I have purchased their swimsuits for over 2 years and could not be happier. Their selection is amazing and quality even better. It is so nice to find a place that caters to us plus size women. This company truly knows how to take care of its customers.
This incredibly inept company doesn't know the first thing about shipping orders. You question and they read the same stupid useless script. Orders most often are not shipped items back ordered for months. I have been in customer service businesses my entire life. Never, have I ever experienced the blatant stupidity of this joke of an organization. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
As others have written, I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I placed an order for a swimsuit 04/18/21. I have received 2 emails stating it will be late. I wanted to cancel the order after reading the other posts. My credit card has not been charged, so they cannot stop payment. I placed the order with PayPal and they cannot cancel an order until 30d. After the order is placed. I tried a chat on the swimsuitsforless website, but after placing in my information and request to cancel order, the chat closed. I called the phone #, still on hold, I was told the wait time is 30minutes... I will report this company to Wells Fargo and to Paypal.

I purchased a swimsuit and paid for shipping. Shipping took a while and when I received my swimsuit it was defective. The underwire was sticking out as the seam had been sewn over it. For the cost of the suit, I was not about to try to fix it myself. I reached out to customer service thinking I could just do an exchange. NOPE! I had to pay for the defective swimsuit to be mailed back and wait for a refund. I love how they offered for me to use a local GAME STOP as a return location! HUH?!?! Rep told me that because item was defective I would receive a full refund once my return was reviewed. Almost 30 days later and I received a refund of just $5.99 customer service says suit was not defective and will not issue my full refund. SWIMSUITS FOR ALL you pride yourselves on selling swimwear for everyone. Well sometimes suits don't fit or you sell a poor quality product. Your customers need to be able to make returns/exchanges! DO BETTER! I will not be orddering from them again

I order a swimsuit and had to send it back Order a size10 I had to pay return postage which was $9.99 then I ordered size 12 and did. It like the way it fit so I sent it back again and had to pay $9.99 shipping then I had to pay tax on each one and that was $5.50 each one so totally I paid 30.98 just on shipping and taxes they are a RIPOFF

I ordered a swimsuit over the phone on May 30th. The girl helping me put it through said that my gift card wasn't working. I said fine and decided to order it on my credit card in a few days. I checked my gift card and they took the money for the suit but didn't give me a confirmation number and when I called they said they couldn't find the order at all. So I'm out 92 dollars with no suit to show for it. I want my gift card refunded. Very unhappy.

An exchange order must be submitted by the customer online. Your invoice will include a code for free shipping. A refund will be issued back to your original method of payment with the return. So I placed an order 2 weeks ago and couldn't get through when prompted to check the status of my order. Each time I called in I would immediately get a recording that no one was available to take my call but you know what? When I called to place a NEW order I got right through to someone named Paula, isn't that funny? They can't fulfill the orders they already have but they have people on standby to take MORE orders when they can't even get out what's in their system! Absolutely PATHETIC! I'm not one to write reviews so for me to do this means a heck of a lot! As you can see from their review rating, I would suggest going to one of their competitors instead, I know I am!

MULTIPLE ORDERS, transactions buying or returning takes WEEKS, not days. Any transaction has a $9.99 shipping fee attached. Wound up costing me for an extra suit(in fees).
Customer service in staffed by persons with no ability to do anything.

First of all, I live in the US Virgin Islands, so I am AWARE that shipping takes longer to get here. But this company is ridiculous and the customer service is Horrible. I ordered 8/10/2017, original arrival date stated 8/2/8/17. Tracking says 9/9/2017. What? Tracking number states it left the swimsuit facility 8/14/2017. It has been sitting FedEx center since 8/17/2017 with no movement as of today, 8/29/2017. Called Swiimsuitsforall... they said since it left there facility they can't help me any more. Called Fed Ex, they state that Swimsuitsforall changed the shipper from FedEx to USPS. Fed Ex dropped it off in Georgia and USPS has not picked it up yet. USPS states it was never delivered to them from Fed Ex. Swimsuitsforall will not trace, and state it is no longer their issue. I want to cancel, they wont. I am out $78.00. Meanwhile the SUV that I shipped from Indiana was delivered to me in the US Virgin Islands in 9 DAYS! Horrible customer service!

I am now 25 days post order, all of my items were in stock when I ordered, projected time for package to arrive was 10-14 days. Now on day 25 & my order is "on it's way", which has been the status for 10 days now. I called customer service. I appreciate they employ teenagers who need a summer job bc we all need to start some place but the staff are not the most... competent. That said, I also support the creative responses to how much longer until my package arrives. I feel the kid that was "helping" me should try college & creative writing bc he has mad skills on imagination! My projected time line, tentatively, possibly, but he could not really say, was 30 days for my package to arrive. Looks like it will not arrive by my vacation, which just forces me to rethink my puritan beliefs of wearing clothes at the beach. Thanks Swimsuits For All for forcing me to see the bigger picture & not to sweat the small stuff. It has certainly been challenging in dealing w/this company. I will never order from them again. So apparently the last time I ordered a suit for swimsuits for all(and I do mean the very last time ever) I mysteriously signed up for a free trial period for their "rewards" program. After this free trial I was charged $15 a month for the "privilege" of the program, of which I had no clue I was enrolled, and received no benefit whatsoever. Shame on me for missing the $15 they stole from my account for over 6 months which went unnoticed. Once noticed, the only nice thing I can say is that the person I called to "cancel" the service I didn't know I had was helpful and cancelled it for me without trying to sell me on keeping this useless and deceptive rewards program in place. I have since received an email confirming I am no longer a member but only in a month will I be able to determine if the service was canceled or not.

I ordered 2 suits on 4/13/2022 (Order #*******185) and received in a normal amount of time. However, completely incorrect order. Size, style, color, all wrong. I try to start an "exchange", however this company does not know what an exchange is. They messed up and all I wanted was correct items shipped when my return was received. They insist on giving gift cards or processing full return which forces customer to redo full order process even though entire issue was based on Swimsuits For All error. Then when they finally issued my refund, they subtracted return shipping from my balance. That's right people, when they mess up the customer still has to pay for return shipping. I asked on several occasions for them to just send items I actually ordered and their process is their process no matter how much wait time it causes the customer. It has now been almost exactly a month since my order and I just got a portion of my refund yesterday. So if I want correct suits it would be another week or 2.6 week wait time for their mistakes! I gave this a 1-star rating because if items are received correctly they are typically nice swimsuits, but you are screwed if any of your orders require customer service department. I will not give this company anymore of my business.

Ordered may 29th, items were listed in stock. As of today June 10th order still in "processing" Tried to cancel and they will not cancel order, PayPal has money pending because this company says order is processing. I call BS! It's out of stock and they want to keep the sale by making me wait until it comes in. Read reviews from other sites as well and you'll see this company is Shady in pulling stunts like this. Will never order from them again and am filing a BBB compaint and contacing payPal to see if they can do anything about this scam of a company.

I ordered 2 swimsuits totaling over $100 and paid $17 for shipping (who does that these days). One of the swimsuits wasn't what I ordered. When I called C/S to inquire the first time I was told the 2nd suit was shipped separately. A week later I called C/S again and was told the complete opposite, there was no separate shipment. I returned both suits and was charged $28 for returning with no explanation. I called C/S twice with no luck, on hold and transfer to wrong dept. I sent a request through their "contact us" area on website. Someone responded saying they'll fix it. Still waiting to see if that happens.

I have bought suits from here before and had great luck, NOT this time. I purchased a swimsuit and the first time I tried it on, the strap snapped. I talked to people on the phone, through email, and the chat function and no one could seem to help me. I bought it through Paypal, so I understand not generally being able to exchange, BUT THE STRAP BROKE! I was told that I would need to pay shipping, and choose a different size or color, which I did not want to do. I finally decided to just send it back and take the shipping penalty, just so I could get some of the cost back... well, I guess my return was "lost" so I didnt even get part of my money back.
I was a multiple times a year buyer... my shopping will be going elsewhere from here on out.

This is almost too comical to be true. I purchased a longitude suit which turned out to fit much shorter than longitude suits I have had in the past. I returned it immediately after trying it ontags and liner still intact. A few weeks later it was returned to me with a note saying the item wasn't returned within the days required and that the item was damaged. Neither was true. So I called the returns department; they said it was an error and to return it. I did and guess what? It was returned to me again. Called again and they apologized, finally refunded it and explained how to return it this time. Much to my dismay, frustration, annoyance, it was in my mail yesterday! Is this for real? Do they not want the suit back?!

When I placed my order, the site stated shipping would be 7 to 14 days. A week later it had not shipped yet so I called to see if I would get it by June 10th (which is over 3 weeks from when I placed my order) and the rep said I would not have it till the 14th. I explained that I'm going on vacation on the 11th and would like to cancel the order. She said she nor a manager could cancel the order but she can request a return label. What? So they would rather pay shipping two ways instead of canceling the order. This company needs new management! I wish I had read all these horrible reviews before ordering.

I ordered a swimsuit and received an email two days later telling me my "order has been modified". When I called to find out WHAT this even means because the email explained NOTHING, I was told that my credit card declined because my shipping address didnt match my billing address. I reordered the item and was told that everything was good. Two days later, I received another email telling me my order had been modified... sigh... so I called emailed them telling them this has been a big hassle and now I was going to have to try to order the swimsuit yet AGAIN. I received an email in response telling me they are sorry for the "inconvenience and they hope I will shop with them again". Really, thats the best customer service you can offer? No thank you, I will take my business elsewhere. BIG HASSLE.

I called the company to complain and all they could tell me was it has been shipped and they don't have any other information. What kind of crap is that? I ordered 2 (2pc) bathing suits and a coverup. I received the bottom of 1 and the remaining items. I called customer service to find the missing top and was placed on hold for total of 30 MINS!. Problem solved right? WRONG they charged me 2x. Called customer service once more and was placed on hold for another 30+ mins. I will not be ordering from this site again.

I am from Canada and ordered a swimsuit from that store on January 20th. Had to pay 22$ US for express shipping (6 to 11 days delivery). I sent a first email on February 4th to advise them I still didn't receive my order. They sent me back an automatic email that was not even answering my question. So I sent them back another email to let them know my question remained unanswered. They finally answered a real answer and told me that the carrier didn't update my order status since January 23rd and they didn't know where was my order. But I had to leave them 25 business days before starting to complain. So I paid for express shipping and shouldn't complain that the shipping wasn't express at all. I still did not receive my package yet. And reading the other reviews I'll have to pay overpriced customs if I ever receive it. Think twice before buying there!

In 2018... yes 2018. I placed an order and they sent me a duplicate order. I returned the duplicate order and the didn't credit my card, the sent me an egift card. 2021 and I still have not been able to use the egfit card. I get "an unknown error occured" message. I just call them again, and I have to call them back in 5-7 days. What? This was their mistake and I am just trying to use the darn thing up! Horrible customer service.
