This is the first time I have purchased items on Swap. I was very satisfied with my items. The option of using Amazon is a plus. I will definitely use the site again!

New to Swap.com so this was my first time making a purchase. I ordered clothing for my granddaughter. Clothing was like new. Very pleased with clothing for the cost. Will certainly buy again!

I've ordered twice now from Swap.com and both times I received my order in a timely manner and was beyond pleased with what I received! Excellent products AND excellent service!

I've been using Swap.com for years and I love it. It's simple to use, and the customer service is excellent. I'll keep using this service because it's convenient and quick!

I had been satisfied with swap. My last 2 orders had damaged clothes, and I have not received an order I made over two weeks ago. I have not had a response from customer service.

I ordered quiet a few pieces of clothing from SWAP.COM at the end of October. 2 seperate orders. After 2 weeks I contacted them and asked for an update on my order. I was promptly told that they are working on my order and that it will ship out once everything is packed and ready. I waited another 2 weeks and once again contacted them. I was told the same. My package shipped and arrived early December. Around 6 weeks later. Everything I ordered arrived. There were some things that I really liked and some I did not since it was either too big or too small. Most of the items I ordered I kept. The return however is $9.99. So this is the deal. If u are looking for something to arive a week later this site is not for you. I'm willing to wait and it will arrive. I also decided not to return the items that did not fit since it would financially not make sense. Pay $3 for a pair of gym shorts etc. Overall I am very happy with the service and the quility clothes. The shipping takes AT LEAST 6 WEEKS and you just need to wait it out but it will arrive. I placed another order in Dec and just got notified (Jan 13) that the shipment is ready. Great site with LOTS OF CHOICES!

I love this site! I have two little boys and love a good deal. The clothes on this site look brand new there are brand name clothes for $3! I will be shopping here from now on!

I have ordered from swap and recommended it to many friends in the past. I used to love and trust swap to deliver fairly priced, quality products. However, lately the price of items seems to always change when I add them to my cart and go to check out. It is so irritating! It seems that every time I add $1.99 items, even if i immediately try to check out and purchase them, the price goes up significantly. It has bummed me out a lot. I tried to get help from swap about this issue and they said to go ahead with the purchase and that they would refund the difference. I haven't received the refund that they say they sent back in the end of January. I believe that they tried to refund me, but I am disappointed that they won't help me further despite my attempts to communicate with them. This problem is genuinely keeping me from using swap.com. It makes me feel really bummed out and disappointed when the prices in my cart change. I no longer feel that I can recommend this vendor to my friends or use it myself.

I ordered boots from swap.com on 2/9/22. They arrived today, 2/12/22 and they are not the size described. Even with super heavy wool socks they are too big for me to wear. I went out to their return page and entered every single number from both my confirmation email and the insert from the package. Not a single number is accepted as a valid order number. I contacted "customer assistance" both on their site and via email and received a vague "we are very understaffed and will get back to you as soon as possible". I am concerned that they will not get back to me within the 14 day return window. At least I'm only out $25. If I never hear anything I'll just donate these sasquatch boots to good will.
Update: Today, 2/13, after multiple email exchanges (including threats of bad reviews and complaints to the BBB) with swap.com, I FINALLY received a printable return label which will hopefully rid me of these giant boots and put $25 back in my pocket. I will update you anon...
Update: As of today, 2/25, the boots I shipped back on 2/16 are still not showing up as delivered on the USPS website. Swap.com sent me a "how would you rate your recent experience with Swap.com" email, so I unloaded on them. I also initiated a chargeback with my credit card issuer. Again, I shall update you anon...
Update: The boots were posted as "received" on 2/28, but still no credit was issued. As of today, 3/20, the chargeback I initiated nearly a MONTH ago went through and I finally received a credit. Just don't do business with these scammers.

Never send clothes to them! They claim they don't know what I'm talking about. Instead of saying they lost my box of clothes... Extremely poorly management.

I have both bought and sold at SWAP and they are very reasonable in terms of pricing and honest in terms of condition. Great way to exchange your closet.

Swap.com is my go to site for clothes for my sons and myself! Everything is always so nicely packaged! I've been ordering from them for over a year now and always have been satisfied!

Purchased some items and never received it, and it says delivered on website, ordered some items after and got those, it's been a back and forth, and my money has not been refunded to me!

Stay way don't sell or buy here I tried to sell my son clothes here and they missed them good brand and good quality clothes and they said they don't know what happened to them;( and I didn't received no money or nothing back when I bought some stuff only received 2 items and no in good condition and I asked for my full refund for the 2 missing ones and for the bad condition ones and they didn't refund me they said they was gonna refund me but never did this really happened to me stay way from this store or be really careful if you buy or sell here I won't recommend this store

This is second time I order from swap.com, and every time package deliver with great package and clean. Items I order just exactly as advertise. I am please with the sell and service.

I was immediately refunded of my returns... returns were received at their end in about 3 days and refunds were made immediately they received your returns

Delivery was quick. Everything I ordered was in beautiful shape and looked brand new. I loved the clothes and shoes I received and I will be using them again in the future.
