Do not go here they forgot to fill my car back with oil and ruined my car! The manager was rude and mean. I took my car to the Take 5 on Victory Drive in Savannah GA
When I see your commercial of a lady knitting sweaters all I see is you do your job half $#*! and that you jump all over the place and cannot complete one task before you start another
This was a wonderful experience overall. Quick, thorough, and helpful. Pope was just fantastic throughout the whole experience and really made it a positive visit! Thanks team!
The service was good and quite fast at a very reasonable price. The only downside was they forgot to reset the oil life but that was very easy to do. Don Brasier.
The people and the experience was awesome. That was my first time going and I will be going back again. Thank you Mr. PJ and your staff. Job well done. Thanks again...
I took my car to Take 5 in Stillwater OK last week. The two guys that were checking in my car were goofing around and trying to keep each other from getting to the computer next to my car. The service manager finally came over and said they didn't have the oil filter that I needed for my VW diesel. About 2 minutes later, miraculously they had a filter for it. I was suspicious so I asked for the filter as I was leaving. It was not the same oil filter that my car used so it was not changed. After finding this out, I took my car to have it checked by a mechanic. The bottom engine cover was hanging down and not secured. THE OIL HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED! I can't tell you how mad I am about this. The mechanic showed me the oil that they took out. It was black and very old. My car mileage is only 69,000. They charged me for all of this and didn't even change the oil. I called their customer service in Louisiana and they just put me on hold and then a voice prompt told me to call back later. Well, no thank you. I will never use Take 5 again. What a rip off.
I just wanted to say that James and Hope the tech in the Pooler GA area was very nice and showed GREAT customer service when I got my malibu service keep up the good work most importantly customer service awesome job!
Showed a twenty dollar coupon going in he said it was good. Learned the email coupon I had was no good, no bar code on it after they finished. It was not a good experience. Gone for good.
They told me i had a major oil leak and a major radiator leak on Saturday. I had someone else look at it and didn't have a major oil leak and no radiator leak.
It's not even high mileage oil. It's basic oil with 4 pumps of an additive and they charge you 40 dollars more. 10 dollars per pump from a bottle they pay 10 dollars for. Gtfoh. Fu
Don't go there! Beware. My Son went there in Marietta and they didn't torque the oil pan down and he lost all his oil. He had to pay $600 to get his whole engine re-lubbed. BEWARE
Went to take 5 oil in Sumter South Carolina had oil done. Two days later oil spots in the driveway check under the car oil filter loose. Can turn it with your hand. Dripping with oil
Shout out to store #1037 for great service, being friendly and knowledgeable as well as suggesting and advising my vehicle. Shout out to Marcus and latonya for assisting with my service.
Brad and Yeager did one heck of a job. 100% Recommend to all my buds to obtain an oil change at this specific store.
They offered cold water, changed and did all maintenance quickly and made jokes to make the time go by faster, in all it was a good experience.
Normally I would change my own oil as I am an Amsoil independent distributor. But I was going on a road trip and was short on time, so I went to the Orange Park, FL location for a change. First off….it's waaay overpriced. But now it's time for another oil change and I decided to do my own. I have a Nissan Frontier and there is a small cover plate that has to be removed to get access to the filter. When I removed the cover, the first thing I noticed is the WIX filter (from Amsoil) that I installed on the previous oil change. Take5 does not buy their oil filters from Amsoil. They didn't take 30 seconds to pull the plate and they never changed the oil filter.
This shows a complete lack of honesty and quality. I would say you get what you pay for…but based on the price I paid and what I got, that would be incorrect. I did call them but got forwarded to a corporate customer service. But wanted to let them know what happened and that I will never give them the opportunity to correct this.
It would be very possible that they don't bother tightening the drain plug or oil cap. I can't even trust that I get the synthetic oil I paid for. If I had catastrophic failure of my engine, they certainly wouldn't take responsibility and I would be screwed.
I will take the time to change my own oil so at least I know it's done correctly.
Almost ruined my car because of a mistake they made. Didn't remove old gasket from filter. Just put another one on top of it. Oil leaked out.
Waited in line for 1.5 hours and never moved. They had 3 lines open but were only working one at a time. I backed up and left not to ever return!
Excellent Service, Washington rd.In Augusta Georgia. I will be going back... They get a 10.…They are hard working men
Very expensive price, customer service zero,, they charge oil but they break something else I recommend not to go there
