I do wish they accommodated larger bust sizes but they do offer a wider variety of styles and fittings. If you order a size that doesn't work, call customer service and they can advise you on what size or style will work better. Some of their vendors are better than others. Once you find a vendor that works for your purposes, it's fantastic. Shipping charges and times are great, especially if you watch for deals.
This incredibly inept company doesn't know the first thing about shipping orders. You question and they read the same stupid useless script. Orders most often are not shipped items back ordered for months. I have been in customer service businesses my entire life. Never, have I ever experienced the blatant stupidity of this joke of an organization. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
I actually really liked the swimsuit. I bought it 2 months prior to my vacation. It was slightly too small and I thought i would be more comfortable one size up. Big mistake. I told the customer service rep that I needed this by a certain date as she said, "no problem!" So I used their return label; that she emailed me and sent it back. After 3 weeks, I called and I was informed that while they had the return in their possession but they still haven't processed it. She said she would put a note on the account to refund the money instead of the exchange because it won't make it here in time. Today I get an email that they are processing my new order. I called again and was told, "yeah they didn't stop it", "if you don't want it, you will have pay to return again". I will never order from a company with such a lack of customer service.

All the complaints about customer service return policy etc are true ‼ I bought and returned over $200 worth of swimsuits and I can't get anything for it. They wanted to send me another return label but they waited till after the 60th day to do so so I could only get store credit. When asking for store credit they said oh you had to let us know before the 60th day. Therefore they got the return of all the suits, and they gave me no money or credit. The first and last time I will ever order from this sham website. No customer service. Returns are $10. They make sure you can't find your order online after ordering to return an item. What a waste of time and money. Stay away - do not order from them. HORRIBLE.

Like many before me, their site is deceiving. If you do order CHECK your PayPal, credit card whatever for troll "reward" charge you did NOT sign up for. Call immediately to cancel & request confirmation email of cancellation. Do NOT order they pay penny on return. Good luck.

Make sure you check being charged a monthly reward service. Seems to be anywhere from $14-$16 as I’m reading reviews. They return penny to the dollar. Be careful.

Returned a suit. Requested credit to PayPal
Account. Received confirmation that a refund would be processed. Following day received an email message informing me that I would be issued a gift card instead. Called customer service and was directed to an employee that handles customer service for 10 other catalog companies. On hold for over half an hour trying to get my money back. Horrible experience and will never order from Swimsuits For All or any of the affiliated companies. You can see their names on the SFA website.

Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT purchase any swimsuits from this company. To start, sizing is incorrect and customer service is not accommodating at all to help you resolve the issue. I have tried to 'exchange' for different sizing and although with a 'return shipment number" saying it was delivered, they have conveniently lost it and kept my money. Also, I've have bathing suits literally FALL APART while putting the suit on for the first time. I've wasted a lot of money dealing with this company. Save yourself a huge headache and financial stress.

Item said shipped in 6/30 and today is 7/5 and UPS website states it has not even been picked up. I paid almost $40 for expedited shipping to have it time for my vacation. Customer service is trying to tell me that UPS website must be down because it's not updating. That's ironic since it's said it's shipped it's never moved once. But let's blame UPS website. Took 3 times calling just to talk to someone in US as well. First 2 people I talked to told me to contact UPS. Third person finally let me talk to a "specialist " in the US. So confused. I just want my swimsuits for vacation!

They shipped me two of everything I ordered and charged me twice. Refused to make proper adjustments to my bill after calling them three times. They put me on hold each time for thirty minutes. I've returned the extra items but we will see if I get my refund.

Takes weeks to receive order. Does not provide free shipping. Takes even longer to get acknowledgement of return and receive "refund".
I've been swimming in a suit from another vendor for 6 weeks now and ordered at the same time from here. Just received an email regarding my refund after I went back and forth via emails about 6 times.
Still need to wait for actual refund.
If you want to wait a month to get your merchandise and then go through a long, drawn out and costly hassle to return then this place is for you.

I bought 2 pieces back in early May. Took forever to be shipped. I'm saying it took almost a month? Bottoms were fine but top ran small so I returned both pieces for an online credit. Still have no received anything. No notifications nothing. When I check return status it says returned outside return policy or something like that. So we're going into August and out 65$. Can't get through to customer service. So it takes forever to get your order but when you have to return they still take their time.

This site is so SLOW to ship orders. Plus they charge a pretty high shipping fee when most sites ship for free. Don't plan on getting your new swimsuit in time for summer or your vacation... it might get to you by next summer.

Placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and still processing. Company does not respond to emails and is unavailable by chat. Finally got a customer service rep on the phone (after at least a 30 minute wait), and all she could do is apologize and tell me it's still processing. $20 shipping and handling charge for what? And what company charges more shipping and handling the more you spend on products? Absolute BS, what a joke. Would never order from here again and will absolutely make sure nobody I know orders from here either.

Just purchased 4 swimsuits and the quality is great, the shipment came in less than 10 days to Canada, and I've already started looking to see what other suits I want. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I'm so disappointed to see influencers partner with this company.
I placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago and it's been processing the whole time. I reached out to customer service and they took days to respond. The items have finally "shipped" but are still not at the post office so who knows if and when I will receive them.
The only response that I've received is that shipping times are slow. I've received items from China that have had to travel through customs faster than my order from this company. Handmade Etsy items and made and shipped faster than these orders.
If the company is unable to fulfill requests in a reasonable amount of time, they need to suspend production or find new shipping partners. This is truly unacceptable and I'll be reaching out to influencers who partner with this company.

I have ordered multiple swimsuits in the past and was pleased with the quality and shipping every time. Now, my latest order was placed over a month ago, no swimsuit, no Email, no nothing. The chlorine resistant suit I purchased is totally faded 90 days after buying it. I only wore it 2 or 3 times a week and rinsed it in cold water after every use. This company will do nothing to make it right because it's past 60 days. I guess the don't care about keeping their customers and don't care that they sell inferior products.

Customer service sucks. Over priced. Waited forever for my suit only to find out sizing is way off. 12.99 for shipping an took so long. The bottoms are horrible quality. An if I don't exchange I'm stuck eating the shipping. Never again. I Don't recommend this company

Missed return window by a few days because I was unaware that it was 60 days. No flexibility. Stuck with items I cannot use. They don't respond to emails. Chat was unhelpful and disconnects after about 30 seconds

I ordered 2 swim suits on 4/20/21 got an email the following day that my order was being processed and I would get a notification when it was shipped. I have sent emails asking when it will ship and no response. I leave on vacation in in a week and half. If you are not going to ship with in the time stayed on your website then update it! I spent over $100 on suits for vacation and highly doubtful I will receive them. Super disappointed, my sister-in-law had great luck with this company, me not so much!

This company's customer service team is completely unhelpful and unreasonable. I logged into my account to make a return, and was told that I was unable because it was 62 days past the ship date; their cutoff is 60 days. I called customer service and spoke to a rep and two managers that said there was no way I could return, even for store credit. They were unwilling to make an exception or try to remedy the situation in any way. It was basically a "too bad for you" response. I will not be buying from this company again.

In 2018, I returned some brand new bathing suits to Swimsuits for All & accepted a gift card for $108 to save on the cost of shipping. In the two summers since then I had another baby & the world shut down. This summer it was on, so I picked out some bathing suits & entered my gift card number only to get an error message. When I contacted customer service, they told me the gift card didn't exist & that I should contact my state comptroller. When I insisted that couldn't be possible, they said they'd dig a bit deeper & get back to me. That was over a month ago. I haven't heard from them. Gift cards don't expire. They have fraudulently kept my money. A bunch of thieves! Be warned, don't order from this company!
