The restaurant was filthy. The floors had not been swept …. Menu's we're sticky…. Staff really not very pleasant. Outside there were tons of cigarettes and other pieces of small trash. I would never, ever refer anyone to The Roadhouse Steakhouse!
Brittany Griffith, Flagstaff, AZ. In our 20+ year experience of visiting Texas Roadhouse across the country we only once or twice encountered an owner/partner as engaged as Brittany. She does it all - seats people, takes orders, delivers food & takes extremely good care of her regular customers.
The food was absolutely amazing tasted wonderful cooked perfectly and the waitress was a very nice new her job well and fast service it was such a great experience absolutely would definitely go back and recommend this restaurant to anybody that loves to eat there because I absolutely loved it
We are regular customers at 535 Lincoln Street, Unit F, Worcester, MA *******. The service has always been great. The food is pretty good, a treat for people trying to stay on a fish-chicken-cheese diet.
But! The last time we were there we were seated in a booth adjacent to a large window with a blind. That window was so dirty it looked like it was foggy outside! The lazy flies on the window were numerous and disgusting! They seemed happy to be there! No proof of purchase survived, but the last time we were there they were passing out envelopes with tickets for prizes, had to come back and have manager open the envelopes. So that was the last week in August, 2023.
I am never coming back to Texas road house again! They made us wait 2 hours for table after our appointment time
our food we had 10 people and they only gave us 4 bread rolls. And they even mixed up our drinks with the other table and they didn't sing happy birthday, Ps. The food was horrible BTW!
Tonight there was 5 people in our party to eat at Texas Road House in Conway Arkansas. We put in a booth which made it uncomfortable for the 3 people who were sitting on one side of the booth. My Mom (who was 90 yrs old) ordered a glass of wine. The female worker asked for her ID. She never explained why she needed it and became very rude when asking it the second time.
The food was good but our server never checked on us. In fact, a manager never came to our table, we were never explained how to pay the check (or operate the machine on our table), one member was having a birthday and our server never asked if we wanted dessert.
I give our experience a fair rating and may never return back there again.
My husband and I had never been to Texas Roadhouse before. We had received a gift card and thought we would try it. We ordered steak well done and medium done and we got medium rare. We brought our steaks home to cook. They forgot the steamed veggies and after I asked about them, they came in a bowl watered down and soggy.
We when to Texas Roadhouse in la plate Maryland and we order food both orders had hair in there but I pulled my out my mouth 😡😡The manager had attitude and didn't want to cop nothing check your food before you eat please 😡😡😡😡😡 I ask to speak to another manager but there never came to the table! Unfortunately, this is NOT the first time our order have been wrong. Its disappointing and getting to be very frustrating. I ALWAYS have to return because something was forgotten or wrong. Tonight, I didn't go back up to the pick up window because I was super annoyed. I ordered a dozen rolls with 4 extra butter. I got 6 rolls and NO butter, the extra butters are $2 each. That alone is ridiculous. I ordered a Chicken Salad and when I got maybe a small handful of lettuce and dried old chicken. I ordered a side of shrimp that comes with a roll and some dipping garlic like oil for $8 I got 4 small dried up shrimp without the oil or roll. No matter the order, its never right and COLD. Its as if they don't care about take out orders. I haven't gone back in a very long time and tonight I remembered why. You need to give the same attention to your take out orders as you do your indoor dining orders/ customers.
Ordered/paid online. Picked up at outside to go window in the rain. Asked if everything was in the bag and was told yes. Got home and was missing 2 loaded sweet potatoes, along with bbq sauce. Had to drive back.manager smirked, smiling and told me was my fault that I didn't check the bag. I told him I asked and was told it was.he kind of laughed and said again that I should have checked. NOT once did he apologize or offer a coupon or say anything nice. NEVER AGAIN will I go to a Texas Roadhouse anywhere! I am a senior citizen and have never been treated like this at a restaurant. I guess good customer service is not what they are getting paid for? Chili's forgot one time, but their manager apologized and went to get a couple of coupons for free food to give me. Texas Roadhouse manager didn't even apologize.
I understand these are trying times but if you are going to offer take out service it should be just as good as dine in service. We did not receive half of what we ordered and we were very disappointed in our meal.
After two attempts to eat at Texas Roadhouse in Jefferson City, MO, we will not try again. First attempt was to make a reservation 4 days ahead of our arrival for 8 people. The hostess said we could not be seated until 9:30. Okay. Second attempt, we decided to show up and hope we could get in after 20-30 wait. Your hostess said she could NOT seat a party of 8; however, she could seat 7. (?) If we would split into 2 groups of 4 each she could seat us, but we would probably be 20 minutes apart. (There were empty tables.) She acted like she did not care if we were there or not, so we left and had a nice meal at Longhorn Steak House. You are asking for a "proof of purchase." There was none.
You don't accommodate seating more than the eight and if you do you put them elsewhere away from their own family. What a joke …people come out to have dinner with their family they should be accommodated, even if it Has to be by reservation so you lost business of 12 people.
The last 3 times we've been told to come in, we wait standing next to other tables out in the open for people to clean our table. There's never any rush Never any apology. We keep coming back Bc we like the food once we're seated. Just make sure tables are ACTUALLY ready before you bring people in. Anderson sc
I have high expectations for Texas Roadhouse because it is always good but this location is the worst! They had to take it back 2 TIMES and I was not being picky I was only getting a medium steak with fries I timed my steak coming out to 1 hour. If you want beef jerky I would stop here if not I suggest going somewhere else. Cumming ga
I want to Texas Road house for supper we order are meal little past six then. We were told it would be about 45 minutes for food would come out. And about. Ten minutes later she come back and it will be a hour. So hour later here come are meal my wife stake over cook but she took it any ways mine had hair on it and I send back. 20 minutes went past no new meal. My wife was done with her meal so we got are waiters and toll her to cancel my meal we were really Togo the manager came over and said she was sorry but don't really act like it soon left with out supper won't be going back there anytime soon. Very poor customer service
My husband my two children and I waited two hours to be seated we ordered our food an hour later we ask what's taking so long the waitress never submitted our order so it's like we were never there for the last 3 hours we were there for a total of 4 hours and payed over 160 dollars and all we got was I'm sorry my bad steak was dry baked potato was burnt will never be going back don't recommend
Waited over 20 minutes for rolls and the waitress was asking people that came in before and after us if they wanted some more and never brought us ours and another waiter came over and was supposed to get us and never showed back up. She brought all of our food out separate and we didn't even get to eat together as a family. Not happy at all!
We had a very good experience as always we love this Texas Roadhouse Luis was our server This time.our food was delicious and he made sure our drinks were always filled and recommended shrimp on our bloody Mary's! We spent 130$ with just me and my boyfriend all together and are very happily with our experience We will def be doing that again! He deserves a raise that's for sure! Thank you!
What kind of restaurant that doesn't have steak knives or spoons? When asked about a spoon I was brought soup spoons. I didn't order soup! So I didn't bother to ask for steak knife what the hell. She got a nice tip anyway they don't make any money
