I have purchased their swimsuits for over 2 years and could not be happier. Their selection is amazing and quality even better. It is so nice to find a place that caters to us plus size women. This company truly knows how to take care of its customers.
This incredibly inept company doesn't know the first thing about shipping orders. You question and they read the same stupid useless script. Orders most often are not shipped items back ordered for months. I have been in customer service businesses my entire life. Never, have I ever experienced the blatant stupidity of this joke of an organization. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
I placed a large order (over 1,000) at 6am on a Friday. A few hours later and Everything on the site was an additional 40% off. I called customer service. They said cancel the first order and place a new one. Great. My first order was on hold and the customer protection group was closed for the long weekend, so I couldn't cancel until Tuesday. Did as I was directed, Called first thing Tuesday morning "it is already being processed, we can't cancel it" ARE YOU KIDDING?! Now I have to pay shipping for these swimsuits to be returned if I want my money back. I will never buy here again, and this is the one thing I would do for myself. I'm not an angry person, but man am I disappointed and frustrated.

After being a loyal customer, I was unable to return an order within the 60-day return window due to the extenuating circumstances of the Corononavirus pandemic. I spoke to a representative, as well as a manager and they were very unhelpful and rude.

I would report this company if I could find them on BBB site. I returned an item I purchased which it was acknowledged by email that they received back. Not only they did not issue my refund but it turns out they had set up a subscription in my credit card account without my knowledge. This is outright theft. If I hadn't called my credit card to inquire why my dispute was being canceled I would have never found out they had me on a subscription from month to month. I don't even know what services they are providing if they are a clothing company. Why are they charging a subscription. Please be careful doing business with them.

I placed an order on 06/02/2021 and paid for super fast shipping because I needed it by a certain date. The site stated I would receive the purchase on 06/04/2021. On 06/04/2021 the purchased wasn't shipped yet so I called to cancel it. The company refused to cancel the order because it was already placed even though it wasn't shipped. I didn't receive the product until 06/09/2021 when I no longer needed it. The company refuses to reimbursement for the super fast shipment that I paid for.

Don't pay for fast shipping. Be careful of what you purchase because the company will do everything they can to not refund your money.

Stay away from this site, they are awful to deal with. I am currently trying to get my gift card corrected for a return I made in May (It's July). They only issue an egift card for returns unless you want to pay return shipping and a restocking fee (which will cost you 8.99+plus additional fees). The gift card they issued, didn't work so I called them, they told me they didn't know why it was working and that they would issues a refund to my credit card... well that never came. I called 2 weeks later and said they couldn't do that and they would issue me a new gift card in 72 hours. That was a week ago, I emailed again and they issued me 1/2 of my refund stating that they already issued an egift card for a portion of that 4 weeks ago. I said that was a separate return, stop messing with my money. I am at a loss of over $40.00 at the current moment and every email and phone call I make is someone different. They play games, I am sick of it.

I recieved my items in a timely manner (I paid for expedited shippjng). My swimsuits were too large. I recieved them on 5/20 and took them to the post office as instructed the same day. After 25 days I still have NOT received my refund. The way the company instructs you to return the items it can take up to 30 days for the items to be returned, and up to another 10 days before you will receive the credit. Ridiculous! It's impossible to track your package and customer service is not able to assist. Although their products are quality... I will not order from them again.

I ordered two swimsuits ahead of time for a trip I was taking. I received my order and only one swimsuit was there and the other item was completely wrong size, item, color etc. I called hoping to expedite the missing swimsuit, I was told that wouldn't happen, they also couldn't just ship out the missing item, I had to reorder it. The only compensation she would give was $9 out of the $24.98 shipping fee. I was so disappointed! I like their products they have to offer and wanted the other swimsuit, but I wasn't about to pay more shipping and wait 2 weeks. If I had gotten a different and kinder response from Customer support I would have been inclined to buy more from them.

I ordered from swimsuitsforall and they charged $25 for shipping but took over a month to get me the first part of my order. THEN they told me the rest was on back order and would be shipped in another month but they promised not to charge me for the backorder. But of course they DID charge me for the back ordered items and refused to cancel the order because it's already 'in process' even though it's not getting sent out for another month. The customer service was horrible. I will never shop here again.

Hello, I have purchased from this company for a few years now. I made a purchase in early Feb. 6,2020 and I needed to return 5 items for different sizes. I called the company and the associate told me use the return label and i will place a new order for your new sizes, So I proceed to do so per her instruction. She placed my new order and it charged my card. I got my new order with the new sizes. I also got my order order i sent back to the company, sent back to me again as they said it was past the 60 days. Its been a touch 10 weeks during this Covid time and I asked if they would at least give me a credit, i would spend the money with their company, just please take the merchandise back... please give me a credit. $204.00 worth. Nope, they wouldn't budge... I will not be buying from them again, I'm so disappointed... I'm stuck with these 5 items and at a loss for $204.00. So Upset!

I ordered a swimsuit top and when it arrived the strap hook was broken and there was a visible salvage strip showing on the front of the suit. I had pay an extra $32.97 for 3 day express delivery. When I called customer service they were not helpful at all with returning the top and I any refund I received would be much less than the original cost because of the return shipping charges. So I decided to exchange the suit. I sent the swimsuit top back on April12th - within the 60 day return period. In order to exchange an item you need to fill out a new order form and when they get your return the will charge your card again and refund you for the returned order. I received another top and my card was charge the full price included shipping charges. It took a month for the exchange. Today I received the original damaged suit back in the mail because it was returned outside of the 60 days. When I called customer service they passed me off to a manager and I explained what had happen and according to their website the suit had shipped on April 12th and I was within the return period. He told me I was shipped the suit on January 30th. I told him what the website said the ship date was and that date agreed with the date of the charge on my credit card. The he started to mock me screaming "I don't care what the website says!" He was looking at a ship date from a different order. And he just kept screaming at me. I will never use Swimsuits for All again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will take your money and not provide refunds, are slow to ship, and have very poor customer service. Their customer service does not return emails, cannot issue refunds, and cannot tell you when your items will arrive. The tracking number for my item only showed that it was "in route" for almost a month. Left for my vacation without the bathing suits I ordered OVER a month ago because they were unable to do their job. Promptly returned the items unopened for a refund, following their "easy" refund policy and using their prepackaged refund envelope. Three months later, I am STILL waiting for my refund. Do yourself a favor and choose Amazon. They know how to do customer service right. Wish I could give this company negative stars. Please check out the MANY complaints and reviews with the Better Business Bureau. My story is told over and over again.

As others have written, I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I placed an order for a swimsuit 04/18/21. I have received 2 emails stating it will be late. I wanted to cancel the order after reading the other posts. My credit card has not been charged, so they cannot stop payment. I placed the order with PayPal and they cannot cancel an order until 30d. After the order is placed. I tried a chat on the swimsuitsforless website, but after placing in my information and request to cancel order, the chat closed. I called the phone #, still on hold, I was told the wait time is 30minutes... I will report this company to Wells Fargo and to Paypal.

So I placed an order 2 weeks ago and couldn't get through when prompted to check the status of my order. Each time I called in I would immediately get a recording that no one was available to take my call but you know what? When I called to place a NEW order I got right through to someone named Paula, isn't that funny? They can't fulfill the orders they already have but they have people on standby to take MORE orders when they can't even get out what's in their system! Absolutely PATHETIC! I'm not one to write reviews so for me to do this means a heck of a lot! As you can see from their review rating, I would suggest going to one of their competitors instead, I know I am!

First of all, I live in the US Virgin Islands, so I am AWARE that shipping takes longer to get here. But this company is ridiculous and the customer service is Horrible. I ordered 8/10/2017, original arrival date stated 8/2/8/17. Tracking says 9/9/2017. What? Tracking number states it left the swimsuit facility 8/14/2017. It has been sitting FedEx center since 8/17/2017 with no movement as of today, 8/29/2017. Called Swiimsuitsforall... they said since it left there facility they can't help me any more. Called Fed Ex, they state that Swimsuitsforall changed the shipper from FedEx to USPS. Fed Ex dropped it off in Georgia and USPS has not picked it up yet. USPS states it was never delivered to them from Fed Ex. Swimsuitsforall will not trace, and state it is no longer their issue. I want to cancel, they wont. I am out $78.00. Meanwhile the SUV that I shipped from Indiana was delivered to me in the US Virgin Islands in 9 DAYS! Horrible customer service!

I am now 25 days post order, all of my items were in stock when I ordered, projected time for package to arrive was 10-14 days. Now on day 25 & my order is "on it's way", which has been the status for 10 days now. I called customer service. I appreciate they employ teenagers who need a summer job bc we all need to start some place but the staff are not the most... competent. That said, I also support the creative responses to how much longer until my package arrives. I feel the kid that was "helping" me should try college & creative writing bc he has mad skills on imagination! My projected time line, tentatively, possibly, but he could not really say, was 30 days for my package to arrive. Looks like it will not arrive by my vacation, which just forces me to rethink my puritan beliefs of wearing clothes at the beach. Thanks Swimsuits For All for forcing me to see the bigger picture & not to sweat the small stuff. It has certainly been challenging in dealing w/this company. I will never order from them again. So apparently the last time I ordered a suit for swimsuits for all(and I do mean the very last time ever) I mysteriously signed up for a free trial period for their "rewards" program. After this free trial I was charged $15 a month for the "privilege" of the program, of which I had no clue I was enrolled, and received no benefit whatsoever. Shame on me for missing the $15 they stole from my account for over 6 months which went unnoticed. Once noticed, the only nice thing I can say is that the person I called to "cancel" the service I didn't know I had was helpful and cancelled it for me without trying to sell me on keeping this useless and deceptive rewards program in place. I have since received an email confirming I am no longer a member but only in a month will I be able to determine if the service was canceled or not.

I ordered 2 suits on 4/13/2022 (Order #*******185) and received in a normal amount of time. However, completely incorrect order. Size, style, color, all wrong. I try to start an "exchange", however this company does not know what an exchange is. They messed up and all I wanted was correct items shipped when my return was received. They insist on giving gift cards or processing full return which forces customer to redo full order process even though entire issue was based on Swimsuits For All error. Then when they finally issued my refund, they subtracted return shipping from my balance. That's right people, when they mess up the customer still has to pay for return shipping. I asked on several occasions for them to just send items I actually ordered and their process is their process no matter how much wait time it causes the customer. It has now been almost exactly a month since my order and I just got a portion of my refund yesterday. So if I want correct suits it would be another week or 2.6 week wait time for their mistakes! I gave this a 1-star rating because if items are received correctly they are typically nice swimsuits, but you are screwed if any of your orders require customer service department. I will not give this company anymore of my business.

Ordered may 29th, items were listed in stock. As of today June 10th order still in "processing" Tried to cancel and they will not cancel order, PayPal has money pending because this company says order is processing. I call BS! It's out of stock and they want to keep the sale by making me wait until it comes in. Read reviews from other sites as well and you'll see this company is Shady in pulling stunts like this. Will never order from them again and am filing a BBB compaint and contacing payPal to see if they can do anything about this scam of a company.

I ordered 2 swimsuits totaling over $100 and paid $17 for shipping (who does that these days). One of the swimsuits wasn't what I ordered. When I called C/S to inquire the first time I was told the 2nd suit was shipped separately. A week later I called C/S again and was told the complete opposite, there was no separate shipment. I returned both suits and was charged $28 for returning with no explanation. I called C/S twice with no luck, on hold and transfer to wrong dept. I sent a request through their "contact us" area on website. Someone responded saying they'll fix it. Still waiting to see if that happens.
