We needed to use an online service because we tested positive for Covid. The app was incredibly easy to use and they met all of the timelines that they committed to. They are the wolf of Wall Street for Telehealth. I've been waiting for six hours for my daughters Amoxicillin, I verified over four hours ago no allergies and I got about ten different excuses for why it wasn't call in. They call you or text you from multiple numbers and you don't speak to a doctor they don't even know doctors they out source hoping a doctor will pick up and then tell you "the doctor" is with a patient. So unprofessional. I work at a hospital, and this is against many ethical codes of conduct.
