I use this option when I am ill and just can't get to the public doctor. They care and they always have my prescriptions faxed to my pharmacy quick so that I can heal. No fuss no hassles. I will continue to use them in the future.
Enrolled in the monthly plan as described on the web page that you can pay $29 and some change for monthly care over the phone which includes unlimited visits. My first visit was great. My second visit was rushed and left me confused and I was told to make another for other issues. I go to set up a new appointment the next day and it did not allow me. When I called to ask why the woman told me that there are a limited two visits per month. This was not what the website promoted. We needed to use an online service because we tested positive for Covid. The app was incredibly easy to use and they met all of the timelines that they committed to. In fact, they exceeded the timelines and responded within 30 minutes when they said it would be up to two hours. They were detailed in their questions so that our responses were easy we heard back from the pharmacy that they contacted within an hour and we had the script within another hour. Life can get crazy busy. When I recognized my Rx's had no refills left and I had no time to schedule an appointment in time, TelMDFirst to the rescue! Online forms were self explanatory to complete, uploaded a couple of pictures of previous Rx bottles and within a couple of hours, I received a message from my pharmacy that the RX's were ready.
Not really sure what the subscription is for. They are only able to refill another doctor's prescriptions and can only do it for a limited time. I would not recommend.

I signed up for this service for my family for one year, and came to regret it. It was a fight with insurance companies to get the medication covered at the pharmacy, and when our insurance did not approve the medications unless prescribed by an in state doctor, they told us to let them change the scripts to a different pharmacy. I want to say how impressed I am with TelMDFirst! I woke up one morning, in horrific pain, a fever, nausea...I literally thought I was dying! Terrible stomach pain, lower back, everything hurt. I do not like going to Emergency rooms or even doctors' offices and waiting and waiting. I was in so much pain I don't think I could have driven to one anyway. I quickly searched online, and my symptoms were of a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection), of which I had never had before, and this was awful! I Then looking for a solution, I found TeLMDFirst, and I was willing to give them a try. I called them, and they gave me a list of service options, a 1-time treatment fee for $79.95 or a monthly fee, I chose the 1-time service fee. They were patient, attentive, took note of the symptoms I described, reviewed my info, and arranged for me to pick up a prescription medication, Ciprofloxacin, for my UTI. In just over an hour, I went to the pharmacy and picked up my meds and began taking them, for 7 days... then the UTI was gone completely! It is scary at first because you don't know who to trust online, and TelMDFirst is a legitimate service, and it works! I had no problems with any transactions at all. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I requested to speak to a doctor before receiving a prescription refill request. No called or emailed me for the appointment after taking my $29.95. Then I was told that my pharmacy could not fill the prescription. When I requested a refund of the $29.95 monthly fee due to no service, a customer service agent named Julie said that she would call me back when my refund was processed by the manager. I never received a call back from her. She did not want to process the refund. I spoke with the manager, Anthony, today about my refund due to no service & my pharmacy refusing to fill the prescription. I DID NOT get rude. I just simply requested a refund due to my experience of my medication not being filled by my pharmacy. He did not want to give me a refund either. These were his words: "You know what? No, what you're saying is not right! It's people like you who give our company a bad name. We work very hard to fill prescriptions for you people! You're a liar! Happy new year to you. I relocated from North Carolina to West Florida. My husband and I were married last week. My medical insurance will not be valid for a couple more weeks. I downloaded the app and it could've been easier to fill out the questionnaire. It only cost $41 that's right $41 In less than one hour, a kind, intelligent, responsive, wonderful physician called me on Saturday night! He asked all the right questions and then explained the prescriptions that he was going to prescribe and why. He also added that if I wasn't feeling better in 3 to 5 days to please call back and they could reevaluate me. Wow! Because I wasn't feeling well and I don't know the area the pharmacy information that I gave them was not going to be open until Monday. I just hung up with the doctor to find that out. I emailed their support team and with in minutes they responded with the information that had updated a different pharmacy so they could call in my prescription and I could get it this weekend. I was so impressed with everyone in every single process!
