I do wish they accommodated larger bust sizes but they do offer a wider variety of styles and fittings. If you order a size that doesn't work, call customer service and they can advise you on what size or style will work better. Some of their vendors are better than others. Once you find a vendor that works for your purposes, it's fantastic. Shipping charges and times are great, especially if you watch for deals.
This incredibly inept company doesn't know the first thing about shipping orders. You question and they read the same stupid useless script. Orders most often are not shipped items back ordered for months. I have been in customer service businesses my entire life. Never, have I ever experienced the blatant stupidity of this joke of an organization. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
When I placed an order at 10:00 pm, it was doubled! Then I called them less than 12 hours later they said they could not do anything as it was in processing. They said to just return it... no problem. WRONG! They said they would refund the shipping costs also. LIE! When I finally got my refund, they had deducted $31.34! No response to my email either.

Shipping took 11 days and they sent me the wrong order! I ordered two swimsuits and received one and a random shirt. I called to speak to supervisor and they asked if I wanted to keep the shirt and PAY FOR it?!?!?!? I explained that I needed these for my vacation and wanted the other swimsuit. They refused to send me the suit I ordered until they received the shirt they sent me by mistake! I told them I no longer wanted the items and would just return them all for a full refund. They then wanted to charge me shipping for their mistake. I will never buy from any of these companies again.

Horrible experience buying & returning bathing suit from this company. Don't buy from them. They charge you for shipping to buy the bathing suit. When you want to return merchandise they provide you a shipping label but if you use it the refund goes back on a gift card. Or you can pay out of pocket to ship merchandise back to them. At this point such a bad experience who would want to buy anything from them again especially a bathing suit which already is challenging for women. Then another caveat if you call them and request the refund to go back on the credit card you used to buy product they charge you $9.99 fee, so unbelievable. Such terrible customer experience.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! They send out great codes, you order and the next day is an even better code. You call to ask for the free shipping now offered and all they say is you can return the order once you get it. That doesn't help refund the $20 shipping fee! A supervisor wouldn't even give me the courtesy of speaking with me after I asked 6 times. Very poor customer service. I'll never order from them again.

I placed my order on 4-22-21. I received a email notice on the 27th stating that due to processing and order volume, it was taking longer than usual to process orders. Once my order has been processed, I will receive a notification and tracking number.
Its May 1st and I have not received any updates!
I'm pretty sure by the time I need my item, my trip will be over.

I ordered 5 bathing suits and spent well over $300 with Swimsuits for All. It has now been 3 weeks since I ordered and my order still hasn't even been shipped. I have sent several emails with zero response and I spent 1 hour and 50 mins on hold with customer service and someone answered and then hung up on me. I feel like I have spent a lot of money and received nothing! I wouldn't recommend doing business with Swimsuits for All and will never purchase anything from them again. I am going to have to go through PayPal to try and get my money back since no one will answer me from here.

I bought three swimsuits - all size ten. They fit true to size, were adorable, and customer service was great. I did have to call because shipping took a bit longer than I anticipated. But, I know coronavirus has caused shipping issues for many companies and they were also short on employees due to the pandemic. I love my suits and I can't believe how many people have apparently had issues. I must be one of the lucky ones!

Return policy on website states to fill out questionnaire on the back of the packing slip, affix return label to original packaging and ship. No packing slip was in the package. Called them and after I was on hold was told that they have gone paperless and will send me an email for a gift card for the return. If I choose not to accept the gift card they will process the return less $9.99 for processing. This is bull$#*!! I paid over $100 for this swimsuit. Was able to find the exact same swimsuit on another site (Roamans) who they are affiliated with for half the price. Ridiculous. I will never use this site again nor recommend to anyone. Should have read the reviews before I ordered. My bad.

Placed my order on 6/14. Received email on 6/17 stating my order has shipped with an estimated June 22 delivery date however the FedEx tracking number provided states the package has still not been received by Fedex. When I called customer service to find out where the package currently is, I was told it has not been shipped yet and yet, I can't cancel my order. Valarie notified me that orders are delayed 5-6 days and she apologies they sent and email stating otherwise. No delays in processing my payment, making a fedex delivery slip so they could send me tracking # or sending me an email stating my order has shipped. Only issue delay is sending the actual product.

Ordered several things sent to my other address. Got it 3 months later, cost 15.00 to send to address that was on invoice! They never sent entire order charged me for it, would not send rest stuff said it was over grace period. Charged me for it anyway! The invoice had my right address to send to they messed up! Would not fix it. I will never ever shop there again I use to buy a lot from them.The quality of there material on stuff is really cheap now too.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Received with treads hanging off and terrible quality. NO PACKING SLIP. I called customer service and explained everything and was told they would send me a return label and I would not have to pay postage. Never tried it on. I have photos of protective strip and label still attached and thread hanging. I am told today when I called to inquire about my label that I would get a gift card or they would deduct 9.99 for shipping. Then I went on the reviews and am afraid if I ever do get a label I won't get any money back because the girl I spoke to kept saying I would get a gift card. All I wanted was my money back. I will never ever shop this company again. They are a total rip off. I am afraid to send this horrible swimsuit back as I probably won't get my money back. Tried to add a photo but won't take it. Customer service is terrible and I don't say that as a disgruntled customer. I'm sharing because I wish I had the knowledge I have now prior to doing business with them. As a consumer, my experience was terrible, challenging to work through next steps, and the burden was heavy on the consumer side. Information and policies are not clear, even the rep was in agreement, yet not accommodating. Swimsuits For All operates in the fashion of the company is right and the consumer has no value or voice and their business is not appreciated. If you want a pleasant shopping experience and quality product, I encourage you to give your business to a company besides Swimsuits For All.

DO NOT buy from this company - I still have not received a shipping update and when I call they say the order is at the warehouse but they have no idea when it will be shipped and can't/won't cancel it. To help me out they are not going to charge me the return shipping costs - really?! Worst customer service I have encountered!

The customer service is awful, the company is mismanaged, the computer system is archaic-- it took 13 days, 6 calls, and almost 4 hours of wasted time on the phone to get my suits after I paid for express shipping. Not worth the hassle at all!

Absolutely ridiculous return policy. They charge you $10 to return abd then have the nerve to send an "e-gift card" as the refund as if if EVER shop with this deceitful company again. Absolutely nowhere in the "returns" section of the website is this information made available. Terrible, fraudulent company.

Our return policy advises a Gift Card refund will be issued if our return label is used. We provide instruction to return on your own if a refund back to the original method of payment is preferred. We do offer exceptions to void a gift card, however, it is then subject to a $9.99 return fee. We only offer free returns with a gift card refund. We're sorry for any confusion.
Placed a large order knowing I may have to return something as I wasn't sure which style I would like. My order did not include a return slip so I contacted customer service like their website said. It's been three days and still no response. I'm not sure I will order again unless this is straightened out very quickly.

Would never order form here again. The coupons never get applied and when the items show up they send the wrong item. This has happened two times. This company is a joke and they think you should pay to ship back the wrong items they sent. Do yourself a favor find a swimsuit from another company that is legit.

3 e-mails 2 phone calls and finally got refund to my card. I filled out the forms for a refund less the postage using their label but then 1st phone call I am told their is stocking fee, ok. Get refund but does not figure up correct 2nd phone call then I am told they deduct what they are charged to mail it. I am done never again. To bad cause they have some nice looking products.

I purchased 3 swimsuits. The quality was poor and the fits inconsistent. Returned 2 of 3 immediately within a week of receipt and 3 months later still no credit that they promised. Multiple emails and still no credit. Then they arbitrarily returned one of the two swimsuits 2 months later stating that it was sent back past the 60 days from when it was shipped. Untrue! I have all of their emails and I have provided all proof and still no resolution. READ the reviews here and on Trust Pilot! Tells you all you need to know about this company. They don't deserve the 1 star I had to give in order to post this review.

I have ordered from SwimsuitsForAll a couple of times. The first time, I had a size issue. I returned the product easily and was issues a refund quickly. I reordered in my size and was very pleased with the bathing suit. Since then, I have ordered another top and a few bottoms with excellent results. I even ordered one of their dresses for my niece. (She was very pleased, too. She plans to take it on a beach trip when we go.) I think SwimsuitsForAll is a great place and will continue to use them. Thank you to the wonderful people there!

Swimsuits for all would not give me my money back from a gift card that they said was issued to me for 93$. I never received it and they said they were sorry that there was nothing they could do for me. I tried to talk to several different people. No one was willing to make this right for me. I will never order from this company again.

It took 4 weeks for a refund with there label. And then they did not give a full refund not even half. Not to mention i check my checking account and the took another 15 dollars out of it. You call them and cant even understand what the hell they are saying. What a $#*! company.,

Be careful when ordering from this company. Read the fine print when returning products. You have to be sure to check the invoice when returning and select that you want you original payment method refunded otherwise they will give you a merchandise credit. They stop being helpful once they have your money. You have to use your credit within 90 days. Keep all of your emails and paperwork. Read everything closely or you will be screwed.
