Absolute scam of a company. I placed an order over $100 on 4/18/2021. I still have not received it (as of 5/12/2021). Since I knew it wouldn't be here in time I contacted customer service to cancel and when they finally responded a few days later they said they can't cancel it while in "processing". On 5/7 a "label was created" which they called shipped yet it hasn't moved since. Never buy from this company.
-$20 in shipping regardless what or how much you buy.
-Package didn't ship for a month yet they say they can't cancel it even before it ships
-Website customer service chat does not work
-Return policy is garbage. If you use their return label you get store credit only. If you pay your own shipping back you still get charged a $10 restocking fee on top of being out shipping costs both ways.
Well, it's my own fault for not reading the reviews before ordering. Customer service is a joke. Do NOT order from this company. Everything is CHEAP and from China. Takes WEEKS to get your order. You may as well throw a hundred dollar bill out your car window.

I ordered a swim skirt but received a random bikini top. I contacted customer service regarding their error and they told me to return the incorrect item for a refund and then told me to re order the swim skirt instead of correcting their error by offering to ship me the item I actually ordered. In what world is this customer service?

Sure wish I would've read these reviews before attempting to order from them, but I'll just chalk it up to another hard lesson learned. Looonng story short, they lied to me not once but twice about my refund, and instead of giving me a full refund (make sure to read ALL the fine print before purchasing!) I got $26.19 back on a $48.86 bra. They're literally ripping people off left and right, expecting those of us keeping them in business not to notice. Not that it matters anyway, bc I DID. Please heed these warning and DO NOT order from Swimsuits for all. What a complete JOKE.
Terrible customer service! I purchased swimsuits from them almost three weeks ago and there is not even a status update available on the status of my purchase, customer service says its in processing and there is nothing they can do about it. Swimsuits for all won't even cancel my purchase despite the fact that they have no idea when my purchase will even be shipped!

Swimsuit fabric quality was fine; colors and patterns were attractive; but stitching on several of the suits was loose coming out of the package. Styles were cute and as pictured. Sizing was as expected.
Delivery delays caused some of my order arrive too late to take on vacation, and returns were necessary. Some of the items are still on backorder and have not arrived. In some cases, substitute items were apparently sent, but style numbers on the packages don't relate to the order form or garment tags, so I'm unclear about what's going on.
I returned the items which didn't work for my mother or me. Swimsuits for All has acknowledged receiving the return, but my refund has yet to be processed even though two weeks have passed.
Given the slow refund process and extremely high shipping costs -- shipping was 30% of the order total! -- I don't see myself shopping with this company again. Summersalt is a far superior option.

Honestly, I never thought I'd find a website that makes it so easy to find a swimsuit that fits and flatter my body type. Thanks goodness for SwimsuitsForAll. I found three one pieces I really liked and, after pushing myself a little, even order a bikini. I wore all four suits over the summer and could not have been happier! They provided just the right level of comfort and sexy that I wanted. Doesn't get any better.
I purchased a chlorine resistant suit. I only wore it for a few weeks and had to throw it out. Material worn threw and sagging. Company would not replace it or do anything. Would not even look at pictures. Claimed they could contain a virus. Return policy is only for unused and unwashed or defective items. Buyer beware.
Ive ordered with Swimsuits for All a few times. They return your orders in the form of gift cards unless specified and even after a gift card is applied to your account and you don't use all of it, then remember the number because they wont help you recover it after 90 days. Your money will be lost.
I purchased a swimsuit 6 weeks before vacation. The confirmation stated i would receive my order 5 days later. Actually, it was like 5 weeks. When It finally came it was too big. By that time there was no time to exchange. That was in May. I've tried to "exchange" the item since its my only option. When I try to check out and put my gift card in the price doubles so I owe more money. Thus company is a joke. They are impossible to deal with. I woukd have give them 0 stars if it allows.
Answer: Same thing happened to me! If you used their return shipping labels, they will charge you at least $10 for shipping before they credit your card. I thought the return shipping was free since they charged me $20 to ship the first time! Total scam! Never do business with these yahoos!
Answer: 4 weeks for me! Grrrrr I have not received responses to my email inquiries. I counted on this suit to take on a vacation. If you read the reviews you see that they are terrible. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.
Answer: You have to take it up with your credit card company to get refund for the rip off. I ordered my suit 4 weeks ago and have not received it. I will be taking it up with the credit card that I used to purchase the suit. You cannot be charged for something you did not receive.
Answer: Send a PRINTED LETTER WITH BLUE INK SIGNATURE, send SIGNATURE REQUIRED VIA UPS OR POST OFFICE to the corporate address on web site. THIS STARTS A LEGAL FILE! Emails do not! Just give facts, order date, items ordered, customer service conversations (or lack of) and then circumstance. Leave out emotional stuff. Ok to state frustration. Make at least 3 copies of your letter for legal file. Make sure all your contact info is included, except email. Request all responses by mail. Good luck
