This used to be my go to site for clothing and shoes. Tonight I thought I'd take a peek at what's new and discovered no longer are you able to pick your shoe size, dress size, or another size! It's not even divided into subcategories like petite and Plus. Awwwww...liked it better 4-5 years ago when it was easy to find what I was looking for and there is not near the items that there used to be. Also, had to wait for a code via email to signing. It's been over 45 minutes and still no code, even asked for a 2nd code, you guessed it...still no code!. So long Swap. Back to Poshmark for me. Sad to leave. The clothes I purchased for my son were great! The site made it easy with their filters to find exactly what I was looking for. My order was actually delivered before the estimated date. I will most definitely order from SWAP again!
I buy from Swap.com I've never sent items to be sold fom them, so I canot comment on that, but, I have loved every single piece of clothing that I've purchased there. I mean... with tags on still! High end items even. I think that anyone who would love a great deal & find would be more than happy shopping with Swap.com They have such an easy way of choosing your size, style, seasonal wear, etc. It could not be any easier. Photos of clothing items are very easy to see front & back of item with a tap. This is my premium shopping experience in a nutshell
The best part of the place is the manager on the floor and he gets screwed, its sad, place has potential but, wrong people get dumped on. I don't know how the male supervisor takes it there, hopefully he gets his due
I feel like the jeans were not described right. I got my son 8 pairs of jeans and some of them look so skinny! And they say slim fit but the desceiption never said that im thinking 2 of the 8 pairs of jeans will fit. My aon wears regular or preferably loose fitting jeans. Most of these look so skinny. All of the shirts were nice though and the shoes but i got 2 coats and one fits me... Lol size 8 but must be size 8 for adult. It was in the childrens section. Hoping they will take my returns EASILY so i can go back on and get him bigger jeans! They just need better descriptions on clothing.
I am so glad that I stumbled upon this site. I found tons of great clothes for my granddaughter. Much of it was brand new! The prices are great. I love all the outfits!

This website tries to say they have "No fraud, hassle free returns". However, unless the item is damaged, you only get store credit. I ordered about 10 items, returned about half in a timely manner due to wrong fit. They refused to return my funds and said it "wasn't their policy". Their website is misleading, and they can't expect people to fit in stretched out, second hand clothes from various sellers. Tisk tisk.
They say a box can take 60 days to process. However, that day comes and goes with no contact from swap.com. They had advised to send inseason clothes. Now three months after the date they received my boxes less than 20% of what I sent has been processed. The stuff they "reject" they throw in a hug pile and take a picture of the pile. You can not see what items are that are being rejected. They give a generic reason saying stained or worn. Some of my items in this pile are brand new with tags still on them. I paid to have this pile shipped bag to me. Now I wish I never sent my stuff to them. I don't know if I will ever see the other 80% of the stuff I send them. I believe they are way too overwhelmed with the stuff being sent in and have started screwing their sellers. So far I have made one sale and made $1.50 of the $4 sale. Think twice before consigning with swap.com.
It would seem that they unpack the boxes and then keep what they want for themselves, and then claim that the merchandise they didn't accept has odors or stains or whatever nonsense and you can either pay to have them returned or let the crooks keep it for themselves. They also lose track of items shipped to them so you will find if you sent ten items, eight will be listed and the other two are in limbo or more likely being worn by one of the staff. And they have the nerve to threaten you with closing your account if your acceptance rating is too low, which is impossible to raise since they reject items that are perfectly saleable, hoping you will just say the hell with it and let them keep them for themselves. They also have horrible brand name recognition, routinely listing designer names incorrectly. Very shoddy and ignorant operation.
I used to use this site a lot, but their clothing became more expensive and the choices in my size have become practically nonexistent. I found one item of a particular category in my size. ONE ITEM. My guess is that everyone is migrating over to ThredUp (Which had THOUSANDS of items) and poshmark. So have I. Plus their return policy is atrocious. Don't ever count on getting any cash refunds. Swap did not refund, and gave a fraction to me in credit. They really need to clean up their act if they want their customers to return. Tbeir customer service is u prfessional, unhelpful and rude.
I am beyond excited with this site. There is nothing better then Consignment shopping without having to go to the store. This site has great deals and I receive my orders very quickly. If there is an issue and something is to large or small I just have to send back and receive my refund so I can buy more items. I am a Full time employee and a Full time mommy so there is not a lot of time to shop for myself. This site is great!
I found Swap.com by accident and now I'm addicted. The quality of the clothing is as close to brand new as you can get, the prices are amazing and the delivery time is impressive... Needless to say, it's the only place I order from now. Keep up the great work Swap.com.
Customer service and user interface is gone downhill. I've recieved multiple orders that were "not as adverised", sizes being way off and items being different colors. Used to be a good dependable place now it's a gamble so I won't be going to Swap anymore.

I have bought items from swap.com twice now. I've been very pleased with my items, which were very reasonably priced, the shipping time and the shipping price seems really fair. The first order I got free shipping. My second order was a huge, 13 lb box and shipping was only $1.99!
I recently purchased 9 blouses from SWAP as I will be returning to work in March, and needed some dressy blouses. I have purchased clothes from Swap probably 50 times! Love it for so many reasons! Shopping from home, using the filter to get the brand, size, color etc all specific to what I want, huge time saver, and easy return policy of things don't fit right. I have never had an issue and that's huge considering the amount of times I have ordered from them. My kids always yell"mom, you got another Swap box" when the mailman comes and I feel like it's Christmas every time! Hahaha
I'm a single mother that dosnt have time to get to the store much. I've bought from them more then three separate times. I will continue to buy from them for myself and my son. I find it easy to pick stuff out on there site.The itmes came just as described and packaged great and in a timely manner. They are also a great Web site for gifts I've had a amazing experience with them no problems.
I sent a large bag filled with clothing it took 4.5 weeks to post and 4 items were excepted. I was set back by this but was assured that my shipping fees Would be voided. I just sold 1 shirt for $5 and after all of their fees I will receive $2.25. I thought the selling fee was 25%?! I won't Sale on this site again. I have bought a few items and the shipping was quick. 2 of my items were miscategorized. I thought I was buying a Jr halter and it ended up being a skirt. I bought size 7 boys shorts and they ended up being a 7 Jr girl shorts. I was able to use the items for other kids in our family but my son didn't get what he picked out. So they get 3 stars from me.
I ordered a shirt and jacket from Swap.com and am very pleased. I have owned Banana Republic linen shirts for years and happily found one on Swap.com in another color. Great condition and great value. I also ordered a light, throw on jacket for kicking around and also found it to be a super value. My experience was first rate.
Swap gains your confidence by accepting your first few shipments. Then, after I sent in more very nice name brand clothing - some new with tags - I received a nastygram that I was suspended for three months for not living up to their 80% approval rate. I sent high quality clothing without any damage. All was freshly laundered as required. I've purchased a few pieces from them that I wouldn't have hung on a thrift store rack. None of the clothing I sent was of poor quality. I should have believed others who posted similar complaints but gave Swap a chance. They may have suspending me for three months but I am suspending them indefinitely.
swap.com has done a lot of fine tuning over the last year or so and I have participated in multiple trades all with good results. In fact swap now gauarantees each trade. The USPS picks up packages at my home so I don't even have to go to the post office (anyone can arrange this that has home postal delivery)... I totally reccoment this site, why buy when you can swap...
What you see when ordering is what you get, and to me that's amazing. I just received my third order and now I can hardly wait to wear the outfit to my daughter's thirtieth birthday party next weekend. Okay, so I'm a showoff... I admit it. :)
My first purchase impressed me in that all 4 items were "NEW" looking and seemed unworn. I hadn't even discovered the filter yet that allowed you to chose clothes "with the tags still on!"

I couldn't believe how fast my toddler was outgrowing his clothes, so I decided to try swap.com to save some money on replacing wardrobes every few months. I was worried on how the condition the clothes would be in. I am so happy with the whole experience. From the fast order processing, order tracking and best of all the clothes came individually wrapped, looked and smelled clean. I will continue to buy my sons clothes there.
I recently sent back a return worth about $40 to Swap.com using their RMA shipping label. I packaged everything carefully and now they say they can't find the return and therefore I get no store credit. They are sending me to Fed Ex to inquire what happened with the shipment. This is from a company that promises easy, no hassle returns! This is certainly not hassle free! I feel gypped out of my $40 which makes buying from Swap.com not a money saving choice! I am starting to think that buying new clothes on sale makes more sense.
This is the first time I've tried swap.com and it hasn't been positive so far. They received my box on May 22nd. It's now June 30th and none of my items have been posted. When they received my box I got an email saying it would take 10-15 business days to post my items. So far it's been 27 business days and they're still not up. Most annoying is that I spent a lot of time sorting the items to make sure only summer clothes were included in the box. I appreciate that sometimes people get behind, but it should not take weeks to address whatever the issue is. At the very least they should be honest about how long it takes to process boxes. NOT COOL.
