I have purchased their swimsuits for over 2 years and could not be happier. Their selection is amazing and quality even better. It is so nice to find a place that caters to us plus size women. This company truly knows how to take care of its customers.
This incredibly inept company doesn't know the first thing about shipping orders. You question and they read the same stupid useless script. Orders most often are not shipped items back ordered for months. I have been in customer service businesses my entire life. Never, have I ever experienced the blatant stupidity of this joke of an organization. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
Ordered May 24. It "shipped" June 17 and they charged my credit card but the tracking number provided says USPS is still waiting for the package - that only the label was created. Customer Service said they can't do anything until 30 days has passed since shipment. So $66 out, and the vast majority of the summer without a swimsuit at BEST and most sizes are now out of stock. VERY UNHAPPY.

I ordered 3 items from Swimsuits For All on 6/3/20. It didn't ship until 6/10. I called on 6/9 to cancel the order. The person I spoke to was nasty & refused to cancel it. I was told I would have it by 6/15. Well, today is 6/19 and I still don't have my order! Never again for Swimsuits For All!

Their customer service is the epitome of non comprehension and incompetence. My package was delivered
To a p. O. box that is not even is the same county where I live. When I asked customer service to repeat the address that I provided, they responded correctly. However, when I asked them where it was shipped, they shipped it some some destination that I have no knowledge or affiliation with. When I asked for a credit, they wanted to "snail mail" an affidavit that they wanted to fill out and return. This is preposterous. The onus was on them to make it right which they did not. In the future I WILL AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! Extremely rude customer service. I had keep explaining but there was no comprehension on the other end. "Caveat Emptor."

I ordered $900 of suits so I would have options to try on. Sucked up the blanket 10% shipping charge and then got notice that they were having issues with processing delays. I no longer need or want the suits, but because the order is in process, I can not cancel it and I am going to be docked the $90 in shipping even though I no longer want it sent to me. CS says that the site made it clear that there were delays but I specifically remember ordering because there WEREN'T delays listed on the site. This company is trash and untrustworthy. I can't even block the charge from my CC company because they haven't charged me yet... but I can't change my card number because they already pinged CC company to confirm number was legit back when I ordered. What a PitA.

Ordered on June 1st. They state it shipped on June 10th by Fed Ex. Gave a tracking number and all. Fed Ex said they do not have the package has not been sent to them, but the label was created. Wow... that is a slimy way to try to convince you they shipped the item. Called to cancel and of course can't because FEDEX has the package. Who should I believe them or FEDEX. My bet is on FEDEX. Guess we will wait to see if and when it shows up. I realize these days shipping is delayed, but to try to tell you it shipped when it hasn't.

Is this place a joke? I ordered two swim tops nine days ago and they have still not shipped them. Many unanswered emails. Called twice. First operator said they pulled it already so I can't cancel the order even though it's not shipped. Second operator, a male who sounded like a robot just kept saying he is so sorry. He also said you only have one hour after purchase to cancel. I never read that anywhere. After reading the reviews I realize the joke is on me because even if I receive the tops they will probably be very poor quality. This company needs to be investigated. Don't take a chance! I am going to try to find out how to report them. WILL NEVER EVER ORDER AGAIN! I GUESS THEY ARE CROOKS WHO STEAL YOUR MONEY!

I ordered a swimsuit, they sent me a pair of pants. They allow me to return the pants but don't credit me shipping charges - and I don't get the swimsuit I ordered! Stay away.

I tried to contact them but they said they couldn't find my order but kept billing me. I will never order from this company ever again. I picked out some cute swim suits for my daughter who was leaving on vacation on a Thursday morning. On a Monday I added the suits to my cart to see if I could get the for her by Wednesday, and sure enough, yay, it said "order by 3pm, and pay $39.99 - receive within 2 business days. So I did that, expecting to get on Wednesday. So Wednesday came, and I get an email that the suits will be arriving on THURSDAY! So that's three days! So I email customer service and say "hey why am I paying 40.00 to get my package in 2 days, but I'm getting it in three days?" They basically say 'Tough, the two days start after we send it out". WHAT? I call BS! I tell them that their wording is completely misleading, and If I would have known I couldn't get the suits until Thursday, I wouldn't have paid that much, but they basically said "too bad, we won't do anything". I won't ever be doing business with this company again!

That the package won’t really be arriving in 2 days, when it says it will. It’ll be arriving in up to 9 days!!! Why not just not make any guarantees???!!!!

I was planning a trip with my boyfriend and realized that all of my old suits were very outdated. Time for a refresh! I found this site from the ads on Facebook and knew that swimsuitsforall really catered to the, as Tyra Banks would say it, "fiercely real" woman. There are so many different options for so many different body types. I have some issues in the tummy region and I had no problem finding the perfect high waisted bikini to cover what I need! It makes me feel sexy, strong and confident! I would absolutely recommend this site to a friend, overall a great experience!

Turns out the are now out if the US. And using COVID as an excuse not to ship as paid and agreed.
When I all to cancel. They tell me I can't. Why? Are they MAKING my order as we speak?
Asked for a supervisor and was thrown on hold and then back to the main menu to hold.

This company is the worst one to deal with with returns. I ordered several suits in hopes of finding one that I liked although the quality and styles were nice the fit just wasn't right so I sent them back. I had to pay quite a hefty shipping cost for a few lightweight swimsuits. But I figured it was better than keeping something I didn't want. I had requested on the paperwork to credit my visa card that I had used for the purchase. After several months, I called them to check on my credit. They informed me that they had sent me a letter with a credit to their company not to my credit card which I had requested. They also informed me because it had been over 90 days that they could not credit my visa account. I also could see the credit that I had but I could not redeem it because I didn't have the letter that they said they had sent me. I went clear to the top of the management system with this, and they all said the same thing in my way of thinking, this is what they do in order to keep people from getting their money back. I'll know better next time but I'm hoping this review will help others do not make the same mistake. I did in ordering from Swimsuits for All.

All the complaints about customer service return policy etc are true ‼ I bought and returned over $200 worth of swimsuits and I can't get anything for it. They wanted to send me another return label but they waited till after the 60th day to do so so I could only get store credit. When asking for store credit they said oh you had to let us know before the 60th day. Therefore they got the return of all the suits, and they gave me no money or credit. I ordered a swimsuit from this company and paid 18.98 extra to have it in 4 days and as I check on it today my order has not been shipped yet! Order was put in on the 18th with 4 days shipping, so when i called the company not only were they RUDE and I could NOT cancel my order nor will they refund me the money, 52.00 later I got taken for a ride! Item has not shipped yet, never heard of a company who cant cancel an order! Extremely bad experience! DO NOT ORDER from this company!

I ordered four swimsuits to try and none of them fit because they were actually too big in the bust, and that seems to be standard or each one-piece (I'm a size 10/12,36C for reference). It was SO expensive to send the suits back, and then the company shipped one back to me without refund because it was allegedly damaged and sent back after the maximum return date permitted. I sent that suit with the rest, and it was in the same condition it was sent to me--all I did was try it on at my house, see it didn't fit, and I packaged it up and sent it back. These suits are too expensive to risk trying them on at home, only to be stuck with them even if they don't fit. Don't bother.

I ordered on Oct 28th and shipped regular mail 7-10 days. Called last week, and they said it was still processing. Called today, still processing. Contacted customer service, requested cancellation. They won't because it is still processing. REALLY? Terrible experience, and extremely frustrating.

Buyer beware, shady practices... Be careful that you don't hit 'place order' before entering your promo code which is AFTER that button because they absolutely will not give you your 40% off if you miss it and you probably will. Your item is probably on backorder but they won't tell you that either, they will reassure you that it's on your way until you get a mailer a week later advising you of your delay. Try calling customer service you say? Pointless, they can do nothing about the promo code and they can do nothing about canceling your order which is absolutely insane. I should be able to cancel my order anytime as long as it has not been shipped.
After vocally calling them out to do something about my dissatisfaction as a customer, instead they chose to block me on Instagram so that I am not able to post bad reviews discouraging consumers from falling for their fraud. Do not buy from this company!

Their warehouse does not process things in a timely manner and makes the customer lose out of the return cost AND the merchandise! 3 items returned in ONE package yet the warehouse says it was in 3 packages and all received at different times. Ordered several items for a work trip in early March. Items took longer than expected to arrive and I'd miscalculated size. I called and was told they could not send me the exchange items. I had to order the smaller size and pay for expedited shipping. Trip cancelled due to COVID. Missed the deadline for the return and they shipped my return items back to me without giving any accommodation for the pandemic. They should have extended the return window due to the pandemic. I'll never order from them again.

I placed my order late on a Monday- not a holiday or special workweek. The order shipped out of swimsuits for all on Wednesday. My math would indicate three day shipping that I paid for would land the order On Friday. It's scheduled to arrive Saturday at my business rather than Friday. Business is closed Saturday so I won't get it till Monday and I leave for a trip Monday. I asked Carlos at Swimsuits 4 All for help. He told me it's on schedule and there is nothing he can do. Awesome customer service is a thing of the past. Businesses need to quit complaining that Amazon is ruining retail. Retail is ruining retail by not doing what they say they will do. If I ordered from Amazon on Monday I would have HAD it by Wednesday at NO EXTRA charge!

I used their BOGO coupon and expected to receive 2 swimsuits, but they doubled the price on my invoice instead of the suits and sent me one suit and said I got it at half price, though it was the price it was advertised at. They admitted all this on the phone, too, refusing absolutely to send me the second suit unless I paid as much again for it. I do think their suits are of decent quality, though I don't need the bra padding either, but they need to clean up their policies and realize that the other swimsuit companies are not using their dishonest pricing & coupon practices. If they have a BOGO coupon, I ought to receive 2 suits.

The swimsuits are a excellent product, but their marketing is not. Last week, I missed out on a sale, due to I lived in the wrong time zone. The sale was over at noon — while it was 11:00am on the West coast, the sale had ended on the East coast, so I could not make a purchase at the sale price. The second issue, is that I have been watching the website for weeks to make a large purchase. When I received a email on a current sale, I went to make a large purchase, only to see that the item I wanted to buy was originally $30 — now was $44 — that's a $14 increase! And then you get the sale price, which is really no sale at all. They would rather totally lose a sale than sell you a item at a bargain price. Makes no sense! But if you live on the East coast and don't do the math on their sale prices, — you will indeed get a great product at a great price!
