The only positive thing I can say is the shipping is convienent. I sent Swap.com close to thirty child's clothing items and they only accepted four. The four they did accept were new and one still had tags. The other things sent were in good resale condition but rejected so I paid to ship them back. Since I've been participating@ Parent Connection Swap Meets regularly for the past 5 years I know what will sell and how to price it. So far they sold one pair of leggings I got $2.00 for and they put my other pair "on sale" (unbenounced to me) for $2.50 and sold them. They gave me $0 for that one as their sales price took up all the fees charged. This is a rip off racket for an average seller. Probably great for buyers as they take advantage of the sellers. Beware of the scam!

Thanks to the low cost yet high quality of clothing I have been able to just about re-vamped my entire wardrobe from swap.com. The clothing are almost new to brand new with the tags still attached. The items that were not new was clean and fresh. The cost is pennies compared to other consignment shops I have done business with in the past.

I sent in a box of items for a refund totaling about $54.00, however, when I received my refund it was for $20.00! I filled out a return slip and now the things I requested to return are removed from my shipment listing, so there is practically NO way I can prove how many items I sent in. They just kept my money! I am so frustrated.

I love this site, my first order was impressive the shirts came individually wrap, and they appeared to be new if they weren't they were close to it. I have already bought more stuff, and I find myself on the site at least once a day.

Weeks after you pay for items, this company cancels and refunds several items out of your order. Customers are routinely receiving items more than 3 weeks, even more than a month, after they ordered their items-not at all within the advertised time frame at time of purchase - which is illegal. Many items damaged, not as described, and their return system does not work. They do not respond to emails in a reasonable time frame, if at all. What to do? The BBB has no teeth. Report them to the Federal Trade Commission (just google FTC report fraud), the Illinois Attorney General, and file a chargeback with your credit card company. And spread the word.

I love that I can buy used to new clothes for super affordable prices! The clothes are in great condition and I receive them quickly. I am on a budget too so it's great to get nive clothes for awesome prices. Thanks

I loved all my purchases from Swap.com, l purchased all my daughters maternity clothes and they were all high end quality and expensive name brands. I also purchased high end baby clothes for my grandson at a fraction of the price and everyone was in excellent condition. I highly recommend this site to everyone

I love the easy and convenient Amazon checkout. The clothes were nice and individually well packed when they arrived. Even the good condition clothes were nice and looked like had just been washed, barely used. Great variety and filtering options to narrow surch down. Things go on sale often. Yhe best for me is the free shipping that I have been able to use.

I happened to see a suggestion post about Swap.com on Facebook and decided to check them out. I'm very glad I did! I found quite a few plus size tops I wanted and had to narrow my list down to just a couple to see what kind of stuff I would get. I got 2 shirts for me and a polo for my hubby, all brand new with tags, all for under $20. I love how you can really narrow down what you're looking for with the filters. The prices are great, even on brand new stuff and there's a lot to choose from. I also got a brand new pair of capris for under $10! I will definitely be ordering more!

I am addicted to Swap.Com. Seriously. I buy all of my daughter's shoes from their site. ALL OF THEM. They have all come to me in great condition for 3/4 the price I would pay in stores. I also buy a lot of my daughter's books from Swap. Again, they come to me in great condition for a FRACTION of the cost. I wish I could keep this site all to myself, but then I would have no super awesome things to buy! Seriously, go check it out!

I'm so happy that I came across this website. I just received my order & everything looks new. My order came on time & each item was folded & packed neatly. This will def be my go to website from now on. 5 star

I recently purchased both Victoria Secret, Nike and Justice for my daughter, I was extremely pleased with the quality and packaging. The clothes were in excellent condition and the price was beyond AMAZING! This is a must stop Shop for people looking to save on top Brands! Very disappointed. I sent In Clothes before their switch and nothing. No response. No help. It's a scam and I am out the clothes I sent in to sell. I don't know what happened during the switch but the ethical thing to do would be send me my box back.

Easy online ordering and pleasant web experience. Ordering was fast and delivery just as fast. The packaging was tremendous and professionally done. I found swap.com a few months ago. I ordered Dec. 28th. 2016 and just got my package. They shipped fast plus everything in the store looks close to brand new. I love swap.com. Its where I got my sons clothes and toys for his birthday. Its a good place to shop..

As i was browsing the internet to find an online thrift store, i ran into swap.com and gave it a try. I am glad that i did because not only does it save on my work clothes but my outgoing clothes as well and now i am hooked it is well worth it. THANK YOU SWAP.COM for an amazing experience...

Absolutely love this site. Amazing selection of clothes and shoes. Never had any problems with shipping or returns. And as I told them, if it wouldn't be for this service, I don't think I would be able to afford nice clothes for all my kids if I I would have to purchase everything brand new, especially now with my being SHM and only my husband working. You can find even new clothes here for a lot cheaper. And they have A LOT of different brands, too. Super blessed for finding out about this website.

I purchased items from swap.com and was very pleased with the service. I ordered about 40 items for a very reasonable price and shipping was very fast! Like within the same week. I was so pleased with the clothing when the box came that i went on the website and made another purchase of about 40 more items and once again was very pleased! Even my kids were excited about the items I found them on there!

My order got here really fast, in great packaging and with such a friendly note! I am very impressed with Swap.com. My DVD was in excellent shape, I highly recommend ordering from them:)

I used to consign w/Swap but they were too picky. They still apparently have some of my clothes that I sent in over a year ago but hadnt sold much. I also stopped shopping there too but decided to buy a few things for my children a few days ago. As soon as I bought something, the clothes that I had sent in over a year ago miraculously started selling again! A coincidence? Sounds kind of suspicious to me. I wont ever send anything else in bc its a waste of time and money.

I love that the site is so easy to use, the prices are great and the quality for being pre-owned is really good. I shop for myself and my kids and have yet to be disappointed. I tell everyone I know to check out the site, your bound to find a great deal!

The coat I ordered came exactly in the color, the size, the style as shown in the picture. It fits great and feels (and smells) like new! The price is unbeatable! The time of delivery could be a little faster, but we live far out in nowhereland, so we are used to late deliveries. I already recommended swap.com after one day!
