Paid $80 for 2 tops and 1 bottom. When I received I could see poor quality as soon as I opened so put back in original bags and returned, paying $13 in postage as I wanted my money back not a credit.
I received a credit of $13 and when I questioned they said both tops were being returned to me because they were worn or missing tags. Read all the reviews online including Better Business bureau site, they do this to everyone who asks for their money back! Total RIP OFF!
Returned 2 suits. Took them over a month to process a credit and then it was a store credit that was for less than the original price. When I called them they said they would give me credit back on my credit card less a re-stocking fee, another deduction from the original price. I went back and read their return policy. A $20 mistake on a less than $100 purchase. I'm still waiting to see if the refund shows up on my credit card. I guess I am simply spoiled by other vendors
I like their shop because they offer a wide variety of swimsuits for bigger girls like me. They're fashion forward and I already have my own little collection of their swimsuits! I love the service! Thanks :)
I returned a $200 order because none of the swimsuits fit me. I chose to be refunded to my original form of payment. I got busy and forgot to check my credit card statement and only when it was too late (3 months later) did I realize I had never been refunded the money. They said they sent a gift card via e-mail but purge their records of those emails so they conveniently have no proof/cannot resend. And I have no gift card e-mail from them. So I am out about $175. E-mailed customer service and they were no help and you can only reach a supervisor by calling in. And they were no help when I finally managed to do that. They purposefully mess up the refund process and then blame you. And then make it hard to reach customer service. Feels extremely shady to me and I have never had a problem with any other online retailer getting properly refunded to my card. Wish I had read these other reviews before I bought through them. Disgusted.
While the product I received was very good quality it didn't fit as I wanted so I sent it back. I used the return label they provided and requested a refund instead of an exchange, expecting that refund to be issued to my credit card. The label did state there would be a charge to cover shipping. When I was issued a refund via gift card I was told I would have a $10 fee because I didn't provide my own return label and they don't have that option on their return label. I understand that sometimes return shipping is not reimbursed and I'm ok with that but if you provide a return label, I don't think it's right to not give th option to refund my card or make it clear that I needed to provide my own label. I've never seen a company do this before and it also took a couple weeks to get all of this straightened out.

Please do not buy from this company! I returned items following directions carefully and never recieved a credit or refund. I am pretty sure this is called STEALING! Called several times to get things resolved but they would not send a credit or refund. The stole my money.

I have ordered from this company before and had no issues. This time is ridiculous. I placed my order and received free 3 day shipping. I received an email saying my order shipped but the tracking number was bogus. I called and they cancelled my original order and reordered my merchandise. Now it's 9 days later and still no merchandise. This is the worst customer service I've ever received. I will NEVER order from them again and you shouldn't either.

Ordered for vacation on May 4, still have yet to receive after paying A TON for shipping to get here in 7 days due to leaving for Florida on May 21st! I called for a refund but Customer Service stated only can refund once I've received... whenever that may be! They state due to Covid 19 blah, blah, that was a great and understandable excuse last year! Everything is back up and running and there are zero excuses that they can't ship a swimsuit out in the last 12 days! Plus zero refunds on shipping! Do NOT buy from this company, such a joke! I should've read reviews before purchasing, won't happen again! Even in my conformation ema states will arrive within 7 to 14 days. I paid for the 7day, but even 14 would have been before my trip!

I ordered 2 suits in early march, which I thought were really well made but were too small. I returned the suits on 3/13 and the return wasn't processed until 4/20. Additionally, it wasn't put back on my card, it was sent to me in a gift card. They state their policy clearly says that's how they do things... I think of myself as fairly bright but I never saw this. I asked for the return to be placed on my card and they said it would cost almost $8. I was so mad! Of course I let them take the $8 because I have no intention of shopping at a place that takes so long to process a return. Super disappointed.

Ordered on June 20th, shipped on June 23rd. Label created, but USPS has no record of it. Credit card charged. Called customer service and they inform me that they can't investigate or cancel the order until 30 days from order date. Summer is half over. They have my money, I don't have any products. I will never ever order from them again and I would advise everyone to stay away from this company.

I ordered 2 items and they sent me one wrong item and I needed to order a different size for the other item. The instructions stated to mail the items back, place a new order and my original payment method would be credited. I placed the second order and paid with my credit card. Once my refund was processed they issued me a store credit. I love the swimsuits but it's not worth the hassle when you return items. I have had problems with other past orders and should have learned my lesson. Beware when purchasing!

I have called twice and spoke to swimsuit for all customer service basically they don't care...
It seems like this time of year they get very busy and don't hire extra help so unless it's winter time anticipate a very long wait.

Order was cancelled for no reason. Customer service department is a joke, the rep said he hates his job. I do alot of international shopping and have never come across such a poorly run company. They do have nice looking swimsuits but I will never order from Swimsuitforall ever again.
I returned my item that didn't fit. Color was not as shown. They have had my return for weeks but are not refunding the money. Said they are behind in the returns department. NOT MY PROBLEM. They sure take the money fast but getting it back is another story.

I have been waiting for my order for 2 weeks! Almost a week of that is waiting for fedex to get it. Label has been made. I will not be getting this in the time frame they said! They do not uphold to what they say. Do not trust this company!
My order finally arrived while I was on vacation. Included with the order were 12 catalogs not ordered or requested. Shipping on order was $35.04. As I no longer had any need for goods purchased I returned everything, shipping cost was $10.99. Why should I have to pay $24 for these catalogs that I never requested? Swimsuits for All has been very disappointing all round. Had to give one star to submit my review.
Spoke with Sam from Philippines who couldn't help with $24 shipping refund. Asked to speak with a US supervisor, was transferred to Carmen - bottom line they can't refund shipping costs... NEVER will do business with "Swimsuits for All" again.
I will never again deal with this company! I correctly ordered two swimsuits which were correctly represented on my order confirmation. I received delivery of one and I also received some piece of apparel that I cannot even identify. It was definitely NOT a swimsuit. Since I had not created this problem, and I had no use for it, I put it in my Goodwill donations bag. Swimsuits For All refused to send me my second suit which had been paid for unless I could return the mystery garment. The unordered item had a price tag on it that was far less than the suit I purchased. This was entirely THEIR MISTAKE, a problem of their making, but they refused to correct it.
The return policy is bogus. I was charged for using their return shipping label and then charged for the refund to my PayPal account. Total of $17 in charges for a return. I wish I had read reviews before I ordered from this company.
I ordered a swimsuit and it didnt go through correctly in their system but they still charged my card. I havent received a refund yet that i have been told will be on my card within 24 hours and its been 7 days ;)

Ordered. 5 bras i wanted them to be sent my daughter however they were instead sent to an apartment house that I used to live in over a year ago where the mailman no longer transfers your mail so when I 4 or items but not the one item I called and I was told a refund had been i$sued for tbe 5th item. When i called them back they told that they couldn't issue me one so they like to lie out out this is really a wonderful company so are the rest of the companies that go with it I will never order from them again guaranteed

Answer: Same thing happened to me! If you used their return shipping labels, they will charge you at least $10 for shipping before they credit your card. I thought the return shipping was free since they charged me $20 to ship the first time! Total scam! Never do business with these yahoos!

Answer: You have to take it up with your credit card company to get refund for the rip off. I ordered my suit 4 weeks ago and have not received it. I will be taking it up with the credit card that I used to purchase the suit. You cannot be charged for something you did not receive.
Answer: Send a PRINTED LETTER WITH BLUE INK SIGNATURE, send SIGNATURE REQUIRED VIA UPS OR POST OFFICE to the corporate address on web site. THIS STARTS A LEGAL FILE! Emails do not! Just give facts, order date, items ordered, customer service conversations (or lack of) and then circumstance. Leave out emotional stuff. Ok to state frustration. Make at least 3 copies of your letter for legal file. Make sure all your contact info is included, except email. Request all responses by mail. Good luck
