We tried to call the restaurant and we waited from 3:41-4:12 before hanging up. We had no answer and drove to the restaurant and said about 50-1hour wait.
Ordered food at 5p, told my wife it wouldn't be ready until 6:30. They had her wait in her car for over another 30 minutes. When I called they couldn't find our order.
We got to Warsaw Texas Roadhouse and we go in they say 1.5 hour wait... they said they would text us when our table was ready... here we were 2 hours later and that still hadn't text us so my dad goes in and asks about our table... he came back to the car pissed because they literally forgot about us... so anyway my dad said they are cleaning a table for us right now and they would text us when they are ready... 30 minutes later they hadn't text us so we walk in and demand for a table... so they take us there and we were finally at a god dang table after a 2.5 hour wait that was only supposed to be 1.5 so at this point we were pissed... so we order our food and they then bring my mom her salad and there was a god damn hair in it so the waiter who was the only nice person there took it and apologized like ten times for it and brings her a new one (thank you to our waiter who was super sweet) so then they bring the actual food and my mom had ordered steak that had no pink and you want to know what they cooked for her it was pink ok but that's not all let me tell you that I ordered a hamburger not pink it came pink so ya I pretty pissed off and that is the last time we visit the Warsaw Texas Roadhouse I will however still visit Fort Wayne's
Firstve waited over hr outside in the smoking sun no shade... my coleslaw had no dsg, the ribs were very dry like Mayby overcooked? French Fries cheese was terrible..
My family made reservations to have a family celebration dinner of 9 and we called to confirm the reservation had been made correctly. When the hostess guided us to our table, that is when they tried to seat our family at two different tables separately. The waitress was rude and basically told us we had no other option. I asked to speak with a manager, she refused to call the manager. So I had to go the hostess station to ask someone else for the manager. Amber at the Marana Az Location was of no help and made excuses of why we were being seated that way. Our family have come to eat at this restaurant for many years in the past and never have been treated with such disrespect. After waiting over an hour to be seated in the first place they said it would take another hour to be seated if we wanted to wait. The manager was rude unapologetic of the inconvenience and basically said we could wait or leave. My family chose to leave and will not be returning. Thank you Texas Roadhouse for ruing what was supposed to be a special celebration for my family.

My family and I went to eat at this Texas road house restaurant in Baytown Texas, so we got our bread and drinks on a good time frame, then we ordered our food but our server never came by to ask if we want something ealse or drinks Refills witch we did need drinks and we when we saw her we ask her that we need drinks she left and never came back with our drinks plus she was kind or rude we finished our food and still no drinks very bad service with this server her name is Hannah and our table # was 526/1
She needs to be retrained on her job and if she is with bad attitude just stay home
We normally go on Sundays to eat at Texas Roadhouse. I made sure to get there early to be able to get a table. We waited outside as being the first to get in. The door opened lady asked how many I said 7 she said you'll have to wait outside til your table is ready. I said what do you mean we are here alot of Sundays this has never happened. She said well we have to make sure your rolls, silverware etc is already at the table. So she let all the other people in that were behind us. Texas Roadhouse is very busy they should already have tables ready and setup there's always big parties of people when we go. So lady left us standing outside. After several minutes we walked inside and I'm assuming this one lady was a manager she had a button up shirt on. We explained to her that we normally are seated right away. She is not a people person at all and no customer service friendliness at all. I would much rather give my money to Chili's or Ruby Tuesday atleast they would appreciate our business. Sometimes these folks need to realize without us they wouldn't have a job. I been in retail and management my whole life and I value my customers and love seeing repeated ones. So anyways after we were seated I looked at the plates to give my kids all a roll and butter on their plates well the plates were dirty. Some had dried food on them and some looked greasy where you could tell they hadn't been washed properly.
We were in Grand Forks for the weekend. We had attempted to eat at a different restaurant, but the wait time was an hour and a half. So we reluctantly went to Texas Roadhouse as my husband's past experience wasn't a positive one, we thought we'd try once more.
The wait time was only 20 minutes. That was positive. The staff was kind and friendly. However, my husband had ordered a ribeye steak, Chicago style, medium rare. Three of our party of 4 received their food. My husband's, however had to be retrieved. When it arrived, it was NOT the steak he had ordered. It was a dry, overcooked strip loin. We mentioned it to the server, she apologized, but my husband being a man of grace, accepted her apology and choked down the dry overcooked steak, paid the bill for his ribeye and we left the restaurant having had our 2nd unpleasant experience at Texas Roadhouse. These Canadians will not be returning to the over rated Texas Roadhouse again. I give it 3 stars because the servers were so friendly.
Our food was horrible, first we waited a very long time, then the server dropped our food on the floor, so no pne ate their food as a family on mother's day, my steak was so dry, my grandsons steak which was top on line 30.00 steak was horrible so over cooked, they said they would redo it then brought same exact steak back and said it was the rarest one they had? What does that mean? They definitely had more steak, then it was so bad that they changed it to a rib eye steak which was full of FAT! ITHIS IS SO SAD! OVER 100.00 AND FOOD WAS TERRIBLE! I WILL NEVER GO ON A HOLLIDAY AGAIN THERE! WE USED TO LOVE IT FOR ALL OUR SPECIAL MEMORIES BUT NO MORE
I was having trouble placing my order online. Originally I selected "ASAP" as my pickup time but the website told me I needed to pick a later time. The only option as a drop-down that said "Sunday May 9th" - nothing else, so I was unable to place my order online.
I ended up driving to the restaurant and explaining the situation to three different greeters inside. They all just looked at each other, totally lost. I was then sent to the pickup window back outside but get this... the lady there still can't take my order. Mind you, I am physically at the restaurant and the person is in front of a terminal. Yet she insists that I have to go on my phone to place the order. Meanwhile another person shows up and she acknowledges them... because it's the pickup window. She then tells me to wait a minute - she's stops assisting me to help this customer. WTH? So I said screw this and left. Hello, I was ready to place my order and pay for it, yet I was being forced to go thru a bunch of gymnastics... all because the staff were either too lazy or too incompetent to assist me.
I'm never ordering from Texas Roadhouse again. They are very disorganized. What is indisputable: I was right in front of them and they wouldn't take my order. What a disgrace.
The food was wonderful, the service was awesome and I am a huge rockabilly fan so the music was great too. The waiters and waitresses even did a dance to entertain us! Loved it! Carmen Stidham
Arrived to the location and was told 30min wait. I figured as much, got the text to be seated and then said come wait in line. Just text me when its my turn to sit. Got to the table and the waitress was great. Placed our order and the steak my boyfriend order was no longer available. Why is it on the menu? Did not received bread for over half of my meal. Ordered a salad with no crouton and got them. My steak ordered was correct but needed ketchup. The bottle on the table was empty. Stopped a waitress going by and she acted like it was horrible we stopped her. My boyfriends steak came out extremely well done when he ordered it rare. Another 20 min for him to get his food and it was his birthday. Didnt dare to tell anyone or it might take longer. We were the only table in the section our waitress had so we rarely saw her and it is not her fault they cannot put waitresses in the proper order. We had managers standing right behind us at a computer and they could not dare to help when we looked for someone several times. I would never recommend or return to the restaurant. Nothing was done to help us at all and the manager that delivered his steak was irritated he had to have another one ordered. You could see it on her face.
November 30 we stayed at a hotel in Hunt valley Md. We ordered pickup at texas road house like we usually do staying out of town. Picked up order went back to hotel. No plasticware, no butter or sour cream which was ordered and paid for. We called back to texas road house huntvalley and supposed facility manager Brittany said I am sorry, come back and we will provide those things as well as the butter you paid for. We said by the time we leave and come back, the food would be cold. So I complained to the www site of road house and heard nothing. My wife posted on huntvalley roadhouse facebook siyte and they removed the post and never answered the complaint. I posted on the facebook site for hunt valley and again it was removed to keep people from reading it. The food may be good, but when you have to eat with your fingers and do not get all you paid for, it is a problem which needs to be addressed. When you complain, complaints should be taken seriously and corrected not ignored. Not eating steak and baked potatoes again with my fingers or is my wife. Other business will address this problem.
I went to Texas Roadhouse to get a to go order and when I got home and open my containers I was surprised at the service they gave. I ordered some fried catfish and usually when I dine in I get a pretty heathy portion with big filets. This was my first time getting it to go and it looked like they took 1 piece of fish and cut it in 3 pieces. The le It was so small. I also ordered some Mac and cheese and it seem like they forgot to put the cheese in it and I had to go home and put my own cheese in it. They should be ashamed of themselves because it usually it looks and taste goo when you dine in. I called back for the Mac and the one answered the phone said she couldn't do anything about it but she will get the manager. The manager said she will send a text for a refund or substitute when i come back in, which surely won't be another to go order. I will never order to go from there again because if they took as much care into pleasing the customer as with the dine in customers then it would a good place to eat. I guess it's all about the tips.

I sit inside and I give it a 5/5 because it had grate food, it took really fast to make the food and I loved the designs and all that. You should go to the restaurant %100 it has the BEST food!
The food is delectable. If it wasn't for that, we'd never go back. ******* Tomball Parkway, Tomball, TX - We did pickup on a Sunday night. We were on hold for 30 minutes trying to place the order. We were told it would take 30 minutes to get it which is expected. However, when we got to the restaurant pick up spaces, the number you call to leave a message to say we're here to pick it up, said the voicemail box was full. SO, I went inside to pick up the order and was told it wasn't ready yet and they didn't know when it would be! After a bit, someone else went back to check on the order and found it waiting to be delivered. When we got home, we saw the order was not complete, no rolls at all, and the loaded baked potato was only a plain baked potato, not even butter. Really?! Pickup is the new normal and we're disappointed Texas Roadhouse hasn't kept up with the times. They need more staff who are informed and able to deliver good customer service. It would be bad if this is the only time this has happened, but it's the second time in two months!
I called them on November the 7th and told them on November the 4th I had Lyons to service I called him back today on November the 11th 96 hours later and they act like they don't give a rat's $#*! will not be back...
Self check out. Customer has to cash himself out with a mobile card reader they might as well let you do your order and get rid of the waitresses
Rolls were cold, au jus was very limited as well as butter, sour cream for potatoes. Needless to say not totally happy.
