business I could lose while not at my desk, my ROI is amazing. Thanks, Stamps!

Just Use It!
Postage meter companies were making us pay for new chips for our meter every time the rates changed. Stamps.com can push them out over the web for free! For us it is cheaper to pay the monthly fee than to pay all the costs associated with a regular meter.
Having the ability to print postage at home is so much more convenient than running to the post office every day. Also, getting postage at a discounted rate is awesome. It's a win-win situation... saving gas money by not running to the post office daily and cheaper postage!
Have used Stamps.com for many years. Since the fall of 2020, have not been able to purchase stamps from Stamps.com as the bank that manages my major credit card will not allow charges to Stamps.com as they say there has been significant fraud from Stamps.com. Same credit card and bank for years. Frustrating.
I have nothing but good things to say about Stamps.com products and service. I've never had a problem with either the stamps and the post office have never returned a mailed item with their stamps. Outstanding.
A great service, until you have a question. My many sheets of Netstamps are useless because something is wrong, but Stamps.com will not respond to my question about what is wrong. I have been a customer for 10 years, and I expect better than that!
We used to have a postage meter - it was expensive, difficult, and unreliable. We replaced it with stamps.com and it is very easy and convenient... and much, much less expensive. Also, they keep introducing improved products, which is really nice.
