Plan ahead before you run out! Room for improvement with customer service but good affordable pricing and discounts
Never had an issue with Stylevana. Very reasonable prices is what you pay and unfortunately this can mean slower shipping times. SOMETIMES not always. I was pleasantly surprised With how fast it shipped. Ordered on the 18/09 and received today 28/09 I know a lot of people have struggled with shipping times from them myself included and I was expecting to wait weeks so I really can't complain. They took 4 days to process the order aswell which was a pleasant surprise.Discounts are always good and sometimes you can get free full sized products just check their Insta for latest deals. If you don't mind waiting and can plan a head for your skin I.e before you'll run out then it's worthwhile shipping with them. Communication isn't always the best with customer service but they're a good service to use.

I decided to write this review due to all the negative reviews here.
Firstly, their products are fantastic, reasonably priced and much better quality and cheaper than European/western counterparts.
Secondly, of course the shipping is going to take a while. It is coming from the other side of the world! (I'm in the UK). They're not going to pay premium to just fly it straight to your doorstep via a personal courier. What do you want and expect?!
Thirdly I've contacted their customer services via email before (when I first ordered from them) to chase up a delivery. They normally reply between 1-3 days. But they do always reply and help in my experience.
I've ordered from them for years and never had a single problem. Not one!
Have a little patience and a little faith people.
I am very satisfied with the company. Their products are authentic and of high quality, which exceeded my expectations.
One thing to note is that it is important to carefully read the availability status of each product. If all the items in your order have the status "In Stock: usually ships within 24 hours," then your order will be shipped within 4 business days. However, if there is a product with a status like "Usually ready to ship within 30 business days," then it shouldn't come as a surprise that the entire order will be shipped after 30 days.
I also appreciate the prompt and helpful support provided by the company. They respond to email inquiries in a timely manner, addressing any questions or concerns I had.
The website states that the products will be shipped in 24 hours. Please know that this is never respected. I have ordered over a month ago, have emailed over 4 times with no reply. Only today I got an email that the products will be shipped soon and still no tracking number. All my products were in stock. Basically order two months prior to expecting the products. Why do they have a support email
If no one ever replies? Don't you care about your customers?
I love all of the products available. It's a little cheaper than others sites, but shipping takes a long time, and the site is incredibly slow. The features on the app don't run very smoothly, but it still gets the job done. I'll be continuing to use it though because it is so much more convenient.
I made an order over a month ago and it's STILL processing. I don't mind the month long shipping wait but a month long process time is extreme. My other order I made after has shipped already. And when I email them no one responds.
I just really wish I could find the products they have on a better website cause they're so slow and never respond. For the summer I went out of state so I assumed my products should be delivered in a month, i already knew not to expect much and gave them a whole month, but forget about deliver my order is still PROCESSING. It's been processing for a month, I won't be here anymore and emailed them to at least change my address to my original since I'll be gone soon but they still haven't answered any of my emails. At this point I'd forget about it but I spent a lot on that order and would like to receive it.
My order only took one week to arrived. However the tracking code that they send me does not work and only works on the day of the delivery. I send them couple of emails but all I got was an outdated automatic reply. I was reading review full of negative review which makes me really nervous about my order and the customer service is not customer servicing. There is no reply apart from the outdated automatic reply. While I do received my order on time, will only recommend to people who are fine with the possibility not getting their order delivered on time and not getting a refund. It seems that cancelling order and refunding will be difficult. I might just be lucky with this order.
I've bought from Stylevana a couple times now. They are a beauty (and kind of fashion website) that sells beauty products from Korea and Japan.
I've seen people say that they aren't super reliable and I've fortunately have had no issues with shipping both in state and abroad but I would keep that in mind. They do have a variety of products I haven't been able to buy anywhere else and their products are generally cheaper. I would Still try it out though especially if the items are a lot cheaper or if you can't find it anywhere else.
I would give this review a 4 or 3.5 if I could but on behalf of some of my friends and subscribers who have had issues I would need to rate it a 3.

Update: I got my product but it took around 1 month.
I got my order but super late almost 1 month (The worst place to buy)
Order no: #BWSVCAA******* ( Feb 6,2022)
So, I normally use a shampoo called some by mi its a good shampoo and suits my hair and scalp, and when I was looking for the product after coming to Canada, I couldn't find it except this website. So naturally, I ordered and I exclusively selected "Express Shipping" which costs extra.
Now I am waiting for almost a month now, Ordered it on February 6th, and it's still in shipping, I just don't know if it will ever arrive.
Update: I got my product but it took almost 1 month when I selected express shipping I expected 7 days or less not 1 month!. The Products however was fully intact and no spills or scratches and I got the authentic products and no problem there but the shipping time must be fixed or at least let the customers know it takes 1 month!
The most disreputable company i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Avoid at all costs.
Purchased an item, paid express post was assured it was in their Sydney warehouse for immediate dispatch but a week later nothing. Turns out they don't have a Sydney warehouse and ship from China which had i known would never have purchased in the first place! Had to put in a PayPal dispute to get my money back.
Zero stars from me for untrustworthy scam company that i will NEVER purchase from again!
I bought from them in multiple occasions, but lately they are not keeping track of the availability of products in stock so they decide that they send you your products when they arrive, doesn't matter if it's a month, two… maybe never, they don't reach out to inform the clients, they already have the money and that's what matters, right? If you try to ask for your order, they might or not respond, and don't even dream of anything such as a real solution or any sort of compensation, so as a client you have to hunt them to receive the bare minimum, it doesn't worth the stress, the service is awful, delayed, disrespectful, huge disappointment, now I really understand all the terrible reviews and comments. NEVER AGAIN!
I will never use Stylevana again, and would tell everyone to run as fast as you can away! Exceedingly slow shipping. About 2 weeks after ordering I still didn't have a working tracking number. As my items were needed before I certain date I finally asked for a cancellation about week 3 after ordering. My order had obviously not shipped and I had to buy form another site. Within 12 hours of sending that email I got a reply with a working tracking number and a note that if I chose to return my order that it could take weeks or months to get a refund. Adding insult to injury, a couple of my items arrived with the safety seals missing or broken. I'm still waiting for an answer about this issue. I'm really frustrated I feel like I can't use some of the products, and I feel like sending some items back would just be an other struggle with Stylevana. At this point I'm assuming I have products that won't be used and will have to be thrown away, and I have learned a hard lesson about this company.
My parcel was lost by evri who advised me to contact stylevana to arrange refund/replacement. Granted this wasn't Stylevana's fault that evri lost the parcel however as the merchant they have a responsibility to make sure I get my parcel. The parcel was confirmed as lost somewhere within the evri network on the 6th August and after an initial confirmation from stylevana that they were notified by evri it was lost & were looking into it I've heard nothing from them. I've sent multiple emails requesting an update on replacement or a refund and they all go ignored. I'm so disappointed as I've ordered from stylevana many times but won't be reordering again from them again as customer service is non existent.
I have managed to get my money back by raising a chargeback with my bank and they refunded me as I hold zero hope of stylevana doing the decent thing. Not sure if this is an option outside the UK but if you are here it's worth contacting your bank. I think Stylevana then get a charge sent to them by the bank.
They sold items with incorrect item information on the title. I complained about it but never got a refund. Even if I ordered a product, they canceled my order because the item was out of stock. Delivery took 2 months. No matter how cheap it is, there is no reason for me to use this place.
Had to chip in once I saw all the bad reviews. I've purchased 6 times from them. All quality, authentic products at the best prices. I live in Nor Cal and it takes about a month on average to receive my shipments. I've never panicked and contacted customer service so I have no experience with that end (sounds like they don't do that well). But overall I plan ahead and order and wait. I just bought their advent calendar a few weeks ago and it's already at my house, it is awesome! Such a great deal on 24 full size products.
Anyways, I understand shipping has been an issue for some, but trust that this isn't across the board. Success can be had here!
If you're skeptical yesstyle is more user friendly and I've heard good things about customer service. A little higher priced but may give you peace of mind if you run into any issues.
Where to start? I never received the product I ordered because it was delivered to Santa Fe Springs, Ca when my actual address is in NY.
When you notify their "support" team about this, you're sent a confusing form via Google Docs to fill out. After that, no response, no follow up, Nothing.
Currently disputing charge with my bank.
After paid by credit card ask for personal photo identity and address proof, this is first time in my life. If you do not provide they will hold your order. It was not easy to cancel the order, you can only ask them to cancel, really a rubbish company! Be careful!
I made order on 22 May 2023. It was Japanese face wash and they are cheaper than anywhere else and postage was cheap as well. They sent me order confirmation but nothing after that so I asked them when they are going to ship goods. They replied that because of bank holiday on 1st May, it is delayed. Two weeks later still no shipping confirmation. When l looked their reviews here, it is really untrustworthy company! Luckily l paid with PayPal and l got refund from PayPal (except postage £3.99)
I placed 2 separate orders. One arrived in 3 weeks the other hasn't arrived yet. It's been over 4 MONTHS. I messaged customer support and they said they would re-ship my order. That was over 2 months ago. Very frustrating I'll never buy from them again
I placed an order of some Japanese brand products on Dec 31 2021, the order didn't get posted until Jan 7 from US. After 3 whole months, the provided tracking didn't work, the order have not arrived and the order status marked completed. It's totally a scam!
Answer: A COMPLETE SCAM. I made an order with insured shipping, didn't receive any parcels despite they claiming it was "delivered", and their customer service is THE WORST. They're not helpful at all. Please buy in other site.
