I do wish they accommodated larger bust sizes but they do offer a wider variety of styles and fittings. If you order a size that doesn't work, call customer service and they can advise you on what size or style will work better. Some of their vendors are better than others. Once you find a vendor that works for your purposes, it's fantastic. Shipping charges and times are great, especially if you watch for deals.
This incredibly inept company doesn't know the first thing about shipping orders. You question and they read the same stupid useless script. Orders most often are not shipped items back ordered for months. I have been in customer service businesses my entire life. Never, have I ever experienced the blatant stupidity of this joke of an organization. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
I ordered a swimsuit from this company and paid 18.98 extra to have it in 4 days and as I check on it today my order has not been shipped yet! Order was put in on the 18th with 4 days shipping, so when i called the company not only were they RUDE and I could NOT cancel my order nor will they refund me the money, 52.00 later I got taken for a ride! Item has not shipped yet, never heard of a company who cant cancel an order! Extremely bad experience! DO NOT ORDER from this company!

In the past I had purchased a couple suits from this Company with no problems, except for not running true to size. But the last 2 that were purchased were not worth the material used to make them. The 1st one was sent with a 2 inch rip in the seam of the butt area. The bad part was not realized until the suit had been worn. The 2nd one, the elastic in the leg area is like it is already wore out but the rest of the suit fits a lot tighter then the size it is. The suit also has plastic that runs along side the breast area that after wearing the suit once is already trying to make a hole in the material. I have contacted Company and was told the they would forward to necessary area to make them aware. Nothing was offered for the problems with the suits. Just an apology...Wow. Would never buy from this Company again! Junk

I ordered four swimsuits to try and none of them fit because they were actually too big in the bust, and that seems to be standard or each one-piece (I'm a size 10/12,36C for reference). It was SO expensive to send the suits back, and then the company shipped one back to me without refund because it was allegedly damaged and sent back after the maximum return date permitted. I sent that suit with the rest, and it was in the same condition it was sent to me--all I did was try it on at my house, see it didn't fit, and I packaged it up and sent it back. These suits are too expensive to risk trying them on at home, only to be stuck with them even if they don't fit. Don't bother.

I ordered on Oct 28th and shipped regular mail 7-10 days. Called last week, and they said it was still processing. Called today, still processing. Contacted customer service, requested cancellation. They won't because it is still processing. REALLY? Terrible experience, and extremely frustrating.

Buyer beware, shady practices... Be careful that you don't hit 'place order' before entering your promo code which is AFTER that button because they absolutely will not give you your 40% off if you miss it and you probably will. Your item is probably on backorder but they won't tell you that either, they will reassure you that it's on your way until you get a mailer a week later advising you of your delay. Try calling customer service you say? Pointless, they can do nothing about the promo code and they can do nothing about canceling your order which is absolutely insane. I should be able to cancel my order anytime as long as it has not been shipped.
After vocally calling them out to do something about my dissatisfaction as a customer, instead they chose to block me on Instagram so that I am not able to post bad reviews discouraging consumers from falling for their fraud. Do not buy from this company!

Their warehouse does not process things in a timely manner and makes the customer lose out of the return cost AND the merchandise! 3 items returned in ONE package yet the warehouse says it was in 3 packages and all received at different times. WHAT A JOKE!

Ordered several items for a work trip in early March. Items took longer than expected to arrive and I'd miscalculated size. I called and was told they could not send me the exchange items. I had to order the smaller size and pay for expedited shipping. Trip cancelled due to COVID. Missed the deadline for the return and they shipped my return items back to me without giving any accommodation for the pandemic. They should have extended the return window due to the pandemic. I'll never order from them again.

I placed my order late on a Monday- not a holiday or special workweek. The order shipped out of swimsuits for all on Wednesday. My math would indicate three day shipping that I paid for would land the order On Friday. It's scheduled to arrive Saturday at my business rather than Friday. Business is closed Saturday so I won't get it till Monday and I leave for a trip Monday. I asked Carlos at Swimsuits 4 All for help. He told me it's on schedule and there is nothing he can do. Awesome customer service is a thing of the past. Businesses need to quit complaining that Amazon is ruining retail. Retail is ruining retail by not doing what they say they will do. If I ordered from Amazon on Monday I would have HAD it by Wednesday at NO EXTRA charge!

I used their BOGO coupon and expected to receive 2 swimsuits, but they doubled the price on my invoice instead of the suits and sent me one suit and said I got it at half price, though it was the price it was advertised at. They admitted all this on the phone, too, refusing absolutely to send me the second suit unless I paid as much again for it. I do think their suits are of decent quality, though I don't need the bra padding either, but they need to clean up their policies and realize that the other swimsuit companies are not using their dishonest pricing & coupon practices. If they have a BOGO coupon, I ought to receive 2 suits.

The swimsuits are a excellent product, but their marketing is not. Last week, I missed out on a sale, due to I lived in the wrong time zone. The sale was over at noon — while it was 11:00am on the West coast, the sale had ended on the East coast, so I could not make a purchase at the sale price. The second issue, is that I have been watching the website for weeks to make a large purchase. When I received a email on a current sale, I went to make a large purchase, only to see that the item I wanted to buy was originally $30 — now was $44 — that's a $14 increase! And then you get the sale price, which is really no sale at all. They would rather totally lose a sale than sell you a item at a bargain price. Makes no sense! But if you live on the East coast and don't do the math on their sale prices, — you will indeed get a great product at a great price!

I placed a large order (over 1,000) at 6am on a Friday. A few hours later and Everything on the site was an additional 40% off. I called customer service. They said cancel the first order and place a new one. Great. My first order was on hold and the customer protection group was closed for the long weekend, so I couldn't cancel until Tuesday. Did as I was directed, Called first thing Tuesday morning "it is already being processed, we can't cancel it" ARE YOU KIDDING?! Now I have to pay shipping for these swimsuits to be returned if I want my money back. I will never buy here again, and this is the one thing I would do for myself. I'm not an angry person, but man am I disappointed and frustrated.

I would report this company if I could find them on BBB site. I returned an item I purchased which it was acknowledged by email that they received back. Not only they did not issue my refund but it turns out they had set up a subscription in my credit card account without my knowledge. This is outright theft. If I hadn't called my credit card to inquire why my dispute was being canceled I would have never found out they had me on a subscription from month to month. I don't even know what services they are providing if they are a clothing company. Why are they charging a subscription. Please be careful doing business with them.

I placed an order on 06/02/2021 and paid for super fast shipping because I needed it by a certain date. The site stated I would receive the purchase on 06/04/2021. On 06/04/2021 the purchased wasn't shipped yet so I called to cancel it. The company refused to cancel the order because it was already placed even though it wasn't shipped. I didn't receive the product until 06/09/2021 when I no longer needed it. The company refuses to reimbursement for the super fast shipment that I paid for.

Don't pay for fast shipping. Be careful of what you purchase because the company will do everything they can to not refund your money.

I recieved my items in a timely manner (I paid for expedited shippjng). My swimsuits were too large. I recieved them on 5/20 and took them to the post office as instructed the same day. After 25 days I still have NOT received my refund. The way the company instructs you to return the items it can take up to 30 days for the items to be returned, and up to another 10 days before you will receive the credit. Ridiculous! It's impossible to track your package and customer service is not able to assist. Although their products are quality... I will not order from them again.

Stay away from this site, they are awful to deal with. I am currently trying to get my gift card corrected for a return I made in May (It's July). They only issue an egift card for returns unless you want to pay return shipping and a restocking fee (which will cost you 8.99+plus additional fees). The gift card they issued, didn't work so I called them, they told me they didn't know why it was working and that they would issues a refund to my credit card... well that never came. I called 2 weeks later and said they couldn't do that and they would issue me a new gift card in 72 hours. That was a week ago, I emailed again and they issued me 1/2 of my refund stating that they already issued an egift card for a portion of that 4 weeks ago. I said that was a separate return, stop messing with my money. I am at a loss of over $40.00 at the current moment and every email and phone call I make is someone different. They play games, I am sick of it.

I ordered two swimsuits ahead of time for a trip I was taking. I received my order and only one swimsuit was there and the other item was completely wrong size, item, color etc. I called hoping to expedite the missing swimsuit, I was told that wouldn't happen, they also couldn't just ship out the missing item, I had to reorder it. The only compensation she would give was $9 out of the $24.98 shipping fee. I was so disappointed! I like their products they have to offer and wanted the other swimsuit, but I wasn't about to pay more shipping and wait 2 weeks. If I had gotten a different and kinder response from Customer support I would have been inclined to buy more from them.

I ordered from swimsuitsforall and they charged $25 for shipping but took over a month to get me the first part of my order. THEN they told me the rest was on back order and would be shipped in another month but they promised not to charge me for the backorder. But of course they DID charge me for the back ordered items and refused to cancel the order because it's already 'in process' even though it's not getting sent out for another month. The customer service was horrible. I will never shop here again.

Hello, I have purchased from this company for a few years now. I made a purchase in early Feb. 6,2020 and I needed to return 5 items for different sizes. I called the company and the associate told me use the return label and i will place a new order for your new sizes, So I proceed to do so per her instruction. She placed my new order and it charged my card. I got my new order with the new sizes. I also got my order order i sent back to the company, sent back to me again as they said it was past the 60 days. Its been a touch 10 weeks during this Covid time and I asked if they would at least give me a credit, i would spend the money with their company, just please take the merchandise back... please give me a credit. $204.00 worth. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will take your money and not provide refunds, are slow to ship, and have very poor customer service. Their customer service does not return emails, cannot issue refunds, and cannot tell you when your items will arrive. The tracking number for my item only showed that it was "in route" for almost a month. Left for my vacation without the bathing suits I ordered OVER a month ago because they were unable to do their job. Promptly returned the items unopened for a refund, following their "easy" refund policy and using their prepackaged refund envelope. Three months later, I am STILL waiting for my refund. Do yourself a favor and choose Amazon. They know how to do customer service right. Wish I could give this company negative stars. Please check out the MANY complaints and reviews with the Better Business Bureau. My story is told over and over again.

As others have written, I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I placed an order for a swimsuit 04/18/21. I have received 2 emails stating it will be late. I wanted to cancel the order after reading the other posts. My credit card has not been charged, so they cannot stop payment. I placed the order with PayPal and they cannot cancel an order until 30d. After the order is placed. I tried a chat on the swimsuitsforless website, but after placing in my information and request to cancel order, the chat closed. I called the phone #, still on hold, I was told the wait time is 30minutes... I will report this company to Wells Fargo and to Paypal.

I purchased a swimsuit and paid for shipping. Shipping took a while and when I received my swimsuit it was defective. The underwire was sticking out as the seam had been sewn over it. For the cost of the suit, I was not about to try to fix it myself. I reached out to customer service thinking I could just do an exchange. NOPE! I had to pay for the defective swimsuit to be mailed back and wait for a refund. I love how they offered for me to use a local GAME STOP as a return location! HUH?!?! Rep told me that because item was defective I would receive a full refund once my return was reviewed. Almost 30 days later and I received a refund of just $5.99 customer service says suit was not defective and will not issue my full refund. SWIMSUITS FOR ALL you pride yourselves on selling swimwear for everyone. Well sometimes suits don't fit or you sell a poor quality product. Your customers need to be able to make returns/exchanges! I order a swimsuit and had to send it back Order a size10 I had to pay return postage which was $9.99 then I ordered size 12 and did. It like the way it fit so I sent it back again and had to pay $9.99 shipping then I had to pay tax on each one and that was $5.50 each one so totally I paid 30.98 just on shipping and taxes they are a RIPOFF
