We needed to use an online service because we tested positive for Covid. The app was incredibly easy to use and they met all of the timelines that they committed to. In fact, they exceeded the timelines and responded within 30 minutes when they said it would be up to two hours. They were detailed in their questions so that our responses were easy we heard back from the pharmacy that they contacted within an hour and we had the script within another hour. Timeline from first contact to prescription in the house was less than three hours. Really pleased with TeleMed.

I have used TelMDFirst a few times and every time they are caring, prompt to get back to me. They ask questions to prevent any accidental drug interactions etc. This has been so wonderful and we don't have to go to an office full of sick people to be treated. Plus when you're sick you don't really feel like driving or getting out of your pj's with them you don't have to. I paid one reasonably low price for 10 visits a year. My whole family may use any of the 10 appts.

After moving from a different state, it was difficult to get my medication's refilled but this service made it very easy to get three months worth of medication without having to go to the doctors office.

This is a legitimate company that will issue you a prescription and send it to the pharmacy of your choice.

We got stuck on a Sunday needing medication for our daughter. TelMD First was quick, easy to navigate, and they listened and helped us get what we needed within 5-6 hours. I will happily use this site and their team in the future when we are outside of doctors office hours and don't want to sit inside an urgent care for something we can solve from home. I am very happy with this company and the people working for them. Thank you for everything! You were a huge lifesaver to our family.

I had an infection and needed antibiotics. The process of receiving support from TelMDFirst (and its third parties) was easy and from the comfort of my home. I answered the questions they needed, submitted a picture of the area of my body that had an infected wound, and was able to pick up antibiotics from my local Walgreens shortly after. I don't have insurance, and being able to pick up the medicine I needed without going to a clinic was awesome. I will be using this service again.

I've been calling 5 times a day since thursday, only for zoloft, it is now Monday and still the same responces. I shouldn't have waited until i was out, i thought since it was common i could get a refill the same day. So annoying to play with peoples lives, I've called the pharmacy and no one from tell md had called, omg just a phone call

They are the wolf of Wall Street for Telehealth. I've been waiting for six hours for my daughters Amoxicillin, I verified over four hours ago no allergies and I got about ten different excuses for why it wasn't call in. They call you or text you from multiple numbers and you don't speak to a doctor they don't even know doctors they out source hoping a doctor will pick up and then tell you "the doctor" is with a patient. So unprofessional. I work at a hospital, and this is against many ethical codes of conduct.

I got a call within minutes to go over my symptoms, my pharmacy of choice, and had a prescription and doctors note all ready to go. I was nervous because I don't have insurance, but $30 a visit is so much cheaper than I would have paid at an urgent care, and faster too!

Suffered from food poisoning got Zofran and advice on recovery. Great experience will use again if needed.

WARNING … They do absolutely nothing for you. They do not prescribe medication. They tell you that without a physical exam they can't do anything. Then tell you to just go to your doctor or local emergency room. Do NOT waste your time or money! This is straight robbery!

I originally had given them three stars but I am now changing it to five stars because of the excellent customer service by this company I wrote my review on Friday and two days later on Sunday the CEO of the company text me and asked if they were something they could do to make this right and I told him I needed my prescription and he made it happen and this is what you really call Customer service going above and beyond. I wish I could give him six stars for that. I am giving him five and he say thank you.

My earlier review I had given 3 stars, but since then the CEO text me and asked about the 3 stars. I explained what had happened and they quickly got in touch with another doctor on their staff. Long story short I finally received my Rx late Monday...9 days after the fact...and 9 days of withdrawl. I believe this is a Great company, but as in all businesses it is the staff that can make or break it. I do thank the CEO for their great Customer Service, if not for them, I would still be suffering. Hopefully the other people involved learn a valuable lesson and do not blow off someone else needs for Anti-Depression meds.

Great resource to have, especially for someone who travels a lot. I was contacted in a timely matter & was asked good questions about what was going on. I really like the process! My symptoms were passed along for another opinion, as well as what the best course of action would be. I will definitely use them again if needed!

After filling out the paperwork I was able to speak with a doctor and was given a prescription for my ailment. They called my pharmacy and I picked up the RX the same day.
