I love this site for its great selection on baby items. Specifically, I was able to purchase quite a few items to baby proof my home for my granddaughter that cost less than half if I had to purchase them new. Baby proof items are very expensive but I was able to purchase more than I needed through swap.com and share the supplies with my son and DIL. I received $10.00 off and free shipping with my 1st order that included brand new blankets for my granddaughter's pack n play, which appears to stay w/in the pricey range if purchased via retail. This site also serves a purpose in getting rid of excess items. A wide selection to choose from. This is my go-to site next to Amazon. I highly recommend.

I have purchased several collector items from swap.com. I've been very pleased with my items, which were very reasonably priced, the shipping time and the shipping price seems really fair. I look forward to future purchases!

At first I really liked Swap. It is really the only online thrift store that I have found mens clothing. Unfortunately the orders take FOREVER to ship so don't order anything that you need by a certain date.
Most likely you will not have them in time. What has been most frustrating is that the last 2 orders I have been charged for items at time of checkout. Weeks later I find out that some items are "Unavailable" and refunds will be made. This in fact does not happen, they issue an in store credit...WTF? That is not a refund that is a credit and why are they charging or selling things online that are unavailable in the first place! Because this has happened multiple times now it feels like when they finally get to packing up the orders someone decides that they want those items and takes it off the orders. Either way the in store credit is bogus. If this is just an inventory error than they shouldn't charge the customer until the order is ready to ship.

Is been more than 6 months since I sent my box. I checked everything against their accepted list before I sent them. Most were rejected and they charge you to have them sent back. So far, of the items sold, I have not recieved a penny. Then today, I get an email saying my account is suspended for my reject rate. Only after I ask to hey my remaining items returned and requested my account closed (and inform them I will be telling my friends and family not to use them and why), do they respond and tell me it was an error that I recieved the email about my account being suspended. Don't waste your time or money.

You have got to be kidding me. They accepted 3 of my 20+ brand name, great condition, recently purchased items? I had two mint condition winter coats, both a brand name and totally current trend, and a near-mint pair of toddler Saucony sneakers in there, and they're telling me they want to charge me another $10 (in addition to what I paid to send my stuff in) to send my items back to me? I loved their site in the past and made decent money, but it's now a $#*!ing joke and a SCAM. Highway robbery! Completely ridiculous and I'm going to tell everyone I know not to use them.

This is a very inexpensive way to shop. I have placed four separate orders from this company and I have not been disappointed yet. All clothing is sealed individually in little bags, and everything has been very clean and neatly folded. You can ship items back for free if they don't fit and they will give you a credit or a refund. One time a shirt I got for my son didn't fit so I requested to send it back, and they told me they would give me a refund for the shirt and that I could just keep it and that I didn't need to send it back and that they would like me to donate to my local thrift store. I thought that was very nice of them. I do highly recommend this business.

I have ordered 3 times from swap.com, and everything that I have received has been great! Great quality, great prices! I have even sent clothes to swap.com, and it was very easy, you just have to be patient though, as it takes them a little bit to go through the clothes. But it's well worth the wait, I have sold a few things, and have had a couple of payouts (which I turned around and bought more stuff, of course! Ha!) Just an excellent experience all around! Would definitely recommend!

I don't say that lightly. I've been in contact with them about a refund owed, and all I get is excuses and the runaround. To make matter worse they have now deleted my account and are denying I ever had one! Lucky for me I keep every email. I filed a complain with the BBB, but the next stop is the district attorney.

Swap has the best brands for extremely low prices. I love how my order arrived very fast, and the packaging was excellent. The items that I purchased were like new, of great quality, and very inexpensive. This is the only clothing store that I need in my life!

The site is very user friendly, and quickly sorts items by type and size. The quality of the merchandise is excellent. Items are well packaged and ship promptly. You will find some unique clothing and accessories here that most folks couldn't afford to buy new, in perfect condition.

I have shopped at Swap three times. I had a few returns with two orders. I'm a difficult fit. They gave me a return slip and credited my credit card account with no hassle or problems. I plan to shop at Swap again and will recommend to friends

I wanted to test the site after hearing it on a talk show. I sent in 7 sweaters. I have. $12 on my pay pal account. I could of sent more items in a box but like I said I was testing it. They take a certain percentage and $15 if they send you a box and label. If I put more in the box I would of made out even better. It took about 3 months for them to get to the box and inspect it. The cloths must be clean no animal hairs, dirt, stains, zippers work. I just sent in a box with a lot of disney baby cloths never used. Im going to see how much I get this time and if the the 3 month wait is shorter.

Swap is a wonderful resource for gently used designer clothes for the whole family. I lost over thirty pounds and was able to swap my entire wardrobe with Swap! I sent in my clothes that no longer fit, sold them, and was able to find nice replacements without filling our landfills... win, win.

I have used Swap.com several times and been pleased with their service as well as their prices. They also have the hard to find sizes in slim and husky.

I have placed several orders with swap.com with only one piece being damaged which they gave me a refund with no hassles. Their customer service is what I would expect and their ordering process is simple. I also love their referral bonuses:-) who wouldn't like free money for sharing their site.

I was a bit nervous at first. But the overall experience was quite nice. I did receive 3 pair of shorts that were women's sizes rather then children's, though not a big deal as the prices were not much.

I ordered 5 articles of clothing and they all came individually wrapped in this little box. Everything was right on the description. I was very pleased. Will order again and recommend this site. Thank you for all you do

Swap.com is a total scam- ultimately, the site makes more money than the seller! Fees for everything and if you can't afford the fees they will conveniently, offer you a option of "donating" in exchange to take the those items off your hands for you.

I have had several orders with Swap.com. I am so, impressed by the clothing I have purchased the condition has been nothing but very very good. I enjoy shopping with them in the comfort of my home. Thanks again for having such a Great Business

I started with ordering only a couple of items at a time, not sure of what the quality of the items ordered and what the service would be. Did the same with another similar website.
So far, Swap has been outstanding and I am now renewing a large part of my closet with this online store: ordering is easy. Delivery is rapid. Returning is a piece of cake and credit is put back to my account in just a couple of days.
No hassle, no risks. Love it.

I've bought from them. Items were good priced and still had use. Not perfect. Sending items is very frustrating. Changing criteria, different acceptance, different ideas of what fair, good and new condition means (I sent new, never been worn items and they listed them in fair condition). The rejection is a nightmare. You send them quality items that they reject and yet they sell you junk from someone else. You wind up paying to send them items that they then refuse to sell and you have to pay to get them sent back. Wouldn't be such a big deal if you knew your items were worth donating instead of selling. Seriously, if I wanted to donate I could have dropped them off at Goodwill (for free! With a tax break!). Stick to your local consignment stores, ebay or craigs list if you want to make money off anything or value. These folks also loose pieces of sets and damage your stuff.
