I do wish they accommodated larger bust sizes but they do offer a wider variety of styles and fittings. If you order a size that doesn't work, call customer service and they can advise you on what size or style will work better. Some of their vendors are better than others. Once you find a vendor that works for your purposes, it's fantastic. Shipping charges and times are great, especially if you watch for deals.
This incredibly inept company doesn't know the first thing about shipping orders. You question and they read the same stupid useless script. Orders most often are not shipped items back ordered for months. I have been in customer service businesses my entire life. Never, have I ever experienced the blatant stupidity of this joke of an organization. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
I placed an order for an item. Less than 24 hrs later, that item was significantly cheaper. I emailed them to see if they would refund the difference. They emailed me back that the item I ordered was not the item I ordered. That I actually ordered two items that were significantly more expensive. What "customer support" was telling me was completely contrary to my order history on their website, the confirmation email, the charge to my credit card, and what I actually received. I couldn't even address the cost discrepancy because they could not get past the fact that I ordered what I said I did. Were they lying about my order on purpose so they didn't have to address the refund? Screenshot shows my order plain as day. Seriously, this is one of the worst companies I have dealt with ever, and I am a frequent online shopper.

I purchased and immediately returned a swim suit because it was horrid and this company sent me back the same suit! I called and they said they would email me a return label because I met all the return qualifications but they never did. Save your money and buy elsewhere!

I sent a return to them and had them issue me store credit because otherwise I'd be charged for shipping back. When I received the credit, I added it to my account, but when I went to shop for swimsuits from them it was gone! When I call they just said I should have saved the email with the code. I thought that applying it to my account was saving it, silly me. I emailed and called and they just say they can't give me a new credit. Now they have my money and I have nothing. Be warned.

Swimsuit arrived quickly but I didn't like the way it looked on me so I returned with the pre paid label that was provided with original shipment. I was given a credit for the amount I paid and I ordered a new swimsuit that was delivered quickly. Both swimsuits were great quality for the price.

I have ordered 2 swimsuits from this site. According to your catalog you have suits for long torso but I can not locate them. The 2nd one was suppose to be but was not. How can I get help? For a 2 piece suit, I received the wrong bottom size. In order to get the the correct size, I was told I needed to return the suit (which will take them 10 days to receive) and then they will ship out the correct size (which will take another 10 days). I bought the suit for a vacation that takes place in a week. They were not willing to work with me in a way that was satisfactory. They said I could show proof of mailing it and then they would send it - but with my work schedule I am not able to get to the post office in a timely manner. Although it was their error, I am left high and dry.

I wish I read the reviews before buying from here! I purchased 5 swimsuits, and despite following their size guide, the swimsuits fit terribly.
I paid for my own returning shipping/tracking through UPS to return the swimsuits. Yet, they only refunded me for 4 swimsuits. They said the 5th swimsuit could not be refunded or returned to me because it was missing tags or missing the panty liner. Obviously a canned response as they did not specify. I returned all suits completly intact, with tags and panty liners. Yet, they are being dishonest in saying I did not.
Save yourself the hassle... get your swimsuits elsewhere!

At first I was impressed with this company. They had tons of pretty stuff for plus size women, which is not as commonas I wish. However, the reality is not as good as the initial impression. Their stuff is pricey, unless you buy it on sales, but it is not the best quality. The pieces do not last, whether you uae them or not. In addition, they charge shipping, unless you get on one of their promotions. That in itself is not too bad, though other companies offer free shipping if you spend a minimum amount and they do not. The bad part is they charge for returning the items. It is a flat $10.99 processing fee, regardless of how many itrms are being returned. That, I do not like. Most other companies offer options for free returns.

Placed an order on June 6th. Shipping was over $11 which is the most I've ever paid for shipping from any company. The order didn't even get shipped until June 21st. The order status then didn't get updated from July 1st until July 12th. It is July 13th and I just received my order. Not only is it the tiniest size 8 swim bottom I've ever seen, the size 8 swim top has cups so tiny that it poses a risk of indecent exposure. I waited 3 weeks for a swimsuit that doesn't even fit. And to send it back and get my money refunded to my debit card I have to pay an almost $10 return fee. I can get a gift card in exchange for a return for free, but I never want to shop from this awful place again. The absolute most money and longest I've waited for shipping for a bad product.

Ordered May 24. It "shipped" June 17 and they charged my credit card but the tracking number provided says USPS is still waiting for the package - that only the label was created. Customer Service said they can't do anything until 30 days has passed since shipment. So $66 out, and the vast majority of the summer without a swimsuit at BEST and most sizes are now out of stock. VERY UNHAPPY.

Their customer service is the epitome of non comprehension and incompetence. My package was delivered
To a p. O. box that is not even is the same county where I live. When I asked customer service to repeat the address that I provided, they responded correctly. However, when I asked them where it was shipped, they shipped it some some destination that I have no knowledge or affiliation with. When I asked for a credit, they wanted to "snail mail" an affidavit that they wanted to fill out and return. This is preposterous. The onus was on them to make it right which they did not. In the future I WILL AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! Extremely rude customer service. I had keep explaining but there was no comprehension on the other end. "Caveat Emptor."

I ordered $900 of suits so I would have options to try on. Sucked up the blanket 10% shipping charge and then got notice that they were having issues with processing delays. I no longer need or want the suits, but because the order is in process, I can not cancel it and I am going to be docked the $90 in shipping even though I no longer want it sent to me. CS says that the site made it clear that there were delays but I specifically remember ordering because there WEREN'T delays listed on the site. This company is trash and untrustworthy. I can't even block the charge from my CC company because they haven't charged me yet... but I can't change my card number because they already pinged CC company to confirm number was legit back when I ordered. What a PitA.

Ordered on June 1st. They state it shipped on June 10th by Fed Ex. Gave a tracking number and all. Fed Ex said they do not have the package has not been sent to them, but the label was created. Wow... that is a slimy way to try to convince you they shipped the item. Called to cancel and of course can't because FEDEX has the package. Who should I believe them or FEDEX. My bet is on FEDEX. Guess we will wait to see if and when it shows up. I realize these days shipping is delayed, but to try to tell you it shipped when it hasn't.

I purchased two items that were on sale. Received 1 correctly but the other wasn't the item I ordered and it was 24 sizes too big. I called to return the item and receive the correct item. Was told the correct item would arrive within a week and was given a return authorization for the wrong item.
They received the wrong item back and credited me for the item I never received but did not turn around and send me that item. I believe the item I wanted was out of stock but instead of telling me this on the phone I was made to think I still would get it. Customer service is lacking for sure.

Is this place a joke? I ordered two swim tops nine days ago and they have still not shipped them. Many unanswered emails. Called twice. First operator said they pulled it already so I can't cancel the order even though it's not shipped. Second operator, a male who sounded like a robot just kept saying he is so sorry. He also said you only have one hour after purchase to cancel. I never read that anywhere. After reading the reviews I realize the joke is on me because even if I receive the tops they will probably be very poor quality. This company needs to be investigated. Don't take a chance! I am going to try to find out how to report them. WILL NEVER EVER ORDER AGAIN! I GUESS THEY ARE CROOKS WHO STEAL YOUR MONEY!

I tried to contact them but they said they couldn't find my order but kept billing me. Finally I got in touch with someone who said that it was a Bonus subscription from some other company that was named Clarace? This company is a scam be careful!

I will never order from this company ever again. I picked out some cute swim suits for my daughter who was leaving on vacation on a Thursday morning. On a Monday I added the suits to my cart to see if I could get the for her by Wednesday, and sure enough, yay, it said "order by 3pm, and pay $39.99 - receive within 2 business days. So I did that, expecting to get on Wednesday. So Wednesday came, and I get an email that the suits will be arriving on THURSDAY! So that's three days! So I email customer service and say "hey why am I paying 40.00 to get my package in 2 days, but I'm getting it in three days?" They basically say 'Tough, the two days start after we send it out". WHAT? I call BS! I tell them that their wording is completely misleading, and If I would have known I couldn't get the suits until Thursday, I wouldn't have paid that much, but they basically said "too bad, we won't do anything". I won't ever be doing business with this company again!

That the package won’t really be arriving in 2 days, when it says it will. It’ll be arriving in up to 9 days!!! Why not just not make any guarantees???!!!!

I was planning a trip with my boyfriend and realized that all of my old suits were very outdated. Time for a refresh! I found this site from the ads on Facebook and knew that swimsuitsforall really catered to the, as Tyra Banks would say it, "fiercely real" woman. There are so many different options for so many different body types. I have some issues in the tummy region and I had no problem finding the perfect high waisted bikini to cover what I need! It makes me feel sexy, strong and confident! I would absolutely recommend this site to a friend, overall a great experience!
