This used to be my go to site for clothing and shoes. Tonight I thought I'd take a peek at what's new and discovered no longer are you able to pick your shoe size, dress size, or another size! It's not even divided into subcategories like petite and Plus. Awwwww...liked it better 4-5 years ago when it was easy to find what I was looking for and there is not near the items that there used to be. Also, had to wait for a code via email to signing. It's been over 45 minutes and still no code, even asked for a 2nd code, you guessed it...still no code!. So long Swap. Back to Poshmark for me. Sad to leave. I placed an order on 11/24/21. On 12/15/21 and 12/16/21, I received emails that my items were "about to ship" but the site was dealing with a lot of backlogged orders from their Black Friday Sale. Fine, but I was also notified that two of the six items I ordered (that I was most excited about) were no longer available and that I would be refunded for them. There was no further explanation. According to other reviews I have now read, this is a common occurrence. I have never purchased an item from another company and had the order go through to only be told that item is not available. That is absolutely crazy!
The only positive is that I was refunded quickly on 12/20/21.
One of the emails had stated that they would send a shipping confirmation emaiI. There was no further email before I received the remainder of my order on 12/21/21. The clothes were okay. I will not be ordering again. I receive tons of promotional emails and texts that I will be unsubscribing to. This company needs to work on figuring out why so many orders are not being completed. There are also tons of mispellings/mislabelings on the site. More effort should go into correcting these problems instead of the constant promotional material.
I bought the Go Gopher by the brand Squishable, the confirmation of sale, confirmation of item shipped to delivery was super fast. I am very pleased, the Go Gopher was in like very new condition.
Sawap.com has become a leading and massive online business for consigned and used clothing with toys for babies and kids, and apparel for babies and children, women, and now men of all sizes, as well. It takes just a bit to read the online articles to learn the ropes, but there is plenty of friendly manpower via email to answer questions and provide help for the asking. I usually sell at least one or two things daily which is really amazing considering my items are set against tens of thousands of others. YET THE SYSTEM DOES WORK.AND SMALL AMOUNTS DO ADD UP. Anything which doesn't sell I can ether donate, or for a slight fee have shipped back to me. Plus, I just love to shop and find special buys at Swap for my grandchildren I think they have extremely high standards for quality, and I often find brand new merchandise to buy there as well! There have been a couple instances where I have had questions or seemed to be in disagreement. The several people I've been in touch with have treated me with great caring and polite respect as they dealt with my problem or questions. The best thing is no one has seemed in a hurry, but has always wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the answer i'd received. With this kind of business ethic, I'm expecting to see Swap around for a very long time. I send them a lot of boxes. Although the cheapest clothes they put on sale, the rest of the clothes they steal from me. Shipping to them, plus return guarantees is expensive. The only thing they pay is 20% of sales or so. In other words, consignors are the people who pay Swap's costs for Swap's operation. In contrast, there is no way for a consignor who also covers the cost of shipping, etc. make a profit. Or just as you give away your product for free, plus you pay for its shipping. So, when I realized this myself, I sent them the most valuable clothing as well to see if I could fix the problem I found by signing up to sell with them. Mostly winter jackets with tags, a few hundred dollars the leather Harley-Davidson jacket, and boots were stolen inside of Swap. All of this was bought legally and was intended for my children's father, who never received these clothes because he was shipped off to wartime Africa and was missing in action for two decades. Now, after a long time, I want to sell his clothes as I only have one income and no penny from him being exploited elsewhere. I have no family or friends as I myself ended up in the US "unplanned". So if you get my message, what do people who really don't belong here go through because of people like in Swap? Your business hinges on outsmarting others. Swap ruined my life. They are thieves, rude, and disrespect me because of the thieving nature of some of their employees. Also, any complaint you make means little because the law is on their side. Because such monopolies want high expectations from them and don't care about the victims if it was something wrong with us, or other flaws in the laws. Therefore, they sweep victims under the rug, especially with last names like mine.

The clothes purchased have a funny smell to them on both occasions. After washing, the smell still lingers. Will think twice about ordering again.

I have not only bought items on Swap.com but sold more than a few things as well. Very easy to buy and sell. They send you a pre paid label that you only pay for once you sell your first item. They direct deposit your funds into the account of your choosing. And for buying? There are alot of great gently used items to choose from. Much better than driving around to some of these resale places and still not finding what your looking for. Swap.com gives you the convienience of online shopping with great prices... all from the comfort of your own home!

I sent in over $2000 worth of clothing, shoes and boots. Over half was brand name stuff like Victoria Secret, Rocawear, Ralph Lauren, Sean John et, Nike, Adidas, etc... And alot was new with tags. But, they "rejected" over half of my stuff, and when I asked for the stuff to be returned, alot of my "rejected" items, were missing and sets I sent in were missing pieces and never returned. The stuff they did keep they didnt get the description correct and incorrectly labeled items. NEVER AGAIN will I EVER send in stuff to sell!

This is What has happened since my last review. I have sent items twice so I completely understand their requirements. I also sell high end designer items myself on eBay and in 5 years have never had a return or complaint, so I know what "excellent" condition. I sent about 20 items, and they take the shipping cost out of your commission. When they said they had rejected an item, it was actually a picture of many items rolled into a ball, I could see the arm of a white old Navy jacket that was brand new, tags, perfect. They sent the items back, which I again paid for. They put these little smiley stickers where the damage supposedly was. I thought the stickers must be covering the damage, but out of 10 garments returned, all were 100% perfect, with the exception of a small stain at the hem of a shirt I sent directly from being dry cleaned. My cleaner has always told me when there was a stain she couldn't get out, so I think it was stained at their end. I emailed them my disappointment in the way me and my clothes were treated (I sent them neatly folded in tissue, etc. and they were just thrown wrinkled up in a box when I received them. I also told them I would never do business with them again. Then, a few days ago I got an email regarding a box I supposedly was going to be sending them stating that since I had so many items rejected before, I had to reach a certain standard with my new box or they would no longer accept clothes from me! I emailed, saying I had not and would never again send them anything, and reminded them the last items that were rejected were their fault, which at the time they in so many words admitted to. I just tried this for fun, but please listen to me, unless you really need $20 for selling dozens of items after you pay for shipping, their very high commission, and another charge on top of that of $1.50 an item (?!) I highly suggest just giving them to friends or give to the charity of your choice. Total absolute waste of time. Believe me, the only one who makes money is them.
