The company I am working placed a very larger order at the last minute with a very tight deadline and she went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed and when. I ordered an item two weeks before Christmas, thinking that it would arrive no problem before Christmas. I was wrong. I had not updated shipping info, so I called the Saturday before Christmas and they were not working that weekend. I tried the following Monday, but they were closed for a few hours for a Christmas Party. Someone did call me back a few hours later and said that their processing time during the holidays can be up to 10 days. Seriously!?! Perhaps if you worked weekends and didn't take elongated breaks you could cut down some of that wait time. Also they told me that one of the four items won't be in stock until next year so they weren't planning on shipping it until the order was complete. No communication or anything... they just were happy with shipping it next year. I will say that their selection is great, but until they learn how to run a company I will not order from them again.
I have looked at a few reviews here and got worried about my order, i placed an order Wednesday and still have not got an email yet... im just wondering is this normal? I was really hoping that I would have my order delivered before Christmas day. Im not on for judging because of what I hear so I decided to give this company a chance. Is this a realistic time to get the order when I live in Ireland and why have I not got an email back yet? Please need a bit of assurance.
Ordered item. Three days later, was told the item would take at most 1.5 weeks to ship. Emailed them after 10 days, asking for update. Was told it would ship by the end of the week. Received email two days after this, saying item wouldn't be available for another month.
I wouldn't recommend bothering with this website unless you're ordering two months in advance of whenever you need your item(s).
On july 30 2015, I ordered two personalized stuff animals regardless some bad reviews I read. On august 4 I called the company to know the status of my order since I need the animals by saturday that week. They respond to me quickly and answered my questions, the order was shipped, and it was supposed to be home by friday, the 7. After my call they sent me an email with the shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Today is august 7, I got home at 1:00pm and my order was there already, plus they look adorable! It took them just 1 week
My daughter asked Santa for a purple puppy. I googled purple puppy and found stuffed safari. I ordered a purple dog with a bandana with her name on it. I paid for three day shipping hoping it would be here for Christmas. After I ordered I read the reviews and got nervous. Well some people must just like to complain. My dog was here a day early. It is perfect. I would be 100% confident ordering again!
I was a little concerned after I placed my order and then read some reviews. I am very happy to say that within hours of placing my order, I received notification that my item shipped. That was on a Friday. I requested normal delivery, and it managed to get from Illinois to California without any problems by Tuesday. It was exactly what I ordered, and my daughter couldn't be happier. 4 stars and 2 enthusiastic thumbs up!
Like all people say, the items that appear available were not available and it took them to ship my order almost 3 weeks. But I liked this site because they have good selection and provide the items at lower price.
It sure took them to ship my order way more than I expected, but they told me via e-mail that my order will be late and suggested me to cancel the order if it is time sensitive or exchange the unavailable items to something slimier.
If their inventory management was better, I would give them 5 star.
I to am having a problem getting the 2 animals I ordered. I placed the order on June 3,2010 and on July 1,2010 I called to see what the problem was. They told me I should have received an e mail telling me that one item was back ordered. They told me that item would be in by the end of the week and they would ship. I called on Tuesday, July 6,2010 and they told me they will ship on July 12,2010. I need these items by August 1,2010, that is why I placed the order at the beginning of June. I should have read your reviews before placing an order with this company. I have since ordered the exact same animals through Amazon and have already received them. KM

Report: People are quick to jump on a site when the only thing they have to judge them by is the bad. It is a SHAME that no where online is there a good review on this company. Why? No one takes the time to report when they successfully receive an order, only when they do not!
I recently placed an order with them on the weekend, read these reports and got nervous and wrote. I IMMEDIATELY received a response from Shannon herself, ON Labor Day, that she is sorry for the concern and is hand-packing it herself even though it is a holiday to avoid any further worry. Don't judge this site by a few bad reports! More need to take the time to report the good, and not just the occasional slip.
If you're reading this considering ordering, I highly suggest you do! They're a family ran company and deserve all they can get. Give them a chance! They're too kind to be judged by a few backordered items.

Answer: Hi Mary! The cat does have a setup inside to make a purring sound. There is a bit of a learning curve to the sound device in order to produce a realistic-sounding purr. The sound maker consists of what I am guessing is a ball inside of the puppet (it's inside the puppet so it can't be seen). The ball rolls back and forth across what sounds like a ribbed surface to make a purr-like noise. We do not collect any duties or taxes for Canada, but depending on the size of the order and where you are located, it is possible that the Canadian government or your local government may charge a duty fee when they deliver your package.
