I do wish they accommodated larger bust sizes but they do offer a wider variety of styles and fittings. If you order a size that doesn't work, call customer service and they can advise you on what size or style will work better. Some of their vendors are better than others. Once you find a vendor that works for your purposes, it's fantastic. Shipping charges and times are great, especially if you watch for deals.
This incredibly inept company doesn't know the first thing about shipping orders. You question and they read the same stupid useless script. Orders most often are not shipped items back ordered for months. I have been in customer service businesses my entire life. Never, have I ever experienced the blatant stupidity of this joke of an organization. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
I cannot not emphasize enough… DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE LOSERS. They will, "oh your order shipped this morning". It didn't. I contacted the company to cancel the order advised them I would refuse any order that arrived at my door and that I would be contacting my credit card company. I sent the letter to the address provided on their website the same day, May 5. NO RESPONSE. NONE.
Then I see they have changed my credit card on May 12. Seven days AFTER IT SUPPOSEDLY SHIPPED and, well all know, they don't ship BEFORE they process the charge. So lies, lies, lies. These are coming from CHINA and the orders must be placed by smoke signal for the length of time it takes just to get the order processed, then another 12 - 14 days shipping on top. OH PLEASE! HOWEVER, I have received two catalogs since placing the order on April 26th but no swimsuits. UNBELIEVABLE.
The Customer service rep which is a contradiction in terms and such a joke, talked over me the entire time as did the Supervisor I spoke with today in an utter rage. That's their ploy talking over you. These people are rude, discourteous and incompetent. They DO NOT CARE ONE BIT ABOUT YOU, YOUR ORDER, OR YOUR OPINION. ALL THEY WANT IS TO SEPARATE YOU FROM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND THEN DISPUTE RETURNING IT TO YOU BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE/PRODUCTS AND SIZES ARE CRAP.
Clearly they are unconcerned about their business reputation because there will be just another sap down the road who will bite.
I am BEYOND enraged.
AGAIN… DO NOT BE A SAP - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have been shopping with Swimsuits For All, and their many related companies (Woman Within, Full Beauty, Roaman's, King Sized, Brylan Home, etc.) for years now. I swim a lot and purchase a LOT of suits. I have never once had a return problem until now. I purchased 3 swimsuits in the size I regularly buy. Every single one of them were FAR smaller than the same exact suit, same exact size as I had previously purchased. I sent them back for an exchange. Got the replacements: one of which was just as bad sizing wise. I returned that one for a store credit, which now I will never use. That was a month ago.
Today I received all three of the original suits back in the mail with a note saying that they were "old/worn merchandise" and were refusing the return... AFTER they had already charged me for and shipped the replacements. Called customer service wanting to know what the hell was going on. I was told that they recently changed their return policy from 90 days to 60 days, and apparently in the chaos of the holiday season I missed this new deadline by a couple of days. I own a retail store, it was December. It didn't occur to me to check and see if they changed their return policy. I was told by "Eric" that a lot of this has been happening, but too bad, nothing can be done. Oh, and "Sorry for the inconvenience."
I guess each and every time I make one of my many purchases from any of these companies, that I must thoroughly read every bit of their website to be sure they haven't changed their policies. I have been regularly buying about 80% of my clothing from these companies for about 10 years now. I swim about 4 times a week and go through bathing suits fast. I can't begin to guess the number of times I've recommended Swimsuits For All to people at the aquatic center. I'll be letting everyone one of them (some who started shopping with them) know that this is NOT a reputable company any more.
Great job Swimsuits For All! Not only have they lost a long time customer of ALL their brands, I will be canceling all of their branded credit cards and will be certain to spread the word that none of these companies can be trusted.

Placed my order almost a month ago & it's still a no show! CS was polite but useless for an explanation causing the delay. According to tracking my package has been sitting in the same shipping center that's only 3 hours away from me for over a week now! Never again SFA, never again will I order anything from you.

The WORST customer experience ever! I ordered a swimsuit on July 4th. There was NOTHING on the website that said the suit was unavailable. On July 15th, I received an email saying it was on back order and would ship on 8/18. Really! I am expected to wait TWO MONTHS to receive a swimsuit.
I called last week and was told the swimsuit shipped. I called today and was told that it was in process, that it hadn't shipped and that they didn't know when it would ship. I asked them to cancel the order and was told that I had to wait for it to arrive but no one knew when it would ship, much less when it would arrive. Once it sat at the post office as undeliverable, the post office might send it back to the company and at that point they would be able to process a return.
We are moving out of the country permanently. I didn't know that an order placed in early July would not arrive until late August. I am out the $81 for the suit plus shipping. I will also write a complaint to the BBB.
Whoever you are at Swimsuits for all whose job it is to respond to these emails, please don't bother. You aren't gutted, you aren't sorry for my experience. It is very clear that you couldn't care less about your customers. I will make sure to repeat this review in as many places as possible so that others don't get caught up in your scams.

07/11/2022 Merchandise Subtotal:$34.87. Standard S&H $0.00 Estimated Sales Tax*:$3.07. Total:$37.94. Company deducted $10.00 from total for S&H, which I already paid for with the returned by July 29,2022.
Jun 12,2022. Rturned 7/20/22. Merchandise Subtotal:$56.98. Standard S&H $12.99 Estimated Sales Tax $6.16 Total:$76.13. Gift Card for return $60.00.
I informed the company. Per their sizing guide, the items did not fit. They were returned promptly with their packaging and tags from which they arrived in. I then ordered again, twice the sizes as before. I had the same problem. I informed the company I was unsatisfied in finding the proper fit, yet they gave me a gift card I cannot use. I've requested my credit accounts that were charged for the items being credited. The $60 gift card was resented, taxes and S&S now deducted, and then I received an email that the amount estimated to refund was incorrect, with further deductions made for S&H, which I already paid for. So the $114.00 I paid for merchandise, and returned, I'm still waiting for a refund, which per email was an estimated $50 total

This company is a joke. I bought a swimsuit, didn't love it - returned it. It took 10 DAYS to get from Kalamazoo, MI to Indianapolis, IN. It arrived and then it took them days to even register that it was returned. Then it took them over a week to process the "e gift card" even though their website says 3 business days to be processed. During the time it took me to wait for the e-gift card, the swimsuit I wanted sold out. Fine. I picked a new one. It came and even though I ordered two sizes LARGER than my normal size, it was TINY. So I have to send a suit back AGAIN. Spoke to a customer service representative - and she agreed because of the inconvenience she would give me free over night shipping ( I was leaving for vacation #1 of 2 in 2 days). That was nice. Well, the day comes for me to leave and no swimsuit. I call and they said there was an internal billing issue (I know what it was - the customer service rep who placed my order over the phone didn't charge me tax, so I am sure it looked suspicious - but NOT MY PROBLEM!). The manager, maybe his name was John? I wrote it down but can't find it. He had no remorse whatsoever. I asked him for store credit, a refund - SOMETHING... and NOTHING. They have to have the item to process the return. So the swimsuit arrived after I left for vacation. I come home, open it up and the swimsuit bottom is there... but NO TOP. They sent a GIANT NIGHTGOWN. I am livid. I have never been so angry with a company. They have $156 of my money and I HAVE NO SWIMSUIT. This is failure provide the goods and services that are promised with monetary payment. I gave them a scenario: Say this is a restaurant. I order a burger and they bring out a burrito. The restaurant would not expect me to pay for the burrito. Do you want to know their reply? We are a swimsuit company, not a restaurant. WELL DUH. THAT'S NOT THE POINT. So now I have to return ANOTHER package to them and WAIT for my refund. This place is a JOKE. Do not buy. There are so many size inclusive brands now. Forget this place.

I originally ordered a couple of suits online. (Turns out that their return policy was a little odd: if you order a 2-piece as a set, you HAVE to return it as a set and they don't offer all of their 2-pieces as their individual items. Alright, that's fine.) I had made another shopping cart before the first package arrived, but didn't actually order it, yet. Once the first one arrived, I realized I would need different sizes, so I called the customer service line about their policy to switch sizes/color, and got codes so the order would be an even exchange. The woman I talked to was very polite and helpful; she made sure the second order priced up correctly. Immediately after I hung up, I removed the items from my shopping cart I didn't want, and only ordered the 2 suits that I wanted for the exchange. By the end of the online order, it said I was only being charged the exchange amount for the replacement 2; however, when I went to check the shipping status for the order a few days later, it had charged me for the suits that I KNOW I took out of the cart. I was LIVID. I called the customer service line the instant I saw that. Again, the woman I talked to was very kind, polite, and helpful. Although there was nothing she could do to change the order (it had already shipped out) I could just send back everything I didn't want and it should be ok. She also helped me place a third order, because I needed a different size than was in the second. She made sure the price was the same, because the code I had wasn't working correctly. I do wish that because the second order was a fiasco, I would have been able to get the expedited shopping for free, but oh well. (And after reading the reviews, it sounds like this situation is not uncommon - additional items charged that were taken out of the cart before finalizing the order.)
I have not returned anything, yet, because I'm waiting to see if this last order will actually fit; so I'm a little wary about that part of it.
I do wish I had read the reviews, because I would have just ordered directly from a rep.
I absolutely DESPISE shopping for swimsuits, and this ordering process has been quite a trek. The only redeeming thing has been the customer service reps.
I just hope it gets here and fits, because I'm going on vacation the day it's set to arrive, and I really want to take it with me!
P.S. Be wary of the colors. The website doesn't give an accurate picture of many of them. (All of the ones I ordered ranged from a bit diffferent to WILDLY different.)
