This used to be my go to site for clothing and shoes. Tonight I thought I'd take a peek at what's new and discovered no longer are you able to pick your shoe size, dress size, or another size! It's not even divided into subcategories like petite and Plus. Awwwww...liked it better 4-5 years ago when it was easy to find what I was looking for and there is not near the items that there used to be. Also, had to wait for a code via email to signing. It's been over 45 minutes and still no code, even asked for a 2nd code, you guessed it...still no code!. So long Swap. Back to Poshmark for me. Sad to leave. I love shopping this site. It makes changing my wardrobe very affordable. I have bought a lot of pants and tops and when items arrived not as they were described on the website they make it right immediately with a refund or credit. I will continue to shop Swap.com as they have much to offer.
This is a great website filled with every type of clothing, in great shape and at great prices! I needed two dresses for two functions and found them both at awesome prices. I've shopped there twice since and have been very happy with each order. I'll be back again.
Before you shop at Swap.com, you need to know that each individual article is wrapped in plastic. This company does not care about their environmental impact. You can find other online second hand sites that use tissue paper in their packaging or, even better, no individual packaging at all.

We sent a large box to swap.com and the box was filled with lovely clothing, several items were in like new condition. We paid fees on top of fees from the beginning and received several emails indicating sales but we have a few dollars. The sad reality is that the clothing belongs to our teenager who sees a bad example here. Do not, do not send anything to them!
I am having a terrible time using your updated website. The images of the clothing never load and it is super frustrating because I have full internet signal. Also, maybe you should use models for the pants because it just looks so unprofessional to lay out a pair of wrinkled pants. I have purchased several times from your site but honestly just find it too frustrating to use now.
I love shopping on swap.com. I feel that the photographs do not do justice for the actual items. I am always pleasantly surprised and anxiously await My arrival. They always resolve your issues immediately. I have never had to return anything although I had items that were a little tight small for me my girlfriends were eager to purchase them from me. I recently placed another order w/swap.com and I am just amazed with the quality of the tops I ordered. They may be gently used, but they are like new. I have almost a new wardrobe for just dollars. I can also shop from home since I am handicapped and don't get out much. Thank you for a sight that is so pleasing.
Took a month for items to be listed, I sent numerous emails asking when items would be listed. Suggested listing prices was extremely too low for name brand items such as Eddie Bauer, Clarks, Ann Taylor Loft, Gap. Pictures are not as good as i can take and post on EBay. Two items have been listed with the incorrect size. I wished I had just listed clothing and shoes on ebay. I am an experienced seller on ebay but sell antique and vintage items mostly. Next time i will make the effort and sell clothing items on ebay, not happy with Swap.com.
I've been waiting for 14 (business days) for my refund. I keep getting the same canned response (your refund could take up to 10 business days). I have a feeling I wont be seeing it anytime soon. Be sure what you buy wont need to be returned. You might as well give it to Goodwill.

Over the past 2 or 3 years, I've sent 3 large boxes full of clothes to Swap and had no issues. The items sold and I received my money. So a year after I send my last box, I logged into my account to get a shipping label for another box only to find that you have to be accepted as a "Premier Seller" and send in a minimum of 250 items. What? Are you joking? 250 items minimum? That's such a joke! And then I have to be "accepted" as a "Premier Seller". You guys are a consignment shop and most people looking to sell on consignment don't have 250 pcs of clothing just laying around to sell. At this point, I'd rather give the clothes away for free than send them to Swap.

We sincerely apologize for any frustrations with our new seller model. The goal of the application is to just get a baseline understanding of what our sellers have available. We are working to bring sellers back in waves, and identifying the brands they have, allow us to ensure we obtain the demand of items needed for our buyers.
As sellers are invited, they are asked to send in 1 box to start with. This allows us to make sure the items meet our Acceptance Criteria. If all goes well with the test box, we then open the seller to become a Premier Seller.

Ever since I've found Swap.com it's been great. Swap.com is an online consignment shop that sells baby, toddler, kids and women's clothes and shoes. These clothes are used, but in very good condition. Most of the clothes are all name brand clothes.
I ordered three items, one of which was way too large for me. When I went to their website for a refund, they issued me a store credit and didn't even ask me to send the item back. Talk about customer service!

I wanted to like Swap.com because I love getting slightly used good quality clothes. However, I am very unhappy with my experience with their return policy and customer service. DO NOT BELIEVE it when they state that "we offer 100% refund guarantee for purchases". They do not. I found out after I filled out the return form that they only offer refunds for certain types of returns. They disputed with me that the clothes smelled of smoke and only offered me a store credit. And they didn't seem to care at all about my satisfaction.
Just look at their shipping label costs 19.99 that comes out of whatever you make they sell your stuff extremely low prices. Then if it doesn't sell they can mark it down until they donate it? If they donate who knows they can do what they want with it. They worked out perfect little skim for themselves in a win win situation. In which they get a huge tax right off for. The box you send in they'll charge you 12.99 to send it back your in the hole 34.00 before you even make a sale for pennies. Sell your stuff on Ebay, or Posh.
I have bought kids' clothing repeatedly throughout the past year or so. I have not been dismayed by anything that I have purchased through them. If an item doesn't fit or I decide I don't like it once it gets here, it can be returned for full refund. I really enjoy shopping this site!
Just as everyone else is saying- you send a big box of your stuff and they accept hardly any of it. Some of the stuff that they refused was matching sets with tags! When I asked about it they told me I needed to review the acceptance policy... and if I want my clothes back I have to pay to ship them back! What a trap!
Discovered this site on Facebook and it gave me access to incredible deals on clothes of various sizes. The site describes the clothing and their present condition. It also offers multiple options in varying conditions of the same item. Your choices arrive on time and even earlier than expected. I'm very pleased and will continue to use their service.
Swap.com is better than going into a thrift store and spending hours in the store. As a working mom with a 2 year daughter I have been able to get great value for my money for myself and my daughter. My husband even wishes he could buy mens items on the site lol. Great staff and great customer service.

Not happy. I have sent 4 boxes of clothes. No stains or holes but got email from Swap.com saying they were in bad condition. I have only seen 6 items for sale from 4 boxes. Website said 300.00 per box is the average sale. I have sold 2 items and they kept that money for shipping costs. Again, where are all the clothes that I sent months ago?
I just stumbled on this site one day while looking for a way to make a little extra pocket change online. It is great. I get wonderful deals on clothes for the kids and I get some extra money for stuff that they no longer wear. I will keep visiting Swap.com
I purchase items a handful of times from Swap. The last order I placed, 4 items were sent that did not fit my child - as in, I think they were sent to Swap because the size was way off from what the tag stated. I returned, and noted a store credit was issued rather than the refund I requested. After 2 e-mails with customer service, I was told that only in the event the products are not as described or are defective would I be issued a refund in the original form of payment. If a tag states a size but the garment does not fit per the tag, I argued this is "different than described", but received a response that this is not their interpretation and my card would not be refunded. Highly disappointed and just want my money back - not the risk of purchasing something that does not fit again only to get into a perpetual cycle of order/store credit.
