TBdress

This is a company in a foreign country. Order at your own risk because unless you order something that fits and that you end up liking, trying to return it will not turn out well. Their end of the email chain I have going with them is in broken English and solves nothing. I carefully read the return policy before ordering & knew that I would have to pay return shipping. What is NOT stated in the return policy is that they consider everything "custom" (? Even though you are ordering a size and do not send in your measurements...) and so if it doesn't fit, which it probably won't because their sizes are not true, then when you try to return it - SURPRISE! You are told that they will refund only 60% of value. So adding in almost $24 to ship back it basically ended up costing me about $70 to try on a dress. Also, they have you pay them through Paypal so you can't cancel the payment although I will be trying to dispute. TBDress gets an "F" on BBB and there is a dedicated Facebook page called TBDress Fail.

I had no idea how this would look on me, but decided to give it a try because I loved the idea of the jumpsuit for a music festival I was attending and I wanted something other than the traditional maxi dress/skirt look. I basically crossed my fingers and hoped that it would it would look good when it came. The colors are a lot more vibrant than they look in the photos online, but not overwhelmingly so. I was most concerned about the fit. I'm not a really tall person (5'4) so I didn't want to look stumpy in this jumpsuit because of the flared legs. Now, I have to admit that I couldn't resist doing MC Hammers dance when I tried this on. But the fit was surprisingly very flattering. If you were to hold out the access material the pant legs flare quite a bit, but the way it is designed the fabric flows nicely and prevents it from looking clown like. The top portion of the jumpsuit has a good way of "keeping things in" and because its tight fitting almost acts like a piece of shape wear, which I loved. I wore this casually, but I did try it on a few different ways and it could easily be day or night wear depending on your shoes and or accessories. Just loved it period

As a plus-size, I was concerned this clothing line would fit small - it LOOKS small from all the pix. But I have been looking for a dark brown waterfall cardigan for a while, so I took a chance (a real chance, as this is not inexpensive even with free shipping!). Well, it took quite a long time to arrive, but when it did, I was amazed - the XL is actually on the big side. I would probably get L next time. But wow, the colour is a rich, super-dark brown and the feel of the fabric is soft and luxurious. I was also concerned that the ribbing might make it tight or uncomfortable in the arms or sides - not at all. It pulls on soft and stretchy, and the drape is feminine and pretty. My only complaint is that it's rather heavy. I would prefer a lightweight cardigan top as I tend to feel warm easily, but I cannot say no to this gorgeous number, even though it will be too hot to wear where I planned. Wish it came in dark green, that is also hard to find. I will be buying more from this company for certain!

Well I bought some shoes from TBDRESS I though the size would be great but it was a little too big none of your foult I kept them and it's all fine. However what I dont really like is the time to get it shipped in to the UK and then another payment I have to make to HR because the product is been bought from another country. Overall all good.

Cheaply made! My daughter received her maid of honor dress. We now are out two dresses from Tbdress! Neither one were acceptable. The first dress came to me completely wrong, as a different dress, horrible and cheap! The back of dress with lace was cut with scissors and no finished work. Does not close. The second dress we received yesterday and it is also completely wrong! The lace on the dress looks to be glued on with a film on it the dress we ordered was beautiful intricate lace detail sewn onto the dress. It is so unbelievable that tbdress would expect to get away with such a hideously made dress. Don't expect a refund from them ever! They do not honor refunds for any reason. They can make a dress completely wrong and different from the one you ordered and they don't care, now they have your money, that is what China does to people! They have no morals no concern for anybody only money. They are scammers to say the very least! DO NOT TRUST TBDRESS! I WAS WARNED BY MANY NOT TO TRUST CHINA

I ordered an evening dress on March 27,2014 for a wedding which is tomorrow May 24. On April 8 I received an email saying it was shipped and according to their website the shipping time was 2 to 8 days. Up to this day which is May 24,2014, I still have not received the dress I contacted them so many times and tied to catch them on their live chat the response I got was "we r really busy, will get back to u shortly""! I tried to call no one answered the phone. I called my local post in Canada they say the info regarding the tracking # was not updated and the company should contact the courier. I contacted the TBdress again and I d been sent the same info saying it was shipped and I have to be patient. Anyway I finally emailed them saying I want my money back as the wedding is on tomorrow (May 24,2014)and I do not need that dress anymore and I had to purchased another dress. The response was the carrier had some problem and could not shipped my dress right away and I have to wait a little more!

NOT a reliable website and very BAD Customer Service.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone. I am so frustrated and I spent a lot of money.

There is another website called www.JJhouse.com which my sister got her dress from them. Very good quality and excellent customer service.

P. S if you try to leave bad review on TBdress website is does not show up!
