I do wish they accommodated larger bust sizes but they do offer a wider variety of styles and fittings. If you order a size that doesn't work, call customer service and they can advise you on what size or style will work better. Some of their vendors are better than others. Once you find a vendor that works for your purposes, it's fantastic. Shipping charges and times are great, especially if you watch for deals.

This incredibly inept company doesn't know the first thing about shipping orders. You question and they read the same stupid useless script. Orders most often are not shipped items back ordered for months. I have been in customer service businesses my entire life. Never, have I ever experienced the blatant stupidity of this joke of an organization. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

LIVID doesn't begin to explain what I feel right now... DO NOT ORDER FROM SWIMSUITS FOR ALL. My past two orders I've received incorrect items, and instead of making the situation right, both times I've had to go out of my way to get my correct item. Absolutely absurd! I just can't even. Their customer service is completely unacceptable. Please share with any of your friends who are curvy or need supportive swimsuits to not use Swimsuits for all or any other of their brands.

Side note: I have found other swimsuit brands I like (such as Bare Necessities) but had to use a gift card from previous purchases.

Took over a month to get initial order. Exchanged it all for different suits in a different size. Took over a month for exchange to be processed and then several weeks later I received an email that my order was on its way. The email showed that 2/3 of the original suits I had ordered were being resent in two random sizes and my card was changed for them. The suits I had hoped to exchange for were not on their way. When I called customer service I waited for almost an hour and was told by both the rude representative that answered the phone and an even ruder manager that I would have to wait until I received the incorrect suits, send them back and wait for another exchange to be processed or purchase the suits that I actually wanted now and get store credit once I send the incorrect suits back and they are processed. I am now about 3 months into this whole mess, am out $100, have no suits and there is no way I am giving this company anymore money. I will be disputing their charges with my bank.

I ordered a size 16. This is more a size 12. I called 2 months after going to the emergency department to let them know what happened and that I was in a coma for a little bit and I wanted to know if they can extend the exchange/return. I talked to a manager - there was no budging, she said I missed the return date and had no empathy at all. I told her I would give them the proof of being in the hospital. I didn't even get an I'm sorry or anything, no empathy at all. All I wanted was an exchange or a gift certificate and I had like $200 in returns. I have purchased from them many times before and the size 16 sometimes has a 40 inch, which is what a 16 is supposed to be and sometimes not. For instance this one only measured 33inches around! So it is also false advertisement. I purchased a 16 but basically got a size 10 or 12 and they still won't return it. Horrible company to deal with and you have to pay for your returns. I now have to spend the time and sell these on eBay for less than half of what I purchased it for. Also, this company makes swimsuits for short women. From the top of the shoulder down to the bottom of the cup it's only 10 and 1/2 in! If anybody tall wears this and lifts their arms their chest will come out the bottom of the suit super easily. If you're someone who always has to extend your bra straps to fit your shoulders to your breasts this one is not for you!

BUYER BEWARE
Ordered tankini July 17th. Paid advertised SUPER FAST SHIPPING OPTION of $37.97 printed with 1-2 day delivery. It is now a full 7 days later and no delivery. I had to waste nearly a full vacation resort day shopping because I BELIEVED in check out advertising. If a company is not certain that delivery may be compromised, SuperFast delivery should NOT BE AN OPTION. Plus...whenever I DO receive the Tankini, the SHIPPING CHARGE IS NON REFUNDABLE! Now I have to pay for this to be returned!

After being a repeat customer from this company, I will no longer order anything from this company again. After ordering a coverup for 50% off, not 24 hours later the same coverup was advertised as 60% off. After calling customer service, they refused to cancel my order, saying that it had already been processed. If I return the coverup and purchase the same coverup at the reduced discount, I will need to pay a restocking fee! Ridiculous! All they had to do was credit my account the difference. I will never order from this company again plus the many friends that I have raved to about this company, will now hear a much different story. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SWIMSUITS FOR ALL!

Purchased Oct1 -worn 5 times - top all stretched & faded - talked to 3 CSR - says cannot replace or return as I wore it - that is why I purchased the item - never gave a conformation # when I ordered or any papers when I rec'd - all I have is my visa chg. - I will tell all my friends not to purchase at this company as do not stand behind product - looks lovely when first bought - many compliments on it but this ruined chance of any of friends going to purchase such an item from you!

I received a product I ordered and found the quality to be less than desirable. I returned it and am not able to recover the full purchase price I chose not to receive a gift card. I didn't use a gift card for the purchase and don't want a gift card. After several emails to customer service, I am still denied a full refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Their bikinis are deceptively marketed where you think you're getting a whole bikini and SURPRISE it's not 60 bucks for the whole thing, you just get the top. Want the bottoms? Shell out another 15 bucks
For shipping. Want to return it? Shell out another 15 bucks. Want to exchange with an easy phone call? Ha! You can only exchange for a different size in the same item. Beware of this company, they will nickel and dime you to death and make it horrifically inconvenient to return so you just keep the damn thing and they keep your money. $#*! YOU SWIMSUITS FOR ALL.

If I could give them a zero stars, I would. I purchased items and returned the items within their 60 day return policy. Called to get my refund as it did not post yet, they said that they are having issues with their warehouse department and scanning returned merchandise. Had pictures of my return receipts and documents from the post office that it was returned timely and they said they will still not return my money. One customer service representative even told me they do this often and scam their customers and unfortunately they get this complaint often. WHAT, your agent said this and now you will not refund me? You will not be open for long. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I will not buy from you and will make sure that I spread the word for this and report you to the Better Business Bureau. By the way, spent 3 hours on the phone with their associates over 2 days. Another representative advised that i was within the time period but their manager is telling them not to give me the credit back. He does not understand why but has to listen to his manager. SCAM!

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Took over a month to receive this merchandise and then when I finally received it was not true to size. Plus when returned - they are having issues with their warehouse (per 2 agents that work for them - I know I was shocked that they said that as well) and are purposely holding the merchandise so it does not return timely to give a credit to their employees.

Horrible customer experience with Linda the supervisor. The employees told me that I should receive a credit and now you are stealing my money. It was returned with a 60 day return period and refuse to give me a credit.

Ordered my wife a bathing suit which was a 2 piece shown together in the photo, but sold seperately. The bottom came in quickly, but the top was back ordered for 3 months. The top was oddly sized and would not form correctly like a normal swim suit top. We were both disappointed and shipped both back to the company. 30 days late my wife received a credit for her top. 90 days later her bottom comes back to her in the mail saying that it was returned due to going past the grace period. I called them and explained to them that it was not our fault that the top was back ordered 90 days. There argument was that they were 2 separate pieces sold separately and they could not due anything. They were sorry, really? What a way to lose customers. Luckily, the credit can be used for Woman Within which we have had good luck with. However it is the point of doing business with customer so they come back to shop. Horrible company that does NOT make their customer first. Too bad you can't do zero or negative stars like others have suggested!

Tip for consumers:
That when you buy a swimming suit, beware of paired items sold seperately.

I paid for 'super fast shipping' for 2-day shipping and my order was not shipped out for two days and will take 7 days to arrive. The item will not arrive on time and I tried to cancel the order. Every time I tried to chat with an agent they would end the chat session on me. I then called the customer service number provided and asked for a supervisor. After being on hold for 15 minutes I was dumped into a general mailbox to leave a voice mail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SWIMSUITS FOR ALL OR ANY FULL BEAUTY COMPANY! They are liars and will not help customers when they do not meet their own shipping deadlines.

I ordered a bikini to take in vacation on 3.4, recieved notice it shipped on 3/8 with expected delivery 3/12. It is now 3/25, after emailing and receiving NO RESPONSE, I called and waited in hold 45 min only for the rep to tell me sorry I can't do anything for 30 days. So a Resolution Supervisor, by the name of Ben, comes on the phone and sais, "wow I see there's only been a Shipping label printed and no movement after that, so that means either the warehouse forgot to send it, or it shipped under a different label"?!?! He also said he can nor refund my money for 30 days. So the have$90 and I have no bathingsuit for Florida.

I ordered 3 items from swimsuits for all in late March (for 152.88CAD), and they came promptly. Unfortunately the fit and the fabric were not what I was looking for so I started a return. Their fixed rate Canadian dollar return option led to a broken website. After trying to contact them repeatedly I ended up going to Canada Post and just paying for my own return (I would recommend this, I think it ends up being cheaper). I contacted a rep via the chat box to confirm my return was received and being processed. They quoted me a refund of $128.25 (you don't get back taxes, duties or shipping). After waiting almost a month with no credit appearing, I followed up. They confirmed that my return was received but that the refund hadn't been issued and it would now be issued for $114.80 (with an additional 5-7 business day wait). When I asked about the difference in price I was told that the 128 was in USD and somehow that turned into 114$ CAD in their system. After asking for clarification several times and getting non-sensical and conflicting responses, I gave up (hopefully at least the $114 will arrive). I'm now out 65$ and have no swimsuits to show for it. I really would not recommend ordering from this site, especially as a Canadian.

Poor return policy. They sent the wrong item, customer service is lacking, takes far too long to receive a refund and to receive the item I ordered I am asked to order and charge my credit card again (before a return was received). I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

I ordered a tankini and swim shorts in the sizes recommended by their sizing chart. When the items finally arrived - a month later - they were too big. I filled out the form to exchange them for a smaller size and sent them back. Two weeks later I got an email saying they had received my items and an exchange would be processed in 5-7 days. Waited a month and nothing happened. Emailed them for a status update. No response. A couple of days later I just happened to notice that a refund had been issued on my credit card. But still no communication from the company. Plus the refund was $18 less than my original purchase & shipping costs. I called customer service and was told my items had been processed as a return rather than an exchange. They couldn't explain why that had happened. And I was just out the $18, too bad. They said if I wanted the items in the correct size, I would need to start a new order. So I'm out $18, would have to pay shipping again for the new order, and wait another month for the items to ship to me. Not such a great deal. But then the customer service rep told me it was a moot point anyway, since the items were both sold out. No kidding... it had been nine weeks since I first made my purchase!

I ordered from this site 2/14 for a upcoming vacation in mid March. While I got a notification that the item was shipped the next day over the next 2 weeks I realized there was no movement/update with the tracking information I was given. I called to inquire about it and see if it could be deemed lost or at least an inquiry could be made to determine where the error was in shipping my item. I was told they wait 30 DAYS to consider it lost! Excuse me?! In the meantime my order, and the ridiculous cost of shipping (almost $20) was charged immediately. The shipping says 7-10 business days and we are out of that window, I don't have a bathing suit or any indication where it is in the shipping process and the only advice I was given was to continue to wait. I inquired if I could order another suit in order to get it in time while the suit is still in stock and the company would not honor the price I initially paid and wanted me to pay $35 additional for the SAME SUIT they lost! I placed a second order shortly after the first and I of course want to cancel but she stated since its shipped I cannot. The second package may be marked shipped and never come for all I know. I spoke to three different representatives all of which told me different stories about why a supervisor was unable for me to speak to them. Safe to say that even if these suits are heavenly I will NEVER purchase from SFA again

DONT BUY! The shipping is way to expensive for you not to have a streamlined shipping process and a helpful customer service experience.

I wish I never ordered from this site. I ordered 4 bathing suits through 2 separate orders, and paid over 300$. I was willing to swallow the price for quality and fit as I am plus size and have a hard time finding cute swim styles for my body. 3 weeks after I placed both orders I hadn't heard anything pertaining to my order and tried to cancel. Although neither order shipped, customer service told me they couldn't be cancelled. I requested that my shipping at least be refunded, since I would just be returning them all anyway, to which they did not agree. About 2 weeks later my suits showed up. One of them fit 2 sizes too small, and the rest were essentially Forever21 quality. I decided to keep one, and it started to visibly fall apart after the first wear (sunbathing only). I returned the remaining 3 suits 2 weeks ago and haven't heard a peep. They also deduct 9.99$ from your return, which is so upsetting seeing that I didn't want the order after it took forever for it to ship. I essentially paid 50$ just to get these shipped, and 90$ for a crappy swimsuit. NEVER AGAIN. Save yourself the headache.

As a plus size person, I love this company! The suits are true to size, and arrive quickly. And the prices are reasonable, too. I have been buying from them for years!

I ordered 4 garments. They sent me a piece I didn't order, and failed to give me 1 of the garments I had ordered. The piece they sent me was more expensive than the one they didn't send. However, in order for me to make it right, I would have to drive to a UPS store and buy a package to send it in. With the country's gas prices at $4.80 per gallon, why has this all of a sudden turned into my inconvenience? If I ordered too small a size or I didn't like what I received, then I would be happy to inconvenience myself for that. But Swimsuits for All took absolutely NO ACCOUNTABILITY! I asked why couldn't they just send me what I ordered and allow me to keep what they sent. I guarantee you they can afford to send a $29.00 garment. The fact that they took no accountability for a mistake THEY made, but I have to be inconvenienced by it is awful customer service. I will ensure to tell everyone I know what an awful company they are. Their swimsuits are actually pretty good quality too. Sad. Very sad.

I ordered a swimsuit on April 4th. It has been 4 weeks. I have not received it. I also have not received an email with a tracking number. Do not order from this company. I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS PRIOR TO MY PURCHASE. THIS IS A RIP OFF COMPANY! THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAIL INQUIRIES. RIP OFF!

I ordered 1 bathing suit yesterday with express shipping. I look at my order confirmation email today to see they added an additional bathing suit and coverup that I never ordered to my order. I call to get them taken off they tell me we have to try and cancel the whole order but will not give me a cancellation confirmation and can not even guarantee that my order will get cancelled. I read the reviews was very hesitating to order but decided I would try with 1 bathing suit. I never dreamed they would just add to my order and charge my card more than I agreed to in the order I was placing online. Should have been an easy fix with customer service but everyone on here is correct the customer service is not really even connected with the company it is outsourced. What company does not give you a confirmation for an order cancellation? The first customer service guy had to actually call somewhere else to get a supervisor for me and she gave me a different story than the first guy. He said had to cancel the order completely and I would see refund in 3-4 days she said not sure if she could stop the order. Don't know what suits are actually like in terms of quality but order system and customer service are basically criminal!

I order 2 swimsuits from them. Both of them did not fit so I returned both of them using the prepaid label and asked for a refund. They still do not want to issue me a refund.

They used not use the site. They do not follow their own policies.

Watch out for the shipping costs! They operate as if they are in the 1980s, increasing the shipping cost with total amount of your order. If you buy 4-5 suits, be prepared to pay $30+ in shipping. When you return an item, they won't refund money... they will issue you a gift card. They say they will give you a cash refund if you pay return shipping of $10... but then you get -$10 and a gift card, and have to call customer service to resolve it... and they won't, or can't. If you think, "Fine, that's the cost of doing business"... well, then you find out it's $10 per returned item! ACK! No where in FAQ do they tell you this. What? Customer service won't help... their only purpose is keeping your money at SFA, telling you why they can't do something, apologizing but not resolving. Once you give them your money, you will never see it again... ever.

If they would fix customer service and shipping hassles, I would rate their products 4 stars. Sometimes sizing is waaaay off, but they have great styles. Living in FL, I wear a lot of swimsuits/rash guards/cover ups... this would be my go-to place if customer service was better and shipping was reasonable. I look here first because it's a great selection, but then I google to see if I can get my items elsewhere... 50% of the time I can.

They will gouge you on shipping... like $30 for shipping! They won't issue a refund, only a gift card... even if you're willing to pay the return shipping. Customer service won't resolve. When I shop here, I always know to add $30-$40 to the cost of my item. I like this site due to sooo many options, but then I google my items to see if I can get them somewhere else. If they fixed these issues, it would be my go-to place to shop.
