This used to be my go to site for clothing and shoes. Tonight I thought I'd take a peek at what's new and discovered no longer are you able to pick your shoe size, dress size, or another size! It's not even divided into subcategories like petite and Plus. Awwwww...liked it better 4-5 years ago when it was easy to find what I was looking for and there is not near the items that there used to be. Also, had to wait for a code via email to signing. It's been over 45 minutes and still no code, even asked for a 2nd code, you guessed it...still no code!. So long Swap. Back to Poshmark for me. Sad to leave. I had such enormous fees and never received any payments irs like theft to me of all my things. I sent sevrrsl boxes of very nice things and wgat was put up for sale they kept all my money even what they said i was to receive i never did. Customer services never helped. Tjis company is a joke
The first time I sent a box, they reje ted the enitre bix without even opening it, I had lost a baby in my thurd trimester and literally sent in a box of brand new clothes with the tags which they rejected 79% of... this time I sent my sons clothes fresh and checked from the laundry matt. They kept a pair of my jeans and two pairs if shoes and rejected 99% of.it after waiting for 3 MONTHS... see. When they reject stuff. U either donate it to their store or have to pay to get it back so. Either way they. Profit... its a scam horrible company lazy people and they are out to actually make money off ur kids clothes... I had s BRAND NEW easter tux he wore once REJECTED lol after being dry cleaned god knows where it sat for months and months
I've been purchasing large orders for over 6 months for my resale store. 75% plus gets returned because it looks WAY better in the pictures. Its CONTINUOSLY DISAPPOINTING. They cram it into plastic bags. It may look good when they recieve it and photograph it but they ruin it by shoving it in plastic bags which seems unnecessary. It comes wrinkled, crushed, dirty, stained, stretched, pilled, warn completely out and then they only give you a credit. I have $200 in credit that I don't even want to spend. I just want a return. The site doesn't always operate properly. There is NO PHONE NUMBER for customer service. They return one item at a time and it's hard to keep your books. You don't know what's really returned or credited. They have email customer service that takes days and shipments are out a minimum of two weeks. It's a time consuming venture fir a professional and you cannot even depend on them sending the right product.
I like swap and have placed more than one order with them. The only issue I have is that sometimes things are mislabeled. Often things that are labeled "maternity" are not maternity which is sometimes but not always obvious from the pictures and tunics are sometimes labeled as dresses when they are obviously not. I had a maxi dress labeled as maternity that split down the side when I tried to pull it over my belly. It was not a maternity dress but I felt I couldn't send it back since I ripped it. Over all I'm pleased with my purchases, this is just something to watch out for if you are buying.
If you are willing to really chose what you are looking for & read the site it's great, If you don't have a problem with "second hand' GO FOR IT! I have made multiple purchases and take into account unless it says "tag still attached" i assume the product has most likely been shrunk so I shop with that in mind.
I think that the website is appropriately I feel that the prices are excellent or have had second thoughts about I have been very excited about everything that I have received and very very happy and content with the merchandise
I placed and order and recieved nothing i actually ordered. Tried corscing customer service and it wasn't until I opened a disputed through PayPal that they answered me and were so rude! They sent me a return label but the postage was wrong as the things I recieved were heavier than the items I ordered and the postage for return label was heavier. All they had to do was send me a return label for correct postage but no. So I guess I'll be keeping items I have no use for and continuing my disputes through PayPal and hopefully get my money back. Don't expect help from this company. They have no phone number and you may or may not get them to email you back. I'll never order again.
I was surprised by new condition of Polo items-dress and baby stuff and low prices. Good place to find bargains. No smell, quick free shipping.No doubt will come back.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Horrible customer service. Charges for everything. Back log is forever long. Will never buy anything from there again nor will I ever send in more items.

Excellent for buying items. If you are a seller though, just know you will probably make more money at a yard sale. The concept itself is great, but their cut should be less.
I have ordered three times from swap since recently discovering the site. It has amazing selection, price and quality of maternity clothes. Returns for anything I don't love is painless.
Finding clothes for 2 quickly growing boys can be time consuming. But swap.com makes it easy and affordable. The items are in wonderful shape and shipping is quick!
I love the site, easy to navigate, prices are excellent and now that they have added a men's line, I don't shop any where but Swap.com for our clothes.
Not worth selling anymore. Higher prices than eBay is charging. Ridiculous! They should be ashamed. They are going to loose inventory and eventually greed will only hurt them.
Take time to research this website. Good quality items you won't be sorry. Saving's with shipping is a great deal for me also I can match my clothing pieces at the same time.

They sell clothes at ridiculous prices, and you make no money. Do not use, by the time they get your clothing processed they are in another season. Anywhere from 3-6 months for them to process 1 box
I ordered 8 items from Swap.com. I used a store credit--$37.10--which is MY MONEY. In addition I paid $28.80 to make up the total cost of the order. I received an email in a day or so saying that a glitch caused my order to be cancelled. Imagine my surprise when I received a box with 5 items in it. Three of the items were missing--two were the most expensive items. I kept two of the items in the shipment, totaling $8.10, but now I cannot find a FedEx label on the site with which to return the other three. The company refunded me $10. Does Swap.com surmise that the $37.10 was the company's money? I am so angry. I received a snappy email from Patrick C. Dismissing my claim and affirming the company believes I am due only $10 in refund. I cannot believe the malfeasance. What this company has committed with my order is called larceny. I want to return the items (one was sized on the site as 14, but it was 14W, big difference), and I want a full refund.
I've placed two orders thru swap.com, both of them almost a month ago, but have yet to receive a single item from either order! They sure took my money right away!

This is the best online consignment site I have found to date - I love that the pricing is a real discount - many sites still as 17-20 for a used sweater, for example - I don't care if it's designer or not, my idea of buying used is to get a great deal - and on swap.com I do - every piece of clothing I have ordered has arrived clean, well packaged, and in excellent condition. I have only returned based on size (different brands run small and large), never on quality - and returns are a breeze! Quick, easy, no hassle and refunds appear exactly when the site says they will. I shop here a lot - well worth it - especially with free shipping! Kids grow so quickly and tho of course I do buy my son new clothes, I love picking up those cute outfits you can't find anymore and getting more bang for my buck - I have a number of items I would never have paid full price for, but it sure looks like I did!
