I placed an order on 30th November 2024, expecting a smooth transaction. However, after waiting an entire month, I was only informed on 31st December 2024 that one of the items was out of stock. No prior updates, no proactive communication, just a sudden notification after weeks of waiting.
To make matters worse, reaching out to customer service was a nightmare. Response times were extremely slow, and every time I contacted them, I got the same generic reply: "It is under process." No real help, no effort to resolve the issue, just the same scripted response over and over again.
After this frustrating experience, I requested a cancellation and refund, which turned into another ordeal. It took another month for them to process my refund, and I finally received my money back on 29th January 2025.
This level of service is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. They wasted my time, failed to communicate properly, and showed no regard for customer satisfaction.
I placed an order on January 16, and after almost two months, I have received no update, no tracking number, and no response to my emails. They originally claimed restocking would take 2-3 weeks, yet here we are on March 8, and my order is still missing. Their customer service is nonexistent—they ignore emails and refuse to provide any concrete information. At this point, I have no choice but to file a dispute with my payment provider. I will be contacting my bank to initiate a chargeback and recover my money since this company has failed to deliver the goods I paid for. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. This company does not care about its customers.
My experience with Stylevana is ongoing. It has been 45 days since I made an order and I have not received it. Worse, there has been no communication from Stylevana regarding my order. These people are awful and disgusting. They don't care about customers, never respond to emails and will instead send canned comments. So gross and disgusting. Do not shop from them.
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Stylevana. I placed an order on October 19th, and despite their estimated delivery of 7–9 business days, it's now December 19th and my package still hasn't arrived, nor do I think it ever will at this point...
The tracking information shows the package bouncing back and forth between Spain and Germany with no clear explanation. To make matters worse, their contact system is completely faulty, making it nearly impossible to reach their team or get any support. There's also no way to contact the courier directly.
At this point, I've given up on receiving my order and already had to buy replacement products twice. This has been an exhausting and frustrating process, and I'm now waiting for my refund, if I ever even get one...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My first order went off smoothly. No hold-up with getting my order shipped but once shipped it's very slow. Stylevana does not care about customer experience. I got everything I ordered. After my first order, I got a coupon code to use for my first free gift. Last night I was ready to place another order. I used the coupon code for a discount and free gift. The order form would not place my order. I tried again the next day and my coupon code and free gift discount had both been deactivated. There are a ton of complaints where people aren't getting their orders and Stylevana will not respond. It looks like on my second order I have now become another customer that did not get their order. And they are not responding to my emails. I don't get how they are allowed to continue to operate if they are actively stealing Americans' money by simply just not shipping orders and ignoring all requests from customers.

I wish there was an option of giving Zero stars! Worst experience ever. Firstly, the delivery of the order took ages and their delivery service is abysmal. They claim they delivered the order but I never received it despite of being available on the day of delivery. I have emailed them MULTIPLE times, after the initial response, they stopped responding. It's been over 2.5 months, got complete dead silence! No response to emails or inquiries and complaints. Nothing! They think money grows on trees and customers doesn't deserve the right to get an answer, get their goodies or money back.
I made a purchase on 15th November, 2024. By the time I was at checkout, the prices of two of the items in my cart already went up significantly (up to 4 times of the price!) which I later noticed after payment. Since then, I have been on this matter and it still has not been resolved. I have sent countless emails but they continue to respond with generic email. I have photo evidence of this. It is so unfair how a brand could treat a returning customer in such a manner.
The price glitch occured at checkout and the price difference is very significant. I paid significantly higher than the actual cost.

Please don't use this platform, their strategy is to just try to get away with it, either not responding to your complaints or offering the same AI answer... They kinda count on you getting so bored and over it that you let it go - That has been mine and other people's experience

Scam / Fraud
I wish I can give this company a negative 1000 score. I ordered some items from here for the first time. The items did not deliver and when i contacted the Australia Post, I learned that the shipment was sent back. They provided me the proof of return. I have sent countless emails and have sent many messages to the customer service since August 9,2024 and it's been a month and have not received by refund of $89 or any response from this company. It's definitely a scam company. Buyer please beware because they don't ship anything and instead take the money and disappear. I don't know what else to do? So frustrating and annoying.
I had the worst experience with this store, my order was left on the street inside a garbage container, no one told me about this, I checked the courier's website update and saw it there, when I went to get my package it simply was not there, maybe they left it at another address but the store washed their hands of it and did not want to acknowledge this because they only told me that the product had already been sent. I had bad treatment from them, I lost my money almost 270 dollars, I opened a case with Paypal but they did not help me either because they told me that the tracking was sent to my address and that there was no insurance or anything that they already fulfilled, so since the company does not want to take charge of this I am going to file a complaint with the police to see if they can help me because I am not willing to lose my money, be very careful with this company if you decide to buy in this place because they are happy to receive money but then they kick you in the $#*! and goodbye.
I placed an order and fully paid on 17 July. Then on 26 August, they advise me that they are pack my items (after more than a month).
My order number is BWSVAUA******* so it can be verified as a genuine bad experience.
My parcel was lost by evri who advised me to contact stylevana to arrange refund/replacement. Granted this wasn't Stylevana's fault that evri lost the parcel however as the merchant they have a responsibility to make sure I get my parcel. The parcel was confirmed as lost somewhere within the evri network on the 6th August and after an initial confirmation from stylevana that they were notified by evri it was lost & were looking into it I've heard nothing from them. I've sent multiple emails requesting an update on replacement or a refund and they all go ignored. I'm so disappointed as I've ordered from stylevana many times but won't be reordering again from them again as customer service is non existent.
I have managed to get my money back by raising a chargeback with my bank and they refunded me as I hold zero hope of stylevana doing the decent thing. Not sure if this is an option outside the UK but if you are here it's worth contacting your bank. I think Stylevana then get a charge sent to them by the bank.
I recently had a disappointing experience with Stylevana regarding a damaged product, Naturie Hatomugi Skin Conditioning Gel, purchased on June 9,2024. The product I received was defective, with a leak from the lid of the bottle. I promptly reported the issue and followed the procedure for a refund, including providing all necessary details and pictures. Despite reaching out five times to request a return and replacement from July 6,2024, via email and their website, I never received a reply. Their lack of response is frustrating and unprofessional. Customer service is crucial, and Stylevana has failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The response format Stylevana used in their reply to my feedback on Trustpilot seemed designed to publicly show they care about my complaint. However, no acknowledgment or resolution has been made so far.

Purchased an item, paid express post was assured it was in their Sydney warehouse for immediate dispatch but a week later nothing. Turns out they don't have a Sydney warehouse and ship from China which had i known would never have purchased in the first place! Had to put in a PayPal dispute to get my money back.

Coupon codes don't work as advertised, shipping/packing times are a complete lie. Have waited for almost 2 weeks and nothing has shipped. Customer service does not respond at all, on any platform. Have sent messages on instagram, left comments, talked to them through email, nothing.
I decided to write this review due to all the negative reviews here.
Firstly, their products are fantastic, reasonably priced and much better quality and cheaper than European/western counterparts.
Secondly, of course the shipping is going to take a while. It is coming from the other side of the world! (I'm in the UK). They're not going to pay premium to just fly it straight to your doorstep via a personal courier. What do you want and expect?!
Thirdly I've contacted their customer services via email before (when I first ordered from them) to chase up a delivery. They normally reply between 1-3 days. But they do always reply and help in my experience.
I've ordered from them for years and never had a single problem. Not one!
