We were called inside and stood next to the steak case for ease of hearing who was being called. We were a party of four and after approximately 15 minutes one of the party asked if it would be much longer and was told a few minutes. After another 15 minutes the same individual asked how much longer, and was told "we called your name and number in the party and you didn't respond.
That was an out right lie. All four of us were listening for his name and it was not called. The person whom lieds name is Moraa. It's bad enough she lied instead of admitting. Everyone makes errors, but to lie about it is unacceptable. We were there last evening by 5 pm on November 4th 2023
This is the second time in four months we have had a birthday dinner at Texas Roadhouse in Dartmouth forgotten. The first was April 2nd the waitress was told of my birthday and forgot. Today it was my boyfriend's birthday and I told the girl that seated us whom said she would tell the waitress. No birthday today either. And we didn't get our drinks until the meal was served which I had to remind the waitress. 3 stars is generous.
We ate at the one in Marysville on my hubby's bday. As soon as the server brought our salad you could smell the preservative on it before you even would take a bite. Your salads use to be the best not so now. Bad move on someone's part. Nothing was offered in its place which was not good on our server's part but it is what it is.
The service was awful. I called to get on the call ahead waitlkst and Adriana was so rude when I called she asked for my party sizewhich was 7 then said "we do t seat parties of 7 bye" and hung up worst experience ever
We were at your restaurant on May 4th and our waitress (Surrae) was wonderful, She was very friendly and professional. She made our dinner very enjoyable. She is an asset to your restaurant and by the way the food was very good. We took advantage of the veteran coupon you gave on 11/11/21. This is the best way to honor veterans by giving them a coupon to use anytime before the end of May. Great job
We went to Texas Roadhouse Sunday for lunch. The music was so loud you couldn't even talk to each other without yelling. We asked the waitress to have the music turned down and she spoke to the manager and said he would turn it down a little. You could not even tell it had been turned down afterwards. So we left without ordering.
We went to the Texas Roadhouse in Belton Missouri for my moms 75th birthday and was told because we had 10 people we had to sit in separate tables! I have been a server for a long time and have never heard of this. Also we were told they could have put 2 tables together but they were 2 different stations, I know that was just an excuse as they could have given up another table for the other server if they took they big party.
There was absolutely no concern that we couldn't all be together and visit as we were across the isle from each other and would have had to yell. I am very upset and hope people go somewhere else if they have a party of 10 or more. Ridiculous!
Just came from one of the San Antonio locations - they would not issue Vet's vouchers even though corporate said they should.
Vets need to boycott this place (The store on Cinema Ridge)!
It's not Texas Roadhouse Corporate, they made it good. It's the franchise owner here in San Antonio.
Very disappointed, my wife and I had late lunch, I order a halk rack of ribs, loaded bake potato, with corn. My wife order shrimp w rice. Very disappointed, my potato had a ton of salt, which I never had that on a potato anyway. I could taste salt in the ribs as well as the corn. The corn was almost uneatable, scraped of the salt on the potato. My wife's shrimp was as well too salty. We spoke to the waitress and she said nothing they can do, what it is. For that reason, we will for go coming back to eat at your restaurant and am thinking about posting a comment on Google reviews as well. Those dinners, I my opinion, exceed the amounts of salt needed in those meals. Waitress said that how they cook all their meals, as we asked when leaving.
We've been to multiple Texas Roadhouse locations in several states the Roanoke VA location is by far the worst for wait times even on the wait list showed up at the time requested and still told it would be " at least an hour this is not the first time this has happened at this location but it will be the last we've been to many locations in various states and with a packed house we still only waited 15-20 minutes as a walk in. The two times we we're able to be seated the staff was excellent I think it's more of a management issue if you want a steak just as good if not better and little to no wait go across the rod to the 611 steakhouse
We spent over a hundred dollars and it was the worst meal of our life. Instant potatoes for mashed instead of real,
Daughters prime rib was overdone then replaced with a super rare one. Grandson given beans instead of corn. Waitress acted as if she had no energy or no interest in working. Daughter kept getting her Mr. Pibb refilled with coke, I had to ask for my ice tea twice, my prime rib was so tough I couldn't slice it with the knife. When we complain the manager just acted pissed off instead of fixing what was wrong. At least the rolls were good! Worst meal of my life and will never be back. Wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies to eat.
We come to the Texas Roadhouse at least twice a month., and we never had a bad meal or bad service. We usually sit at the bar. We were there this past Sunday around 4 o'clock to have a cocktail and dinner at the bar, and also to watch the football game that was on a local network. We have been there before and watched many games, but unfortunately this past Sunday we couldn't watch football along with 2 or 3 other couples because the bartender said you didn't have cable anymore. We we're very disappointed and discouraged because we we're waiting for the game all day and decided to go to dinner and watch it. We travel 20 miles to come and visit the roadhouse very often and I was wondering why the franchise came to this decision, not to have cable anymore? By the way, dinner was awesome as usual!
I won't go back to Texas Roadhouse again. The food is edible but that is it. There are far better restaurants to go to in Omaha, than to waist money on them. The salad is ok, lousy italian salad dressing (the flavor is lousy) but salt grass has far better since salt grass has homemade vinaigrette salad dressing. Their rolls are greasy. Bake potatoes are better at salt grass also. Their steak fries aren't cooked enough but are soggy. Asked for extra sour cream. Didn't get it with dinner. Had to ask for it again. The catfish was fine but I like tartar sauce with my fish and their tartar sauce is aweful. They'd be better using mayo and pickle relish than whatever they use. Longhorn steakhouse is better.
Because of our areas covid restrictions, I placed a to go order online from the Tonawanda NY location. When I opened up the order at home, all items were there; however, the cactus blossom appetizer was burnt on the top with undone batter on the bottom making it inedible. The chicken critters were way overcooked and dry. Rolls were over brown on top. We had ordered this same family pack before during the pandemic and it was delicious so I don't know what changed. Obviously no one was doing quality control to let this order be released as it was. Lesson learned: be sure to check your to go orders before leaving! Our meal was so disappointing that I don't think we'll be returning any time soon. There are a lot of other local businesses in our area that we can support and and get a quality edible meal.
The last coulple time I've been here not great. I decided to give this place another shot my store had a get-together at Roadhouse in Temple it was so busy, but the service was good but the food was a disappointment I had 14oz ribeye it was pink like I asked but no taste at all very chewy my friend sent her steak back and they brought it back and it look like something sucked the life out of it she just left at least we had plenty of fresh rolls to get full on
I ordered the beef shishabobs and I was serve them burnt to a crisp. They should have been embarrassed to serve such a burnt meal and further should not have offered a dumb excuse why they were burnt...(small pieces of beef). Plus They NEVER offered a refund. They did however give me another order which I was too hungry to wait another 30 minutes or so for dinner.
Went to Texas Roadhouse in Greenwood for my granddaughters birthday. Got there and checked in ask for a table for 3. They said is your party here and I stupidly said no they are on their way and was told POLICY is we dont seat incomplete parties. So i sat and waited. Meanwhile I saw groups come in and be seated but the kicker was when I saw multiple incidents of 1 or two people walk in bypass the hostess desk and walk on in the restaurant. Obviously stranglers to incomplete parties. When I complained to the hostess she called the manager and when i confronted the manager with this her comment was "you dont know what they are doing walking in" Well they sure weren't coming in to use the restroom. So the trick is LIE and tell them your whole party is here rather than be honest if you want to get seated. They lost money on the drinks I would have had while waiting, the waitress we would have had lost a good tip and I will never return to that particular Texas Roadhouse again.
We started off by checking in through the Texas Roadhouse app-so ea.sy when we made it to the restaurant we had a quick sign in and was seated promptly. Our waiter showed up, couldn't have been a nicer person Mr Ryan took care of all of our needs making sure we didn't even have to ask for anything he was on it he was on it like white on rice is what I say, he was courteous and generous and complete gentleman. It was a great ending to our day of shopping wouldn't have had it in the other way! Thanks Texas Roadhouse of Chillicothe and a big extra thanks to Ryan who made our dinner special!
We had the worst service at this roadhouse a, this was our first time going there, because we are new to the area. We don't plan on ever going back, our food order was wrong, and when we sent it all back it came back and our steak was cold as ice, we wasn't about to send it back again of fear what they would do to it, I highly recommend to go else for a steak dinner! Everything from service to food was horrible.
This was our 3rd time visiting this restaurant and once again the service was "horrible". We were seated without waiting. We were seated and waited 25 minutes exactly no one came to get our drink order or anything! Upon leaving one waitress (that had passed our table 3times without stopping) stated she was sorry and didn't know we had been attended to. "3 strikes and we're done"
I went in with my family and ate in the bar area. The wait was a little longer than expected so after 3 bites we requested boxes to go. I left the waitress a $10.00 tip for seating us and getting our drinks only to check my account and she had blessed herself with a $18.00 tip. Even if they thought my 0 was an 8 the math wldnt added up and the new total wld hve been 3 digits opposed to 2 digits. I called the restaurant and the manager immediately agreed to refund me my differences but I'm sadden someone wld take from me and my family. It's the principal. Shame on the staff!
