This used to be my go to site for clothing and shoes. Tonight I thought I'd take a peek at what's new and discovered no longer are you able to pick your shoe size, dress size, or another size! It's not even divided into subcategories like petite and Plus. Awwwww...liked it better 4-5 years ago when it was easy to find what I was looking for and there is not near the items that there used to be. Also, had to wait for a code via email to signing. It's been over 45 minutes and still no code, even asked for a 2nd code, you guessed it...still no code!. So long Swap. Back to Poshmark for me. Sad to leave. Smooth transaction for both purchase and returns... Better than ThredUp for accuracy of the listing and the return process. The clothing condition was accurately described (and very good overall condition), but I wish the website had some measurements included for each item to improve the fit success rate (especially given the variance in sizing between different brands). Out of 7 items I ordered, only 2 fit. The only option for returns is to take store credit, but the return shipping was quick and the return transaction processed quickly. I will order again, but probably not frequently since you only receive store credit for returns.
I have ordered several times from Swap.com and each time the clothes have been nicely packaged and clean. The fit has always been good. Nice to see the buttons are always sewn tightly in place. Order process is good although sometimes a little long I still give it 5 stars.
Had my first experience with swap.com and was amazed at the proficiency of this site. All items I ordered arrived way before i expected it and was exactly as described on the site. Would highly recommend this site for anyone wishing to receive quality merchandise at a much reduced price.
Great clothes. Great prices. What more could you want? I really hate shopping in person and order everything online. One of the big things missing in my online shopping was a dependable place to get used clothes.

Ordered on Dec 6. Received email stating delivery Dec 13-16. No arrival. Customer Service said I need to allow 10-15 business days for an update to ready to ship. No update. No reply. They also said that shipping could take another 5-15 days to arrive after they are "ready to ship". I have shopped here for YEARS... continuously going down hill. They should not send emails w phony dates for delivery... also on their app you can add expedited shipping which I paid for last order, to complain about and they said they did away with expedited shipping last year asked me what kind of phone I use cuz the app had to be updated. I asked for a refund for that shipping. Never got it. Gave them one last chance. I could have walked to their warehouse and back by now.
Submitting charge back. Done. DO NOT SHOP!

I have ordered boys clothes about 7 times from Swap.com over the past year and been very, very happy with the quality of the clothes and the quick shipping. One return was handled very quickly. The website is easy to navigate with filters to find exactly what I want. I can receive notifications when something I am looking for becomes available. I'm thrilled to have found this site.
One of my returns was lost, so I just never received a refund for it. I tried to track it down, but I eventually realized it was not worth my time. I e-mailed twice about another item I returned, no response. I sent a hand written letter- no response. I eventually had to file a clam with my credit card company in order to receive my refund. They did not even get a response from the seller. Several days later I finally heard from swap.com and they were only willing to give me a store credit as a refund. I called the company and after 30 minutes of being on hold and explaining things, I was told that all of the mix-ups and lack of communication and lost packages... it was all my fault and that they would only issue a store credit per their policy. Lots of excuses on their end but no real resolution. Needless to say, terrible customer service and I will not be using my store credit. This company is very backwards and I am surprised it is backed by so many reputable places. Stay away.
I have tried using Swap.com for a few months. My items were almost all accepted and sold at a decent rate. The fees are so high you never receive your payment. It is impossible to get out of the negative. I had/have over 50 items mens and womens, all great brands and styles. They sell but you never see the payment. All has gone to Swap for fees.
Everything I ordered looked exactly as described on the website. It arrived in a timely manner. A couple of things didn't fit just right, so I had to return them. The return process was hassle free and they even paid the return postage.
I recently purchased a ton of infant girl and boy clothes as I am a foster mother with many babies coming in and out of my home. It was so great to be able to purchase beautiful quality clothing for so little money!
I received my first order from Swap.com and was pleasantly surprised to find all the items neatly packaged, promptly shipped, and as they were described on the website.

I receive the merchandise faster than any other mail order company and everything is wrapped individually and packed securely. WOW, what a great experience. We just entered our sizes (Long & Tall), and went for the goal. Our shipment arrived in about four days and the clothes were as advertised. In our shipment of about 18 pieces, 3 had to be returned and that process was made so easy that we can't wait to do a second round of shopping at Swap!
1. They will take a month to put your items on the site.
2. They'll sell your "rejects" out the back door by the pound.
3. They'll say they pay you rebates but never do, or claim it's your bank's fault.
4. They'll gladly take your money for items that don't match the description, then reject them when you try sell the clothes back.
5. They'll cheat you in any way they can.

I'm a new shopper at Swap and was surprised how quickly shipment arrived and how each item was wrapped and tagged just like a department store. I am planning to create an account for selling my gently used items.
This is one of the best websites to shop for quality clothing and other items at fabulous prices. I definitely recommend using this website for nice clothing you need, but do not want to spend enormous amounts of money.
I'm obsessed with swap.com, it is amazing! It's so easy and convenient and I get so excited everytime I get new items for my kids in the mail. Everything is in perfect condition and is always folded and packaged nicely. I have so far sent two boxes full of my children's things and have swapped almost all of them and am getting ready to send two more boxes so I can start swapping more. My favorite part is that when I'm ready to ship my acquired items to myself it's only 4.99 to ship as many items as I want, not to mention that I can usually find a promo code to either get free shipping or a discount. I think all Mothers should try swap.com atleast once, I know it's made getting new clothes for my ever growing children a lot easier and less expensive :) The only complaint I have is that the website itself is sometimes temperamental. I think some glitches could use to be fixed.

Before sending your items to swap.com try to always search for promo codes online. I can usually find a discount atleast once a month.
The clothes I got were in great shape, exactly as seen on the website, they were here shortly after ordering them and packaging was great no plastic, just a cute cardboard box and some craft paper inside. Great value!
I have been using Swap for about a year to both buy and sell clothes. It is simply the best online consignment shop I have found. The $4.99 shipping and free returns make shopping here a breeze. The selection is wide and they always have something in my size. Returns are quick and easy as is the selling process. The staff are quick to respond should you have any questions or concerns.
