I have purchased their swimsuits for over 2 years and could not be happier. Their selection is amazing and quality even better. It is so nice to find a place that caters to us plus size women. This company truly knows how to take care of its customers.
This incredibly inept company doesn't know the first thing about shipping orders. You question and they read the same stupid useless script. Orders most often are not shipped items back ordered for months. I have been in customer service businesses my entire life. Never, have I ever experienced the blatant stupidity of this joke of an organization. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

Canadians beware... do not order from this company! I ordered swimwear and cover-ups from them on December 30,2019. I paid international priority express shipping cost. The order never arrived and after contacting them three times, finally on January 17, they said the parcel never left the USPS receiving in Chicago, never went through customs and must be lost. They did reimburse me, but now my vacation is 4 days away and what do I wear to the beach next week? Well, that is not their problem, apparently. They will not send a replacement by courier, they will do nothing. Very poor customer service. Will never use this company again.

All is good until you have a problem. Ordered 2 swimsuits. Received 1. Called to correct. Thought the problem was fixed until I saw $166 charge on my bank (which was even more than the original order). The company is refusing to do ANYTHING to correct their mistake. I would recommend avoiding this company for pure lack of ethics.

First I purchased 2 Tankini, material so so, the breast cups were extremely pointy and looked weird. Cost $54.13 I asked for return, it took 2 months. They deducted shipping and taxes. I get back $31.24 I'm so through. Shop local people or Amazon get prime membership.

In July of last year I purchased swimwear from Swimsuitsforall.com. The product didn't last even 6 months with the fabric being defective, even though I paid over $100 for the swimsuit. The company will not stand behind their product and keeps with their line that the product can only be returned or exchanged in the first 60 days after purchase. Stay away from the company! I wished I would have looked at reviews before purchasing from them.

I contacted PayPal and opened a case. They were able to get me my money back in less then 2 days. Swimsuits for all kept giving me the run around for my refund. I waited a month for my item that never showed. I will never Order from this company again! Buyer Beware

My first time ordering from Swimsuits for all. I was excited for the Ashley Graham collaboration. Sadly it's been a month since I purchased the item and still haven't Received it. I've been passed on from customer up to customer up. When I asked for a refund I was told that international shipping was 15 to 18 business days. Now I am informed that I have to wait 25 days in order to get a refund so they can declare my item las received it. Returned my item. 2 months later still no refund or at least store credit. Talked to someone, "can't find my order" said I would have to spend another 100 to have them help me. Why would I do that when I haven't even got a refund or a credit on the last order. They are a joke and I will never buy from them again. I have been trying for 2 1/2 weeks to get a hold of someone in customer svc to help with a missing item. No one ever answers the phone. Ive sat on hold several times for long periods with no such luck of reaching anyone. Ive sent 3 emails & the online chat is never available. Tried today again & decided to push new orders(they answered the phone quickly there) tried to get the Rep. To help me out. All he could do was send me another cover & charge me for it & that I would have to call back & ask for a refund on the missing item. What good is that? I cant even get them to answer on a missing item. Now I have to call my credit card company & dispute a charge. If you order from this company just be aware you may or may not get your items.

Purchased a chlorine resistant 2 piece swimsuit. Used 6 times in 2 months. Color is completely faded. Called company to explain situation. Told I had 60 days from time of purchase to exchange. Did not receive swimsuit until 10 days after purchase. They used every excuse possible to disallow any type of customer satisfaction.
Told me that swimsuit is not chlorine impervious! Offered to sell me another swimsuit, same price, but would waive shipping. No thanks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought a full price suit, liked it so much I bought another on sale shortly there after. Both suits ripped on the shoulders. I've owned many suits with out this ever happening. I have an average torso and proportioned body. It was after the 60 day return policy and the fabric is poor. They could care less and just restate 60 day policy. Not oh I'm sorry to hear that. Maybe there's a defect in the twisty v neck swim dress etc…They're just defensive and say the same thing over again. DON'T PURCHASE-FROM THEM

I've placed a few orders with this website and before I ever hit "place order" I read the shipping guidelines. If you don't pay for expedited shipping, the standard shipping states it can take anywhere from 7-14 days. I've also read on the website that due to some other issues, shipping may take longer. I always pay extra for expedited shipping and have had ZERO issues with my order arriving when I need it. Take notes ladies, if you're expecting your order to arrive in a certain time frame and you don't pay for the shipping for it, it's not the companies fault.

I received 2 bottoms instead of complete suit and was told they would send me the top but I had to purchase another one first, and they would reimburse me once they received the bottom back ona e-card which is ridiculous. Never will be ordering again from this site.

I purchased two swimsuits in January! Returned both the following day! It took over 30 days for them to refund! Only because I called twice only to find it was credited to a gift card instead of my original card. To make it worse I paid 104. But only refunded 76.00! Very expensive mistake! So very disappointed!

All the negative reviews about this website are completely true. They make you falsely believe you can return items for a refund but that isn't true. The swimsuits are not true to size so when you get them and find out they are cheaply made and are falling apart right out of the package and they don't fit you believe you can just use the label and return them. That isn't true. Do not use their label. Go spend $12 at UPS and get the tracking information for your package because they will scam you right out of your money if you don't. Customer service is rude and this is a terrible company. I will never order from here again. You can buy better quality swimsuits, that will fit you, get them a lot sooner, not pay for shipping or return shipping, and be satisfied with your purchase and your experience at other reputable company websites, but I cannot say that about this one.

I ordered online from their website because there was a promo code for 50% off. After My purchase was made I noticed the promo code discount did not come off (I previously bought from them 5 years ago and had no problem). I contacted them online, was hung up on, transferred multiple times and still have not received any rectification on my order.
I also do not see a way to cancel my order without speaking to a person on the phone, the same people who will not speak to me...

This last order was my final order from this company. They just repeatedly serve subpar customer service.
1. My order took a really long time to arrive (3 weeks instead of the few days promised on the site)
2. Returns always take forever.
3. Exchange was processed in a shady way (they refunded me then charged me MORE for the exchange).
4. When I submitted a refund request to my card, they gave me a gift card instead, so I had to call them to fight it.
5. They took out $30 from my refund as a penalty for sending it to my credit card as opposed to a gift card.
6. I sent at least 5 emails, and only ever got 1 response.
Just terrible.

First off we'd like to offer our sincere apologies as we definitely did not treat your order with the standards we set for our customer interactions. Exchanges are a little different, a refund and new charge. However, if the same item was purchased, your price should have been the same. Secondly, the refund should have been issued to your original payment method for the entire amount of the returned items. Lastly, no fee should apply in your case as exchanges are free of return fees. The initial shipping you paid for the order of course is not refunded, but there should not have been any return fees at all. Absolute scam of a company. I placed an order over $100 on 4/18/2021. I still have not received it (as of 5/12/2021). Since I knew it wouldn't be here in time I contacted customer service to cancel and when they finally responded a few days later they said they can't cancel it while in "processing". On 5/7 a "label was created" which they called shipped yet it hasn't moved since. Never buy from this company.
-$20 in shipping regardless what or how much you buy.
-Package didn't ship for a month yet they say they can't cancel it even before it ships
-Website customer service chat does not work
-Return policy is garbage. If you use their return label you get store credit only. If you pay your own shipping back you still get charged a $10 restocking fee on top of being out shipping costs both ways.

I contacted customer service regarding their error and they told me to return the incorrect item for a refund and then told me to re order the swim skirt instead of correcting their error by offering to ship me the item I actually ordered. Sure wish I would've read these reviews before attempting to order from them, but I'll just chalk it up to another hard lesson learned. Looonng story short, they lied to me not once but twice about my refund, and instead of giving me a full refund (make sure to read ALL the fine print before purchasing!) I got $26.19 back on a $48.86 bra. They're literally ripping people off left and right, expecting those of us keeping them in business not to notice. Not that it matters anyway, bc I DID. Please heed these warning and DO NOT order from Swimsuits for all. What a complete JOKE.
