I do wish they accommodated larger bust sizes but they do offer a wider variety of styles and fittings. If you order a size that doesn't work, call customer service and they can advise you on what size or style will work better. Some of their vendors are better than others. Once you find a vendor that works for your purposes, it's fantastic. Shipping charges and times are great, especially if you watch for deals.
This incredibly inept company doesn't know the first thing about shipping orders. You question and they read the same stupid useless script. Orders most often are not shipped items back ordered for months. I have been in customer service businesses my entire life. Never, have I ever experienced the blatant stupidity of this joke of an organization. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
So I buy a suit and it comes. Can't get suit above my ankles. Try to return it. I pd $33.68 out the door. They wanna give me $12! So I call them back and then she says she will give me my $ back-all of it. Never sends label. I call them back. Guess what? Back to $12 refund! Horrible foreign country customer service. Never again. Crappy suits, sized completely wrong. DO NOT BUY. Go to Penney's or amazon. No hassle on returns.

I received 2 bottoms instead of complete suit and was told they would send me the top but I had to purchase another one first, and they would reimburse me once they received the bottom back ona e-card which is ridiculous. Never will be ordering again from this site.

I purchased two swimsuits in January! Returned both the following day! It took over 30 days for them to refund! Only because I called twice only to find it was credited to a gift card instead of my original card. To make it worse I paid 104. But only refunded 76.00! Very expensive mistake! So very disappointed!

Horrible return policy. You have to pay for return shipping if you want your CC credited. Not customer friendly at all. Company has gone down hill in the past year. Do not purchase from them unless you know you won't return it.

All the negative reviews about this website are completely true. They make you falsely believe you can return items for a refund but that isn't true. The swimsuits are not true to size so when you get them and find out they are cheaply made and are falling apart right out of the package and they don't fit you believe you can just use the label and return them. That isn't true. Do not use their label. Go spend $12 at UPS and get the tracking information for your package because they will scam you right out of your money if you don't. Customer service is rude and this is a terrible company. I will never order from here again. You can buy better quality swimsuits, that will fit you, get them a lot sooner, not pay for shipping or return shipping, and be satisfied with your purchase and your experience at other reputable company websites, but I cannot say that about this one.

I ordered online from their website because there was a promo code for 50% off. After My purchase was made I noticed the promo code discount did not come off (I previously bought from them 5 years ago and had no problem). I contacted them online, was hung up on, transferred multiple times and still have not received any rectification on my order.
I also do not see a way to cancel my order without speaking to a person on the phone, the same people who will not speak to me...

I purchased 3 suits and returned them next day.They took 33.23 from my refund. Customer service told me it was due to the fact they don't pay for shipping plus restocking fees.So you pay 20 for shipping and then another 20 to send it back. AND then 2 months later they charged me twice- 16.95 (33.90 total) for some club I absolutely did not join. This company is a ripoff! Buyers Beware - I would highly recommend finding another place to buy your swimwear.

Husband finally caught on.

I entered a promo code for free shipping which did not work (still charged me shipping). Several months later I noticed a fee of $16.95 for 2 months. Apparently entering the promo code signed me up for a monthly rewards club ( I am paying for points?!?!?!?). The only way to receive free shipping is to request reimbursement which there was nothing defining the rules. I will never buy anything from this company again. As a note- I kept a swimsuit that did not fit due to the charges to return where ridiculous.

This last order was my final order from this company. They just repeatedly serve subpar customer service.
1. My order took a really long time to arrive (3 weeks instead of the few days promised on the site)
2. Returns always take forever.
3. Exchange was processed in a shady way (they refunded me then charged me MORE for the exchange).
4. When I submitted a refund request to my card, they gave me a gift card instead, so I had to call them to fight it.
5. They took out $30 from my refund as a penalty for sending it to my credit card as opposed to a gift card.
6. I sent at least 5 emails, and only ever got 1 response.
Just terrible.

Exchanges are a little different, a refund and new charge. However, if the same item was purchased, your price should have been the same. Secondly, the refund should have been issued to your original payment method for the entire amount of the returned items. Lastly, no fee should apply in your case as exchanges are free of return fees. The initial shipping you paid for the order of course is not refunded, but there should not have been any return fees at all. Absolute scam of a company. I placed an order over $100 on 4/18/2021. I still have not received it (as of 5/12/2021). Since I knew it wouldn't be here in time I contacted customer service to cancel and when they finally responded a few days later they said they can't cancel it while in "processing". On 5/7 a "label was created" which they called shipped yet it hasn't moved since. Never buy from this company.
-$20 in shipping regardless what or how much you buy.
-Package didn't ship for a month yet they say they can't cancel it even before it ships
-Website customer service chat does not work
-Return policy is garbage. If you use their return label you get store credit only. If you pay your own shipping back you still get charged a $10 restocking fee on top of being out shipping costs both ways.

I contacted customer service regarding their error and they told me to return the incorrect item for a refund and then told me to re order the swim skirt instead of correcting their error by offering to ship me the item I actually ordered. Well, it's my own fault for not reading the reviews before ordering. Customer service is a joke. Do NOT order from this company. Everything is CHEAP and from China. Takes WEEKS to get your order. You may as well throw a hundred dollar bill out your car window.

Sure wish I would've read these reviews before attempting to order from them, but I'll just chalk it up to another hard lesson learned. Looonng story short, they lied to me not once but twice about my refund, and instead of giving me a full refund (make sure to read ALL the fine print before purchasing!) I got $26.19 back on a $48.86 bra. They're literally ripping people off left and right, expecting those of us keeping them in business not to notice. Not that it matters anyway, bc I DID. Please heed these warning and DO NOT order from Swimsuits for all. What a complete JOKE.

I purchased swimsuits from them almost three weeks ago and there is not even a status update available on the status of my purchase, customer service says its in processing and there is nothing they can do about it. Honestly, I never thought I'd find a website that makes it so easy to find a swimsuit that fits and flatter my body type. Thanks goodness for SwimsuitsForAll. I found three one pieces I really liked and, after pushing myself a little, even order a bikini. I wore all four suits over the summer and could not have been happier! They provided just the right level of comfort and sexy that I wanted. Doesn't get any better.

Swimsuit fabric quality was fine; colors and patterns were attractive; but stitching on several of the suits was loose coming out of the package. Styles were cute and as pictured. Sizing was as expected.
Delivery delays caused some of my order arrive too late to take on vacation, and returns were necessary. Some of the items are still on backorder and have not arrived. In some cases, substitute items were apparently sent, but style numbers on the packages don't relate to the order form or garment tags, so I'm unclear about what's going on.
I returned the items which didn't work for my mother or me. Swimsuits for All has acknowledged receiving the return, but my refund has yet to be processed even though two weeks have passed.
Given the slow refund process and extremely high shipping costs -- shipping was 30% of the order total! -- I don't see myself shopping with this company again. Summersalt is a far superior option.

Ive ordered with Swimsuits for All a few times. They return your orders in the form of gift cards unless specified and even after a gift card is applied to your account and you don't use all of it, then remember the number because they wont help you recover it after 90 days. Your money will be lost.

I purchased a chlorine resistant suit. I only wore it for a few weeks and had to throw it out. Material worn threw and sagging. Company would not replace it or do anything. Would not even look at pictures. Claimed they could contain a virus. Return policy is only for unused and unwashed or defective items. Buyer beware.

I purchased a swimsuit 6 weeks before vacation. The confirmation stated i would receive my order 5 days later. Actually, it was like 5 weeks. When It finally came it was too big. By that time there was no time to exchange. That was in May. I've tried to "exchange" the item since its my only option. When I try to check out and put my gift card in the price doubles so I owe more money. Thus company is a joke. They are impossible to deal with. I woukd have give them 0 stars if it allows.

Swimsuitsforall gives the opportunity for women of all sizes to feel sexy and beautiful. Sizes go up to about 18-20. I am 38 DD cup size and a size 16 bikini top fits gorgeous with no spill over. This store has been a blessing and actually makes me love the beach again! This store gets my curvy girl certification stamp

I did not even receive a swimsuit. It was a skirt of some sort made of polyester that would have been 5 sizes larger than what i would even order. The material seemed to have been washed numerous times. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I really have absolutely no complaints. I ordered 2 suits & received them within 8 days. I had to return one of the suits because of poor workmanship but the other was fine. The process was easy & am happy to say that it I was advised today that they have received the suit and have refunded (less shipping) my account. Ordering anything on line anymore is a crap shoot as far as quality. There are no quality controls in China. But I am happy with the suit I got.

Turns out I can't get a refund because it exceeded the 60 window by 3 days! The item had to be RECEIVED by the company within 60 days of their initial SHIPPING date (not when I received my order). Customer service was awful. 0/10 do not recommend.
