This used to be my go to site for clothing and shoes. Tonight I thought I'd take a peek at what's new and discovered no longer are you able to pick your shoe size, dress size, or another size! It's not even divided into subcategories like petite and Plus. Awwwww...liked it better 4-5 years ago when it was easy to find what I was looking for and there is not near the items that there used to be. Also, had to wait for a code via email to signing. It's been over 45 minutes and still no code, even asked for a 2nd code, you guessed it...still no code!. So long Swap. Back to Poshmark for me. Sad to leave. I am on my 6th order from SWAP.com. These are true American sizes. My first order I was ordering XL. I got my size adjusted and I love every item I've received. This is the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
I was told I was getting a full refund by 2 different swap.com assistants and instead they gave me store credit. I did not want store credit and expressed this and that's when I was told I would get a full refund. It is now 2 months later and still nothing. I have emailed about 50 times for my full refund. The customer experienced assistants are not experienced!
I ordered a Lauren skirt. They had one left. It came today. I am so delighted with it. It is exactly what I want and such a bargain and brand new.

I've been a customer on swap for quite some time. It can be challenging due to the low quality pictures and limited descriptions but more often than not, this led to some happy surprises when the item I bought ended up being better than expected. Everything was fine until I had to contact customer service for the first time. It took half a day and the threat of a BBB complaint to get the error corrected. Even after the correction, one of the customer service reps kept emailing me to tell me I was wrong? I literally had to tell him to leave me alone. Bizarre.

Ordered a shirt and pants. Pants weren't for me as I don't wear skinny jeans but passed them on to someone who does. The shirt was perfect and exactly as specified on the site. I would definately shop there again. A++++

Should be swindled.com... guaranteed returns is false advertising. They give you store credit and if you pay by paypal, they give you NOTHING! Complete rip off. I am going to complain to the BBB and everyone else I can think of. Save yourself the hassle and do business with a reputable company. There are plenty of them out there that do not "STEAL YOUR MONEY"
I was skeptical but decided to bite the bullet and place an order. I ordered 6 items and was very surprised when I received the order. Never ordering from Swap.com before, and it being a consignment, it was tricky to risk. Everything was clean and in great condition. I received only 1 item that I have to return. It is a skirt and it looks like it is made for a child.

As a Multiple Super-Satisfied Customer & Reviewer to Swap.com, I sent in a box to sell. (only the 2nd box I had sent in 1.5 years). I am a retail buyer and know what clothes are really worth on Swap.com. I am a savvy, sophisticated shopper who knows what will sell. I was very unsatisfied with the way Swap.com handled the items in my box, many of which were NEW, with TAGS, Michael Kors items. I wrote an email to Swap.com specifically identifying the problem. I received an email from the CEO saying that there was little to satisfy the original problem. What should have been consigned as $190+ (conservatively), $27.16! Was given to me. First Rate ITEMS--NEW MK winter coat, NEW MK sweater, NEW MK blouse, etc. I have $ in store credit. I don't know whether it is worth it to use Swap.com again. IT is too bad that the CEO couldn't see through this situation to a satisfied customer who new may never speak well of them again. What a shame.
Tip for consumers:
Be very choosy in what you what to resell. Whatever they deem unsaleable is either sent back to you (u pay s &h) or donated. Quick turn around for all transactions. I have purchased Patagonia, Ann Taylor, materials made in countries that produce high quality textiles.

They charged me a bunch of these and then listed all my brand new item which are still on there site and selling them stole half of my order which was the same brand new item I shipped in.
I have pictures of all my brand new pieces and there all identical. My clothing store shut down so I figured I would try them and all they do is sell all my clothes and charge me surcharges and as we speak I have 1 dollar in store credit after sending them a 1000. 00 a thousand dollars in brand new clothes lmao. What a rip off and they steal and then charge you a sue charge on top of it and I have more proof!

swap.com... love the items on this site. Site is hard to navigate, When I tried to see the items I had in my shopping cart, it did not display well. There were several items I did not want in it and I did not see a way to remove them. You should make the site more user friendly. Did not see a checkout link.
Tip for consumers:
Shop at swap.com when you have lots of time. Relax and don't get frustrated at the poor design of the website. It's a struggle to make it work right now. Try to watch your shopping cart if you are able. Things apprear in it you did not order or want and you may not be able to get rid of them.
I sent in a box of brand new clothes in June 2016 and have only sold 3 items. I have tried several times to get a reply about where the rest of my items are and requested that they be sent back to me. I have never received a reply answering my questions They take your items and then keep them or whatever they do with them and then do not answer your emails or phone calls.
I truly mourned the death of swaptree/swap.com. At it's heyday it was nothing short of phenomenal! I loved it! This new incarnation with the Valet Service is a joke. It's a consignment shop. The positive side is that it is a shop with an online presence (not a new thing). But the difference between it and your local consignment shop is that you have to pay shipping to get stuff to them, you can't disagree with them, if they don't like what you send you have to pay to get it back, you have to pay to have the things you buy shipped to you. You have to pay to have them store your stuff that doesn't sell or pay to get it back. Just like a consignment shop only less convenient and more expensive.
I bought a sweater for a little girl and it is exactly what I needed. I had been looking for one for over a week everywhere and when I googled it this one showed up and I was so happy and the price was out of this world. It is perfect and she loves it!
I ordered a coat in which they sent me the wrong coat. I emailed swap showing them proof of the coat I order and what they sent me. I have not heard back from swap nor received the coat I originally ordered.
