I have purchased their swimsuits for over 2 years and could not be happier. Their selection is amazing and quality even better. It is so nice to find a place that caters to us plus size women. This company truly knows how to take care of its customers.
This incredibly inept company doesn't know the first thing about shipping orders. You question and they read the same stupid useless script. Orders most often are not shipped items back ordered for months. I have been in customer service businesses my entire life. Never, have I ever experienced the blatant stupidity of this joke of an organization. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
This is a great place to find a wide selection of plus size swimsuits. It is often difficult to find a lot of options. I was so excited when I found this site. I could actually find a flattering swimsuit that I like. Their products are very well made and reasonably priced.

Amazing amazing swimsuit collection. So many different styles to choose it was hard to not want to add 100 to my bag.
I ended up adding a few and I love them so much. I can't wait to come back and shop again.

Placed an order on April 6th for a $78 swimsuit (plus $14.99 shipping!). Regretted it, contacted Customer Service to cancel the order (because there's no option to do that through their website). No reply from Customer Service, item shipped on April 15th. Finally received the item on April 27th -- a full 21 days after the order was placed -- and of course it didn't fit. Put in to have it refunded, and I'm out $9.99 for return shipping. These jerks took $25 from me in shipping charges for the privilege of trying on a bathing suit. Absolute trash, never shopping here again.

We ordered a swimsuit for my wife and they have said it has shipped but it has not ups tells me that all they have done is created a label. Needed the suit for an upcoming trip and now we are out over $75 and they are saying we have to wait for 30 days to get refund but we can order another one and the are sure they can get it out in three days this time.
This company company is a joke i talked to a supervisor and she said there is nothing they can do. Please do not waste your time and money with this horrible company.

The suits are fine but I ordered one that never arrived and when I contacted them to find out what happened they told me I had to complete and affidavit and mail it to them to get a refund. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted the suit I ordered. I did complete the form and attached it to a reply email but was told it has to be mailed. Come on! In todays digital world there is no reason to require something to be mailed to Texas in order to reach a resolution. Sadly, they lost a customer today.

My first order I received a completely different tankini top than what was ordered. The packing list had the correct item listed, but incorrect item received. I returned that item along with other items that were incorrect size, which I ordered based on their sizing chart. I asked for replacements for 3 of 4 items. Second shipment I received the SAME INCORRECT tankini top, again the item was correct on the packing list, but incorrect item received. Their returns policy is not reasonable, they expect you to pay shipping costs for all returns unless you accept a credit to your account for future purchases. Telephone Customer Service is non existent, when I did reach a chat representative they were very hasty with replies and cut the chat off before I completed confirming the return. Very poor customer service, will never order from them or any of their affiliated companies.

I purchased 4 bathing suits and a cover-up from this site. I returned three bathing suits. They refunded me for one bathing suit and sent the other two back saying they were used/worn - they both still had tags on them and were in the exact condition they came in, considering, I sent them back the day after they were received. I have emailed them repeatedly and get very responses which have nothing to do with my email.

Horrible, horrible customer service! Do NOT order from this company! Week four and my order has still not shipped, they refuse to issue a refund, and refuse to tell me when I'll receive my order. Then, they tell me when I eventually get my order, I won't be reimbursed for shipping. And now I was just notified my order is on backorder. This is all a joke! Second day in a row attempting to talk to a manager and still on hold after an hour and 36 minutes.

Placed my order on May 8th, didn't receive until last night. Paid 12.99 for shipping and it didn't get to fedex until a week later. Their sizes are so wrong. I am a 36ddd so ordered according to their size chart and could have fit 2 people in the top. Their return policy is if you want the credit back you should pay for your own shipping, and make sure you get tracking... which leads me to believe that they plan on saying they didn't get it. And no matter how you send it back they won't give you the shipping price back. So I paid 20.39 for UPS Ground on top of the original 12.99 shipping for bathing suits that were no better than walmart.

Horrible experience! My free shipping code did not apply to my order. I called immediately & spoke to Jay Ray who told me to send back my order & place a new one with a code that worked & he would refund my full order including shipping. I've spent hours on the phone trying to get my refund & waiting for a "mgr" to call me back. Still waiting. I will never order from this company again. Their shipping is awful. It takes weeks for an order to arrive. In this day & age that is unexceptable.

I paid $54.00 for a swimsuit that wasn't well made. After going through the refund process, after the processing fee. That means they charge for returns and printing labels. So I lost over $10.00 for the privilege of just ordering the swimsuit.

I ordered 3 swimsuits for the summer swim season. After 14 days with no contact, I called to check on the status of the suits. The customer service person said they were behind trying to fill the order. At 21 days, I called again to check on the order. Again, they said they were behind, and offered a refund. At 28 days, I called again, and the order had finally shipped. When the order finally arrived, I had lost over a month of the season, so I didn't need all 3 suits. I returned two. So far, no return has shown up on my credit card.

Don't buy from here! Quality has gone down consistently for four years. My first bathing suits lasted beautifully, but new suits break, and don't last, underwires break out poke you, fall out. Bummer. If you have to call for customer service, expect to be on hold for twenty minutes. Last suits I bought were so bad, tried to return for a refund, they make it impossible to figure out, I finally ended up just sending them back for a credit, three days too late, and they wouldn't take them. I just got a bag of crappy cheap bathing suits crammed in a bag. Returns are from date THEY ship, and it takes a week and a half at least to get them, and time shipped back counts, so you really only have about 30 days for returns. This was a LOYAL customer from 2016. Thanks for the crappy treatment. Will not shop here again. Ever. The treatment for a loyal customer is really the straw.

Terribel customer service. I returned an item that was delivered in error to the "happy returns" designated location and got a confirmation number. But they will not give me the credit to get what I wanted until they received the item that was delivered in error. I will not receive a store credit until they receive it back in 2-3 weeks.

If it doesnt' fit, you pay for returns. They do NOT give refunds. They give you credit. BUT, you have to Keep the email with the credit number on it. If you lose that, you won't get your credit back.
I bought a 2 piece suit. The top is a bright floral print. Within 6 months of getting it, the front half of the suit is completely faded, with no bright colors. The waist band and back of the suit are still bright. An obvious defect in the material. They refused to do anything because it is past 3 months. A gradual fading doesn't happen that quick. That's probably why they use 3 months - so they don't need to offer refunds. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I placed an order for an item. Less than 24 hrs later, that item was significantly cheaper. I emailed them to see if they would refund the difference. They emailed me back that the item I ordered was not the item I ordered. That I actually ordered two items that were significantly more expensive. What "customer support" was telling me was completely contrary to my order history on their website, the confirmation email, the charge to my credit card, and what I actually received. I couldn't even address the cost discrepancy because they could not get past the fact that I ordered what I said I did. Were they lying about my order on purpose so they didn't have to address the refund? Screenshot shows my order plain as day. Seriously, this is one of the worst companies I have dealt with ever, and I am a frequent online shopper.

I sent a return to them and had them issue me store credit because otherwise I'd be charged for shipping back. When I received the credit, I added it to my account, but when I went to shop for swimsuits from them it was gone! When I call they just said I should have saved the email with the code. I thought that applying it to my account was saving it, silly me. I emailed and called and they just say they can't give me a new credit. Now they have my money and I have nothing. Be warned.

Swimsuit arrived quickly but I didn't like the way it looked on me so I returned with the pre paid label that was provided with original shipment. I was given a credit for the amount I paid and I ordered a new swimsuit that was delivered quickly. Both swimsuits were great quality for the price.

For a 2 piece suit, I received the wrong bottom size. In order to get the the correct size, I was told I needed to return the suit (which will take them 10 days to receive) and then they will ship out the correct size (which will take another 10 days). I bought the suit for a vacation that takes place in a week. They were not willing to work with me in a way that was satisfactory. They said I could show proof of mailing it and then they would send it - but with my work schedule I am not able to get to the post office in a timely manner. Although it was their error, I am left high and dry.

I wish I read the reviews before buying from here! I purchased 5 swimsuits, and despite following their size guide, the swimsuits fit terribly.
I paid for my own returning shipping/tracking through UPS to return the swimsuits. Yet, they only refunded me for 4 swimsuits. They said the 5th swimsuit could not be refunded or returned to me because it was missing tags or missing the panty liner. Obviously a canned response as they did not specify. I returned all suits completly intact, with tags and panty liners. Yet, they are being dishonest in saying I did not.
Save yourself the hassle... get your swimsuits elsewhere!

Ordered 4 items. 3 were correct and I really like them. The 4th was a tankini top. I received a one piece swimsuit instead. They refuse to send me the correct item and won't send me a label to return the wrong item. Want me to do all the work for their mistake.

Placed an order on June 6th. Shipping was over $11 which is the most I've ever paid for shipping from any company. The order didn't even get shipped until June 21st. The order status then didn't get updated from July 1st until July 12th. It is July 13th and I just received my order. Not only is it the tiniest size 8 swim bottom I've ever seen, the size 8 swim top has cups so tiny that it poses a risk of indecent exposure. I waited 3 weeks for a swimsuit that doesn't even fit. And to send it back and get my money refunded to my debit card I have to pay an almost $10 return fee. I can get a gift card in exchange for a return for free, but I never want to shop from this awful place again. The absolute most money and longest I've waited for shipping for a bad product.
