Don't waste your time. If i could give this company zero stars, I would. I ordered two items from site on 12/11/14. When i first ordered, it said it would take 3-7 days for shipping and 5-8 days to arrive. So max about 15 days, right? No, It's been 23 days. I've tried tracking my order but it never seems to up updated and all of it is in Chinese. I've contacted them several times over the course of four days. At first I assumed that maybe the lack of response and shipping was from the holidays. So maybe they're just backed up and running slow. But after absolutely no response to my emails whatsoever and some really frustrating phone calls, i've decided that this site is just a scam and a lie. Conned my sorry a** out of about $40. Eff this site and their poor service. If you decide to continue on with buying products from this pathetic site, do yourself a favour and buy some hard liquor so that when your products don't arrive, you can get drunk to forget what a horrible mistake you made when you decided to buy from this company.

I like the clean bright red color of this dress very much. The embroidery is gorgeous, too. I want to wear it by a concert. Surely this dress will have good look on a stage♫

I bought the dress, Stripe Lace Patchwork, and I liked it very much. I was wearing it when my boyfriend proposed to me! I could not find a more appropriate dress for this special moment.

I had my bridesmaids and maid of honor come here to purchase their dresses for my wedding since it was very well priced and due to the fact that everyone lived in different states. The dresses on this site are very beautiful and I was excited that everyone liked the dresses they saw. The dresses are made to order so the shipping would be about 6 to 8 weeks, which I wasn't too worried about. When my maid of honor received her dress, the zipper was twisted and therefore stopped midway up. The dress also contained a lot of extra unneeded fabric (some on the inside part of the dress near the zipper that repeatedly fell in the way when you try to zip it up) as well as several layers. Two of my bridesmaids had to take the dress to be fixed due to the zipper being sewn incorrectly. One of the dresses even had a hole in the torso area. It was very poorly sewn all together. I was VERY displeased and contacted tbdress about the issues we were having to see what could be done and they wanted me to send them pictures and video of the issues before anyone could receive a return label (the dresses DO NOT come with a return slip). This was after 2 emails and days of waiting. My girls had to get alterations and some paying more than what they paid for the dress. Would NOT recommend this site to ANYONE because of all the issues me and my bridal party faced.

For any plus size women ordering from this company don't waste your time - I ordered the largest plus size and the clothes would fit a 12yr old girl and a small 12yr old at that - the site SAYS ITS AN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS SO THEY SHOULD BE AWARE OF PLUS SIZE - THANK GOD FOR PAYPAL I GOT ALL MY MONEY REFUNDED WHERE THE SITE OFFERED ME $15.00

Im very unhappy with this drees. I buy the Beading/Sequins Ruffles Sheath/Column Off-the-shoulder. The ruffles dont look the same as in the picture an the sewing on it are terrible. I will not use this drees. I urge to all buyes to be very careful whe you buy in this page, because if you get desplease with your dress, you will not gave a refund as they said in their policy.
I did contact customer service and did not attempt to make the refund.
Contact clinte service and did not resolve my problem. We send pictures asking with evidence and did nothing to give me my money back. And if tred to leave a review trust me, you can't. TB Dress have everything under control and they never show your review, if the comment is bad for them and affect their sales.
