I ordered a wedding dress after my friend told me about her amazing experience. I even paid the extra money to have it custom fit. It came in at least 2 inches too big everywhere, and it is impossible to get it tailored to fit me. The ruching and ruffling is completely off and the beading is nothing like pictured. I have been trying to return it and get my money, but they refuse to do it because "it was such a low price anyways, just accept it, okay?" I have now had to get paypal involved in helping me get my money back. Do not do business with this website, their customer service is horrible!
I wore this dress to a university ball. I had so many wonderful comments about how stunning the dress was. I can't wait to wear it again! I was worried that the colour would wash me out or that the quality wouldn't be compared with that found in a physical shop, but I was corrected. Such an incredible dress at an even better price. Will buy again from TBdress.
If it is too good to be true then it is. Purchased dress for 208.59 for wedding. NEVER received dress and asked for refund. Have not received to this day!
It was really easy to shop and find items for what I am looking for and the fact that they have different colours that these come in as well. The only other suggestion that i would make is being able to see that colours that they come in rather than just having them listed and guessing what they are going to look like :)
I would not recommend TB dress, its a total disaster. I bought my debs dress and when it arrived the zip was fitted incorrectly & there were pins left in the material, when I contacted them they said it had passed there quality check and there was nothing they could or would do,
The item I ordered was inadvertently 'out of stock'. However, their Customer Service Department was prompt and efficient in informing me of this and offering a workable alternative. I chose another item and the process was completed in a timely manner. Delivery was quick and item arrived in good condition and as described.
Planning to make another order... maybe 2 more dresses and one top.

The customer service was cheerful and helpful through the process offering suggestions for styles and colors for my spring forest wedding, particularly when the dress I wanted was too complex to design in a short time. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, and the dress was done a few days ahead of schedule.
The dress that I bought from this company was nothing like I got. When I got the dress and asked the company for a refund they ask for pictures. So I sent them pictures. They sent a response back telling me that the dress was not the same and wanted to give me a $5.00 credit. And then told me I would have to pay for shipping. How is any of this my fault when the dress is nothing like I order.
The other day i overheard my girlfriend and her friend talking about this site and i decided to take a look. Thats when i realised what i was missing. This is the best place to get a wedding gown and prom dresses and you name it. I just love this site and gotta tell so many about. I think it serves my clothing needs well.

The dress is very beautiful as in picture. Nice store and can be trusted. I order many dresses when i see the picture. First i didn't expect that i will get the dress as beautiful as in the picture, but it is even prettier than in the picture. Will buy more dress
I was waiting for my dress to be delivered to me. I was so impatient at the day of my purchase which is pretty obvious for any online shopper. When I finally received it, I realized that it didn't even take long, unlike in other sites. I was so impressed especially with the fact that the dress was of high quality and exactly my size.
I bought a wedding dress from this site and never received it. It wasn't that it was lost in the mail, the site never sent it out. After a long drawn out process, I had to buy a new dress last minute and still have never received the dress. Would NEVER recommend this site. Pretty sure it's sent from over seas and they do not communicate well via the site. Save your money.
My experience was excellent never bought anything online but I really like the dress. I will be shopping more in the future more winter dress and also my wedding anniversary dress for next year. I will suggest this website to friends and family too. I can't wait till I get my dress. Thanks a bunch
