I cant say enough wonderful things about this site! FANTASTIC prices and selection of clothing!

They make it so easy to specify the type, style, color, size, etc., even the Maker youre looking for and you wont believe the prices! I had paid $25+ at the store for my favorite jeans and found them here for only $7.20 each. I bought 3 pair, in excellent condition and they fit perfectly!

The next time I bought a couple more pair, but unfortunately one pair was too big. NO PROBLEM I emailed them and they emailed me back a return shipping label and THEY even paid the return shipping costs!

I highly recommend this site to everyone before going any place (store/online) for whatever you're looking for.

First time shopping and ordering from swap.com. Let me tell you, the prices are GREAT! Super afforable! I bought 3 sets of pants with matching shirt for a 2-year old for $22 total! The shopping/searching experience was very user friendly, check out was good, and I got my package fairly quickly without any issues.

I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because the outfits I bought were for my best friend's son. So I did not see how the clothes actually fit him or how good the clothes lasted him. However, I am about to give birth to my son in about a month and best believe that I will return to shop at swap.com for some more clothes for him.

I have just recently staring buying from Swap.com. My second order came today. I am so pleased with Swap.com that in intent to continue to shop with them. The prices are great and all the clothing is in excellent condition

DO NOT order from this website! I placed an order on November 29th and my order still says it's "processing." I checked their website and it says that they are currently shipping orders that were placed on 11/30-12/01, yet my order has not changed from processing since the moment I placed it. I've sent at least four emails asking for any updates, starting about a week and a half ago and have heard nothing back. Their customer service number does not work, no one answers. You cannot even contact them, basically. Now, I'm asking for a refund of the $64 I spent here on clothing. No idea if I'll ever even hear anything back.

Sent a total of 125 items for selling, 84 of which were rejected on some trumped up charges. I have sold almost 20 items over the past couple of months, netting a total profit of under $15- some of these were nice clothes that I could have easily sold on eBay for 3 times as much even after shipping. The site is fine for buying clothes, but utterly ridiculous for selling.

This place is great for buying used, great quality clothes on a budget. All of the clothes that they sell are accurate to their description. I have been a customer for about 6 months and order from them often. The clothes are shipped fast and the customer service is amazing. Everyone should shop here!

Do you know what caught my attention for the first time? These are discounts. Excessive interest causes embarrassment, but desire above all else. Therefore, I found a product that I really need and ordered a jacket. The discount, both for the first order and for a new customer, was not displayed. But the duration of delivery was a considerable time on the way.

The products are very nice, no complaints at all. They were all nicely wrapped when I received them and in great condition. The best part of all, not having to bid and wait, and pay large shipping fees. The order arrived very quickly.

I have bought clothes from Swap several times and have always got superior service and fast shipping. Clothing has been in excellent condition. Communication was quick with tracking number. Got a Thank You from customer service. This company is a 5 star company.

I've ordered from swap.com numerous times for myself and kids and have been pleased every time. The quality of the items is great and the prices can't be beat! Swap.com has spoiled me - I can't hardly bring myself to buy new and pay full price anymore!

Don't bother selling on this site. With shipping and additional fees you will get next to nothing for our stuff. It also takes them months to post your items. Sell your stuff for a quarter each at a rummage sale and you will make more money.

Company advertised wrobg size. Ordered 12 mo. But received a 6 mo. - checked website to verify and my item was still advertised as 12 mo. Complained to so called Customer Service, their response

We are very sorry that the item was not as described. Our merchandisers try to be very careful with the categorization, but sometimes mistakes happen.

Also they sent me someone elses items!

I have placed at least six or seven orders and have been very happy with all of them. If I don't like something or it doesn't fit I can send back up to three items at no charge and receive a credit so I can continue shopping. I check the website at least five days out of the week and usually always have items in my cart. I can by quality brands that I wouldn't be able to afford otherwise. Great place to shop and it's a lot of fun too!

I was an initial seller from the beginning and long time supporter. I don't know what happened but over the years their policies have gotten worse and worse and are no longer fair. I had over 350 items (many of them new) and was sent an email that I could sure sell, have them sent back, or they would be donated. The sure sell price averaged. 10 an item (yes= ten cents an item) and to have everything sent back to me was close to $400. I opted to have them donated but they were not- the items are being sold on their site... very disappointing

Received my first order and was impressed with the speed in which it was shipped.
Love having only one shipping cost instead of individual shipping costs like on other sites.
Have sent in my first box of items and look forward to experiencing same satisfaction.

Clothing purchased was NWT at excellent prices!

The biggest lie, scam joke I ever seen. I sent a full bag of clothes good clothes some were never added and others wasn't good enough. After it took my money for paying for my shipping label or bag, whatever I believe I have made 2.30. And it's been months. Not to mention when I have my mom drop off the bag with ups the charged her 40.00. Scam u would be better off having a garage sale.

Everything was great except one pair of pants didn't fit i ordered a ton of stuff though so not mad about it... one thing that does bother me is instead of a refund they gave me store credit. And it bothers me because then even though i can use the money on the site again i will have to pay shipping again so it really isnt a refund its just paying my shipping for a future order :/

Everything is easy about this site. From searching to what I'm looking for to the process of purchasing. I used for the first time two weeks ago and so far I have placed five orders. I have been pleasant surprised by the quality of the items I have received and will continue to purchase more. It has really turned me into a shopaholic.

The best part of the site are the photos of merchandise. Clear and precise. Obviously a professional photographer is working behind the scenes. Great job!
